I agree, mixing too much could potentially be harmfull but once u take a look at alot of systems u will noctice alot of things in common or similarity and when put together make since exspecialy when one system agrees with another...frm my own experience IIH actually filled in alot of holes i was missin. Exspecially since most ppl frown upon magic becuase of there ignorants. IIH aloud me to look at even the word magic in a different way. Do what is best for u. peace.

Yeah , u probally need a art for disciplin....but one thing idnt understand is ....did all this stuff happen to u naturaly or did u try kunlun and once u felt the effects u decided u wanted to shut ur eyes and go back to being normal...??? Weed does intensify internal sensory so i understand that part... As far as the noise it could be a spirit taking your yang energy cuz in the state u were or are in, u are a prime target for possesion. The main thing is to get control of yur emotions cuz your Qi has alot to do wit it... Like if ur depress a spirit will drain u of Ur Yang Qi till u dnt feel like doing anything but rolling over and diein or open to possesion... So if u not physicaly making the noise its a possiblity a spirit is usen ur physical energy to make the noise...do u feel like spirits are around u or tryna make contact? -
It wasnt hard for me to learn bagua , cuz of my nei gong experience...i think gerard is thw one who said something about not teaching anyone wit no internal skill.... In a way he's right, it would of been alot harder to learn internal art wit out internal skill. but i encourage all not to give up even if they dnt have a teacher.

Can anyone make a non-believer here feel their chi?
Sifu ReL replied to AstralProjectee's topic in General Discussion
i can believe this cuz the symptoms you stated are the same symptoms ppl tell me when i affect them....but what i dont believe is that it was a "ACCIDENT" i mean come on from 10-15 feet.... you haved to be at a extremly high level to ACCIDENTLY hit some one with chi from that far away, and at that high of a level you should have more control, so be careful...those severe headaches you speak of can put people to sleep, and via COMA..... i can push my chi into people by touching them and from 6"inches away... ....anyone trying to do Neigong to win 1million dollars, is not smart, nor will they have a chance at succeeding cuz there thoughts in meditation would be too busy day dreaming about what they will do with the money... also in my opionion, if no one has recieve the money yet then the guy himself is a high practicioner in Chi Manipulation and is prolly keeping lower level ppl from achieving the money ....lolz or something like that... or not, who cares.... id rather be Immortal then be a millionaire..... -
my master was taught by him...

step 1. pull up on the hui yin, pull in stomach as you inhale...hold breath in chest. step 2. release hui yin - step 3. Force breath deep to the hui yin while holding breath....when Hui yin Expands down and Chi rises to upper dantien and crown chakra. step 4. pull up on hui yin , and exhale deep pushing stomach down & out, while pulling/holding hui yin. explained: step 1 - Pulling Yin from earth. step 2 - releasing yin Power supply while holding the Yin you collected step 3 - yang Embraces Yin, in Lower dantien, yang and yin rises together step 4 - Yin Embraces Yang, yin powers Yang through out the Body (Where ever Directed) this is Strictly from my own Neigong Practice, I just put it into context to where it could be read.

how important is "semen retention" in your practice?
Sifu ReL replied to resonant111's topic in General Discussion
awhile ago, i would argue this to death saying that you can release all you want...then i reach a new level in my Nei gong Practice.....after a while i retain alot of energy, then one day i got some head and busted a nut....to my suprise, Really suprise and sadley to say i loss alot of chi power....so i would say in the beginning it dont matter, could speed up your process in building your chi if you dont....but over all i'd say if you ejaculate and you dont feel different then it dont matter but one day its gonna feel like you loss a little piece of yourself lolz sperm. -
THIS EXPLAINS THE POWER OF CHI. DONT SLEEP ON THIS, YOU MUST UNDERSTAND THIS PHOTO TO KNOW HOW TO USE YOUR CHI.

