Can you destroy your desire and attachment to the feeling of superiority being a vegetarian/vegan brings? The day i might quit meat might just be the day vegetarians stop trying to act like they are better than me. Don't try to tell me not to enjoy my food.

i could have never quit cigs without pot, that is amazing! i never really notice depression from smoking pot unless you count all the energy draining and how one feels afterwards. Around that point my stash runs out and i stop for a while. Also, when i am actively using any drug, including pot or tobacco, i notice that i am more horny. That tends to lead to excessive energy leakage as well. i think the depression comes mostly from negative alterations in breathing. i have been smoking and doing daily pranayama and the draining effects are significantly reduced if not gone entirely. The pranayama has helped with the excessive sexuality as well

what exactly happens after a state establishes a state religion? All laws suddenly conform to the religions standards? Discrimination against other religions or banning them entirely? Or do we just murder them? Seems like people want you to think, "oh its just so children can pray in schools again" when it is looking more like....well you get the point.

Do you care to offer any proof that humans are somehow better or separate from animals? Because right now your argument is looking like "You're wrong, I am right"

i know they aren't the only friend i will ever have, but they were a really good friend we agreed on so many different points except this. They had already become a huge part of my emotional support and now they are just gone :/

They (and by they, i mean a member of this forum) was offended by the things i said in our conversation (as in, the original post of this thread) and said they couldn't be my friend until i changed my mind and agreed that killing was okay as long as it is to take down the government or in self defense. i basically said killing is still killing no matter how you look at it, and they blocked me on here and the other site we talk on one of my saddest moments...

no. cooking your brain will not cause hallucinations. hallucinations are caused by different chemicals in the brain. Another popular rumor is that ecstasy eats holes in your brain or shrooms make your spinal cord poke your brain and blood drips down and that makes you trip. All of this is complete nonsense. Drug activity can range from simulating what schizophrenia might be like to various effects gained from energy cultivation, but noone would take something that straight up cooks their brain because you would die on the spot. Do you just listen to everything you hear in the news and blindly parrot it?
