  1. oh boy, another person mentioning kundalini in their post, something strange is happening and they just can't rest until they figure it out just ignore it. there is a book i read that told me what this stuff means but it didn't advance my progress to know it AT ALL. if you really have to know i will dig it up for you, but it was a boring pointless read for the most part

    interesting, now that i think about it since donating plasma a painful lower spine issue i had been having has mostly cleared up a better description - basically when i lay down the bone right above my butt hurts until i settle into it and then it clicks into place and i don't feel pain anymore

  11. sounds to me like the restaurant food had some undesirable addictive chemicals in it. Are you craving that kind of food itself or just food in general? i was once told by a professional chemist that corn syrup stops the brain from knowing the body isn't hungry anymore. No sources or proof for that statement so it could be BS but i heard it from someone that seems to know their stuff

    ANNNNDDDD i am stupid. i can't believe i didn't think to look for a sewing pattern for one of these. i could literally be done with one of these in a couple hours or less. Going to make one soon and report back, maybe sell them super duper cheap for custom ones

    i would be interested in suggestions for a decent cheap one also a good sticky mat worth investing in that wont slide at all in standing postures. seen too many bad reviews on amazon to throw down for one quite yet. i don't feel like this derails the thread

    anything i could possibly experience is just form, so i don't know if i could legitimately call anything spiritual experience. If i feel bliss or something its completely explainable in terms of brain chemicals. Astral projection and psychic happenings could all be coincidence or just a product of knowing my environment well enough to make a super educated guess but i'm cool with that, i like the world

    i do kunlun and it helps with jerking movements of the legs/knees that i have from a knee injury you get them when you have stress. Work on the stress itself, not the jerks. If you are thinking about how to heal spasms all the time you will have more spasms because you are sending nervous signals of awareness to your body, increasing activity and the potential for spasms. Go on, think, "this is what my arm feels like to me right now, i hope it doesn't have a spasm" to yourself and just watch what happens. Also, note what part of your body spasms at which time. My right hand spasms when i am trying to stop something from happening myself, my left hand when i want to stop someone from doing something themselves. My pointer finger when i am about to blame someone. My right leg when i want to run to something, my left leg when i want to run away from something. My neck when i have throat chakra issues. My hips when i am having sexual problems. Everything your body is doing has a reason that directly corresponds to your emotions. Work on your emotions.

    also how the fuck does he get that tent from walmart back in its bag?! i had to buy a duffle bag 4 times the size of the original bag to have something to carry it in. My bf can pack it down to the right size but i just can't do it even half as good

    You can't really say, "what is the new ages opinion on this" because the new agers are constantly creating different methods trying to feel out what works for them and thinking it works for everyone. Hell, i do it. And when i experiment like that without guidance, i screw myself up. Forgetting about wanting to stop the shakes and jerks, stopped them by like 90% to me. Just observe them and don't attach emotions of "oh this sucks" or "i am making progress" to them and it will settle itself out...It took me about 3/4ths of a year though
