I'm actually reading kabbalah for health and wellness right now. And it hit the nail right on the head with one of the things I'm going through right now. I'm juggling too many different spiritual beliefs and it's really leaving me frustrated and confused. It's not a bad read maybe you should check it out.

I was doing this for a while and I was enjoying it. I would get a lot done being up so early. I would have all my chores done as the sun was just peaking over the horizon. But recently I got sick and I've been trying to rest much.

Well spring time here you could get 8 hours of sleep. In the winter I could get roughly 11. Summer time would be a lot harder because the days are so long.

I say dress the way you want to be treated. If you want to be looked at as a sex object and get hit on a lot show some skin. If you want the opposite sex to leave you alone dress more modest. You are what you advertise.

How do I find answers and learn to follow my intuition? I often find myself at a crossroad between choices.
