  1. Tolle makes the Oprah list!

A favourite of mine . Just listening to his voice and his little chuckle I do believe he is a lifesaver. "Simple, effortless doing."
  2. Best Translation Of The Six Yoga's Of Naropa

Bwahahaha! I had to pop out then because of a hurling offspring. Life, huh?
  3. Learning Need help please.

Mewtwo it's hard being new (me too) but what I do is google-google-google. You will learn loads.
  4. Hello

Hi, I'm really new to this but would like to try to live according to the Tao. I'm approximately a million miles away from that at present so thought I should register in case I feel moved to ask a question of you people who have been at it longer than me. I'm more likely to read than post though because of the arguing * Just started with qigong and t'ai chi will follow hopefully, once I can find a class nearby. * Have to edit that bit because it looks as though people are sorting out their differences, which is great to see
  5. Hello

    Good advice - thanks
  6. Are you sure about the existance of Chi?

Wayfarer - "but before I began training, I was able to feel completely strong and at one with the world around me...being at ease and "rooted to the earth", ( in a very phisical almost magnetic attraction to the ground)- and the whole of life around me the feeling has always been very real to me, and I think of it as qi and I can "tap into" it when I need to,,," And xuesheng too. "I'm becoming more sensitive to that connection to existence directly, physically, yet sensed consciously, if that makes any sense." That's exactly what I have always felt and although I am a beginner at the arts of Taoism I am hoping to increase my abilities to feel this. I don't think it's magic. I don't understand it but that's ok with me.
  7. Book Club Anyone?

I'd be glad to join in if and when you do this book because it's one I already own and it would be good for a beginner.
