Reply to Sean Denty regarding David Verdessi

Brother, i'm anything but passive when i attack Believe me, i'm just being aggressive with a smile. Don't confuse the fact that i'm playing relatively nice with passivity. There are games that people play to waste time and games that people play because there is benefit in playing them. Still, it is good to bear in mind that it is a game. i'm playing a game with you, but the game is quite serious. This is fine. Hopefully you'll remember this in five and then ten years anyway and reflect upon it. Oh God-damn-it-all, i do care -

i'm sure you are far more educated than me Sunshine. After all, i'm only a Super-Mega Doctor of Awesomeness, where as you are a Doctor of SUPREME Awesomeness. ...oh well, i figured if David can call himself a Doctor without even having Master's level education then we could both be doctors of some sort. ...right? Okay, anyway Sunshine, there is "passive" then there is "passive-aggressive." Your responses emanate passive-aggressiveness. Most would find it offensive. i find it humorous. Perhaps i'd take it more seriously if it was executed in a slightly more subtle manner. True! ...or not true. I mean: THIS not THAT! AWESOME! Of course you do. You know that even your own cult members agree publicly that David can't do anything but make outlandish promised about ability he is sure he will one day be able to confer to you ...and check his account balance for the daily increase from people he's suckered into thinking he is anything but a novice himself. Yes, defending a teacher is fine... provided the teacher can demonstrate what they can do. If any of my teachers was PUBLICLY advertising abilities that they could not make good on, then they would not be my teachers. Please show me an example of something that is "like" a cult in every way that your group is, and yet is still not a cult. Yes, because cult members do not study? You clearly have not studied cults as much as you claim. How about this... if you want to know what it is like to die from eating a poisonous plant then you need only to refer to how it feels to have a more mild form of food poisoning and then project how that would be to a more extreme extent. ...if that didn't cut the mustard for you: if you want to know what it feels like to have 4th degree burns, imagine 2nd degree burns that you may have had and imagine the variance in intensity between 1st and 2nd degree, and project it to 4th. Seems reasonable enough, right? Let's make a wager... In five years, i wager that you will not be able to do ANY of the things that Sean has been posting about David. What will you wager? Want to make it ten years? i'll be around: post here or on any Dao forum and address "Hern-Heng" and i'm sure word will get to me. Seriously dude. Let me know. i'd rather you wake up in 10 years than never at all. i wouldn't say this if i didn't care -
Okay, sorry, i was working, so i missed a few comments. i'll lump them all into one reply. Exactly Buddy. The dude wants the moral high ground of SAYING he's just walking away from the argument but he doesn't have the ability to let someone else actually have the last world. Why on Earth would you jump to the conclusion that i am not in fact posting - at least in major part - from a remarkably easy and high paying career? The reality is that my career (far from high paying), affords me the time to post on here if i so chose. Nevertheless, i have chosen to come on here - not because i have nothing better to do but - because i do not care for what i am seeing. i feel the natural urge to say something about it. As such, i feel it is healthiest if i let out my feelings about the matter - in a public forum - both for my own well being and so Sean, David or any of their friends, can have the opportunity to respond to what i'll tell anyone else who asks (and as i mentioned, this was brought up to me before i ever said a word). Amusingly, and as an addendum, i've noticed that anytime you see folks protesting anything status quo, there is always someone to say "get a job." i kick on the ol' AM radio now and then and catch my share of rabid conservative talk show hosts. It is utterly stereotypical for Rush or Hannity to revert to "why don't these people get a job" when they are backed into a corner. It's not that i'm complaining; i'm just letting you know that it is obvious to everyone who hasn't drank the Kool Aid that your shit is a scam. Yes, if it weren't charging there are still all of the other issues related to it. The ridiculous "Contact Fees" are just the nail in the coffin.
-
Accordingly, my support, money and complicity in your scam is also denied
-
Personally, i don't like my name coming up in Google searches for unrelated matters. Accordingly i am using my Dao name. i also have come on here originally because of the David Verdessi matter. i will keep an eye on the forum (which seems to be worthwhile), but i doubt i'll continue to post as much in the future as i have in the past 24 hours. The point is, if you want to know more about me for some reason then talk to me directly. i won't even charge you $250 for it

Of course we are in agreement; i'm just showing another side of things. Still, i agree with your comments. -
One of the neatest quotes in all of religious traditions is "Truth is manifest from falsehood." i find this to be one of the most plain and profound statements capable of being formed into words. i (and many others), ask for some demonstration that your teacher is a capable teacher before shelling otu money to him and to you simply for contact with him. You refuse to provide so much as a picture of him with the man that you are both claiming to learn from. Secrecy is for people with secrets to keep. If you wish to keep secrets then you don't flood Daoist oriented forums with promotional ads (some overt and some subtle), for your teacher (who is being promoted as a gateway to masters that we have no proof he has even spoken to, let alone been given permission to teach on behalf of). Bringing this to the attention of the readers of this site is not something that you should take offense from. It is the "put up or shut up" moment, and you have chosen (wisely), to shut up.

