Thanks Jetsun, I tend to agree Thanks CT I think you may be partly haha, right also / I do believe words / sounds to have a magically quality about them if you know how to use them properly - I follow my intuition / feeling with sounds... when i feel the need... AAHH EEEE etc just randomly as they come haha (I am a bit strange / to the "normal" folk anyway ) I ahve read some interesting accounts of yogis taking life and giving life with different sounds / mantra - true or not who knows // everything is vibration?

yes /circadian rhythm stuff was interesting too I had a thought before perhaps the clockwise for half a rotation and then counter clockwise maybe attention moving between the right and left hemisphere of the brain before one zones in on the "zero point" so the yin and yang? do they relate to the left and right hemi? the Bridge? between.. is that the "Rainbow Bridge"? if you balance these and hit the zero point? hmmm maybe, maybe not

ah Thanks Stosh Well my guess is that the finer energy body is starting to detach from the physical or as one focuses on the inner body? the physical body drops away ... energy flows where attention goes? the physical body becomes "really heavy" like its sinking away to a point where you can't feel it anymore... this internal spinning sensation (maybe whirling would be a better, but gentlish) of sorts happens, consciousness becomes free in a manner from identification with the body... feel kind of expanded but usually at this point i get too excited (as in heart) and "snap out of it"

I'd says that's pretty mystical / science as opposed to ordinary / though science (present day) it seems is starting to catch up slowly the universe is electro-magnetic?

you dont have to be so "traditional" / "offical" Why not just get a few good friends to witness and a noble friend to make the union somewhere nice in nature and cut all the rest as for raising children etc / its getting more difficult as an individual or partnership / why not revive community / tribal living with good friends? supporting each other

as Zanshin commented too phone battery will drain randomly it will be fully charged and i will go to use it = dead this doesn't happen often though... I rarely keep my phone on me / if i can avoid it (maybe the area I am in) could just be a technical glitch the light thing is more frequent - i dont think it is light sensors (I don't think we have lights that sophisticated where i live either) ... i'll have cars in front of me etc... but as soon as i pass under zap. I don't cultivate myself really / consciously no near death experience that I am aware of haha Dont seem to cause any other electrical disturbances I feel it maybe a sign Owl // as opposed to the cause being myself / though if it is a message to myself the cause would be me// haha Cool image Mal also @ Owl interesting Or maybe the universe is telling you to stop searching for enlightenment.
