My question is, can one direct chi that is felt in the body to a thing outside of the body? And if you do manage to send this chi into another living thing, is it dangerous? For example, can it unbalance their energy body?

So the acne was the problem? I would say it was caused by your hormones. When I was celibate for 98 days at one point I got a bit of acne too.