More to the point, i mean to say that a general lack of activity (of engaging the machine of the body on a regular and vigorous basis), leads to Yang Deficiency. When coupled with cultivation techniques that were DESIGNED for active practices (see Guanzi's Nei-Ye on moving around vigorously when in a state of excess), this leads to stagnation and often to emission of qi and jing (qi and sometimes even jing in urine, as well as guiqi in excrement, leakage of qi in excessive amounts of "pre-cum" fluid, released more often through more sex without the more noticable loss from jing ejaculation). If you have "Daoist sex" then you NEED to be active (preferably soon afterwards). It is a good time to do bag work, Iron Body, etc. It is NOT a good time to get on the Internet and let the stagnation ensue (and then blame an author for not addressing everything in texts that should - at best - be viewed as supplemental to face-to-face practice with an authentic, lineaged Shrfu). i don't say this to say that Mantak Chia is the end all be all, but his books are not bad if you are working with a face-to-face instructor. If they are all you have, then you will run into a LOT of trial and error problems. To be fair, this shouldn't be viewed as his fault though. With that said, i have never met, emailed, nor talked to the man. ...forgive me for missing the "how to build it" question. The quickest, easiest answer is to cultivate sexually, do not release jing often, eat good, exercise often, and Martially, the quickest way to strengthening the Kidney Yang is through Xingyiquan. Practice often and you will notice results quickly.
-
Absolutely silly. Why would you refrain from showing a picture of people with their teachers. David is so elusive that you cannot even show a picture of him with the man he is claiming is his Shrfu? Ridiculous and unparalleled in ridiculousness. Kosta shows him with Chang. Everyone shows himself with his Shrfu. i leave you - as well - with your ridiculous grand finale; underlining the preposterousness of your claims about David.

Perhaps it is repeated because no proof is given, only more very wild claims. i have no side my friend. There is only reality and fantasy. Since fantasy is not real, it cannot be a "side" (since it does not exist). Reality is existence. If something is not real then it is not a side to take. Again, i have no sides. The dirtiness of your, Sean's and David's collective yard is based on unsubstantiated claims (and worse, unsubstantiated claims asking for money to substantiate them). Since i have not done this then you are, in effect, saying that criticizing you for doing this (or Sean or David), is tantamount to having done it myself. This is illogical in the extreme. Common thing said by cult leaders. i do not doubt that David is SUPPOSED to exist, as a detour to true practice that yields demonstrable results. He is supposed to mislead those who are easily mislead. Those who find this distasteful are supposed to call him out for this. Everything is as it should be. Everything is perfect. -

It would change the scientific community at the very least. Think of how much "science" has changed in the past 150 years alone! This has ONLY come about through people proving the skeptics of the "Old Guard" wrong -
Yes, Heaven's will indeed! Seeing that you charge $250 to access a forum with information that is highly critical of others (e.g. Chia, Winn), and absolutely rejects ANY critical look at the David sparked me to write. It is no doubt that T'ien itself has willed this to come to pass as it has. Right. That's my point. Why all the hijacking of Mo Pa'i terminology for a non-Mo Pa'i lineage? i still don't get it but it seems we agree that a distinction should be made (and David should stop promoting himself via Sean, through the context of a system he is not a part of). i refuse to answer a question that was posed as a question answer to my question. In other words, answer my question and i will answer your's. In any event, i will tell you enough that if you show me a picture of Wang, Li-Ping with Sean and David in his house then i will be able to verify whether or not it is him. The ball is in YOUR court; so do not ask me to return it when you have not served it back yet You having no idea what PhD means in Germany is pure fantasy. Within the realm of German academia "PhD" is a recognized title. If "Shrfu" means "advanced beginner" in Russian Martial Arts (a clearly fictitious example), but means "Master Father" in the rest of the world, then this is something that Russian Martial Artists would need to point out. Calling a man who has not completed Master Level education a "Doctor" is a hustle. You are most welcome dear friend.

Dear friend, PLEASE forgive me if my posts have given the impression that i charge people for things out of the ordinary (information about myself, my skills, or information about seminar beyond the fees of the seminar itself and the traveling expenses). If i have given you this impression - that i am in any way interested in your money - then i have done so in a way that i am completely unaware of (and would be happy to have you point out). i have criticized someone you like. This does not denote lack of virtue except in the minds of cult members. -

My friend, if my yard were not clean then i would not bother cleaning yours. Moreover, i am cleaning yours only to show how dirty it is to those who are paying to hang out in this supposedly "clean" yard Fear Heaven. Fear Karma. This is fine. But if you believe in either or both then you will know that both react through human agents at times (through the course of natural events). Heaven does not act by divine hands renting it apart and intervening, it acts through natural means. There is no one "up there" with "nothing to do" as Zhuangzi so humorously put it. You ARE receiving the natural repercussions of what EXISTENCE has dictated is an imbalance. -