as the practitioner develops his/her chi and sensistivity, general capabilities and awareness make for easily identifiable stages in progression. this is an opportunity for you to be aware of the stages of chi development, so as to not only have a road map regarding your own development, but to also provide you with a preview as to what you will experience and what to expect as you move up and through the various stages: -Solid -Water -Gas Solid: the solid stage of chi is, for many, their initial encounter with chi. this is where neophytes begin to get comfortable with the concept of the energy as well as the feel of the energy. during the solid stage, the student focuses on developing emotional stability and awareness via chi distillation; the ability to relax into the energy and enter a state of euphoria is essential to safely progress to and navigate the upper echelon of chi capabilities. it is also during the solid stage that students realize the weirdness that comes with chi power training is the "norm". the solid stage is where the foundation is laid. Water: the water stage is both deep and wide. here, within the water stage, chi power practitioners experience increased sensitivity to chi energy and begin executing techniques with deliberate and consistent results. the ability to enter a state of euphoria is taken to the next level; here within the water stage, the student is able to extend his/her energy and intention and cause others to feel euphoric as well. during the water stage, the ability to control the temperature of the chi, as well as individual persons, is consistent and becomes less and less taxing as the student's focus and sensitivity rise. of great importance during the water stage are the gradual openings of the seven vortexes within the body: one in each leg [shin]; one in each arm [forearm] one in the torso [belly button]; two in the head. as these vortexes open, the chi power practitioner becomes aware of vibrations and increased feelings of energy rotations Gas: The gas stage is the acme of chi development. here, within the gas stage, the chi power practitioner is at the apex of his/her abilities, and is truly within the realm of that which is extreme, and able to perform techniques that challenge preconceived notions of the nature of reality. Please be forewarned: the gas stage is somewhat dangerous in nature. the amount of energy coursing through the body is at a level which is almost unbearable and is difficult on the mind , as time-space morphs in ways that are not easily expressed via language nor the written word; hence the need to master the technique of chi distillation and euphoria early in your progression. Thankyou for reading, i am in the Water stage. source: SPC USA Advanced Chi Power Training. what stage are you?

This exercise should be performed three times daily. it only takes a couple of minutes to do and over time will really help improve your chi. perform the exercise when you first get up and just before going to bed. the third time is done before your regular practice. the exercise is designed to stimulate all your surface skin nerve endings on your arms and legs, so that better communication between your brain and the individual joint muscle, or tendon will take place. the more you stimulate an area the stonger you make the communicative pathway. your nerves contol the small muscles that surround the arteries which help control the blood flow. by physically stimulating your skin nerve endings, you make them more sensitive. the more sensitive you make the areas, the easier it is to mentally feel that area. the daily practice of this exercise will help sensitize your body. to perform this exercise you can either sit or stand. take your right hand [palm down] and put it on your left shoulder. start lightly rubbing down the outside of your left arm [rubbing slowly, touching all the skin surface area] until you reach your fingertips. at the fingertips slightly squeeze the tips of each finger and thumb. then start rubbing up the inside of your left arm to the armpit. next , rub down from the left armpit, down the left side, down the outside of the left leg , until you get to the foot. at the foot , you should rub the entire foot area and slightly pinch each toe tip. then, rub up the inside of the left leg to the groin. at the groin you change hands, starting with your left hand. rub down the inside of your right leg to the foot , rub your entire right foot and slightly pinch each toe. rub up the outside of the right leg, up the right side till you reach your armpit. next rub down the inside of your right arm to the fingertips. slightly pinch each fingertip and thumb. rub up the outside of the hand, up the outside of the arm to the right shoulder. this process should be done three times in the same clockwise method each time you perform the exercise. perform this exercise as described for two weeks after two weeks start adding into this exercise the following variation. when you get to the part where you are ending your third rotation of rubbing around your body you should change to doing the fourth rotation like this: instead of actually resting your hand on your left shoulder, start with your right hand about an inch or two above the surface skin of the shoulder. perform the exercise just as before , except you are not making actual skin contact this time ev en as you get to the part where you gently squeeze your fingertips or totips, you dont want to actually make contact, but still go through the process. do a fifth and sixth rotation. then complete the exercise by putting both hands above your head so that your fingertips are almost touching . your palms should be facing toward the top of your head, but should be 3 to 4 inches above the skin surface of your head. next bring your hands slowly down the front of your body , not making contact, intil you reach your chi point. you should start your inhale as your hands leave your head area, and finish the inhale as your hands stop at your chi point./ LOWER DANTIEN. you should exhale into your chi point, then tighten up your whole body for a second just as you finish your exhale. with time you will feel your chi actually stimulating and bouncing offf your skin surface even though you are not making contact. this exercise will also help your chi circulate better throughout your body, and keep you properly polarized, maintaining a better positive and negative ion flow. when you first start you might want to perform this exercise with only your shorts on. with practice you can feel the energy with or without clothing being there. Thanks for reading, Peace be with you.