If people are being told to give money based on a promise (implied or stated outrightly), that they will develop powers that David himself does not even have (level 4 of the Mo Pa'i tradition), then this is unethical. Remember, "De" means "Virtue" not just "Power." A man without Virtue is a man without true Power. His power will never develop to the state of what the old masters called "hao ran zhi qi." You may see no ethical obligation here, and i may. This is natural. You may be in a deficit of virtue and may be naturally provoked to restore that balance by posing the other side of the story that Sean and David have been leaving out. This is natural and you should recognize that if you are in the right then you have nothing to fear from me (or anyone else), posing these questions. -
Well there are a few problems, for one your forums, where you link for more information requires a $250 membership fee. So if someone wants to see any evidence of what you are saying they have to pay first. This is preposterous, to say the least. Also, what do you mean by "Tu Di?" Di as in "God" or "Lord?" What do you mean (honestly i don't know). Also, so David lives in China? You said he studies with him "year round." This means "all year." Is this correct? How much have you trained with Wang and why do you refer to levels from the Mo Pa'i tradition and not Wang, Li-Ping's lineage's ranking system instead? Lastly (for now), what documentation is there of this? Any pictures of you and David in Wang's home (i.e. in a less than public setting)? Any letter or accreditation of any sort from Wang? Asking for credentials is not asking anything more than what is expected in all circles. As well, i read here that "Doctor" Verdessi has a degree more than a Bachelors but less than a Masters. You should not call him a Doctor to non-Italian audiences. The world of academia would not consider him a doctor and you should not refer to him by a title understood the world around as meaning something different than what it means in his context.

"Original Tao" has a good translation. There are others as well, but i'm not sure what's available on Amazon.com -

Abso-fucking-lutely. To some extent this IS being done. Harvard is researching Buddhist monks heating themselves up enough in meditation to dry wet towels. Impressive stuff, but still within the realms of esoteric expectations. John Chang has my respect because he stepped up to the plate and effortlessly hit a home run every time at bat. Beyond that, some guy traveling a lot and charging a lot of money because he claims to have MET Chang and Wang, and other folks, just irritates me. If Sean D. or David V. want anyone's money then they have an ethical obligation to provide some evidence that they can do SOMETHING out of the ordinary that they are implying they will be able to impart to the seeker. Otherwise they should be regarded as charlatans and hucksters. -

Good form Sean; yield when attacked. It is fine, yielding works as long as you are faster on your feet -
Interesting. Perhaps the Universe has decided that it is time for these things to be brought up. i posted about David in another thread right before coming across this. In any event, let me add my thoughts (you're getting them either way ) Really? i have a Shrfu (i have several lineages), who worked on remote viewing in Army Intel decades ago. He had no problem showing us credentials of this, though naturally none of us expected names or specifics of cases. He should be able to produce some documentation that he works with the Italian government on such projects. Beyond that, you seem to be only speaking about Wang, Li-Ping; who is not in question here. KNOWING Wang, Li-Ping, and introducing someone to him, is far different than being a disciple of him or being able to introduce you to him in the capacity of a "grandson." Herbs are plants. Plants are food. Herbs are potent food. Is food a waste of money? The logic here is silly. You are not at the point where you can balance your body purely through meditation. i guarantee it. If you were then what is the longest time you have fasted and trained without hindrance to your training energetically? i once knew a Hare Krishna devotee who would always say "Let me ask my Guru next time i see him" whenever he was backed into a corner. It mildly amused me then as much as it does now. Isn't your forum a subscription based forum? Doesn't this mean that people have to pay hundreds of dollars if they want to hear about David's Grand AdventureTM? Come on now. Anyway, studying from a "Chinese Kungfu master in Taiwan" is utterly UNremarkable. Seriously. What master? How long did he study? Did he go through Bai Shi or receive a Dao name? MOST Kungfu masters fled to Taiwan. i don't see what is remarkable about studying Kungfu in Taiwan when you are a teenager.

Absolutely Mantis... The "Male Multiple Orgasm," does not involve the "release" of jing towards a blocked expulsion. It is in fact the drawing of the qi FROM the jing. It is like a very small and short female orgasm but can be repeated at will. "Blocking" is okay if you are in the "oh shit" stage; where you might trigger orgasm and not be able to reverse it (and want to minimize impact of jing loss). You will still lose some though, if it AT ALL gets past the "million dollar point" (and if it is an "oh shit" situation, a drip will likely escape, which means more has backed into the bladder). If you have this situation, stop sex at that time and go meditate to draw the qi out of the jing. Have sex again later, and do not urinate for at least an hour (which you should spend meditating). It is a lot to ask, i suppose, but you will recover, energetically sooner. Ultimately, you need to start getting away from the concept of an ejaculatory orgasm (i.e. and orgasm that is trying to "have your cake and eat it it too"). You should instead explore energetic orgasms that don't release/block. To do this, you have to reconsider WHAT you perceive as an orgasm (women having several different types of orgasms, while men tend to think there is only one kind).

Hey there... Just checking in. i'm into Dao stuff. Nothing special.
