https://cronometer.com/ ^ free website that calculates daily nutrient intake, very handy + cool to see Used it a few times just to get a visual, no concern of missing any essential nutrients always maxing out ++++++ You can always get blood tests to be 100% sure, there are many videos on YouTube now of vegans posting their blood test results in order to prove to themselves + others that the diet works and is optimal. -

I agree mostly. I don't think there is such a thing as a sexless person though. Just in how life energy/ creative energy is expressed. I don't think you need to have physical sex to express "sexual energy" I prefer to call it life force/ creative energy, "sexual" energy I think is a limitation. Some are better at expressing this creative energy than others

You are saying that the Sattvic cancels out the Tamas... Why not the Tamas cancelling out the Sattvic? At the most you have neither gained or lost... neutral, one step forward, one step back. I am always learning, just sharing what I have learned/ experienced so far. In sharing I am learning too -

ah yes I was Pescetarian for many years as said in the Meat + Jazz thread, I consumed fish rarely (social compromise at times) Even with consuming fish there was an instant, noticeable drop in energetics/ clarity etc (heavy as you said) Alcohol too, even small amounts -

Excellent speaker, clear rational (some interweaving with the matrix concept in the beginning) The 1st 10mins will possibly have you intrigued -
^ haha Hm, The Dr and $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ reminds me of "Law" and $$$$$$$$$, how can they call it Justice? What a joke The Greatest Wealth is Health!! I would suggest people take the time to understand their body + nutrition more fully - that in itself is a liberation (physically (+financially) + spiritually)

Interesting I find it strange some people can make the change so easily and succeed and others really struggle with it, not sure what is at play. Natural Hygiene Society has some interesting stuff on food combinations to avoid fermentation. You can't really combine fresh and cooked food for one. Optimization through food combining knowledge Not sure how similar it is to eastern practices. A few studies that may be of interest. (more in the post below) -
Vmarco is in Thailand. Ah I see.

Hm doubtful about the earlier post, he never watched it. He says he is vegetarian but I have only seen him post disparaging comments in relation to it, not sure what he is up to. I don't think his position is relevant or reasonable personally in this regard. anyway -

Joe, Steve-O doesn't get sick from "protein deficiency" ... the title is deceptive granted ... there really isn't such a thing as protein deficient as ... if you are eating ... everything has protein/ amino acids... even lettuce (2% protein per 100 grams) ... it is a play on a common misconception. It is really a story about why Steve-O became vegan, he talks more about it here http://www.huffingtonpost.com/steve-o/animal-cruelty_b_2927374.html When coming from the Standard American/ Western diet some will go into a detox when wholesome nutrients are introduced into the body, fruits/vege will start to clean house... which if unprepared will shock their system a bit... just as the flu etc is the body trying to detox. When your friend started to eat meat again he stopped the body from detoxification, rather than completing the process. -

I don't believe you are vegetarian, nearly every vegetarian post you have attempted to undermine GP. Not sure what your agenda is. You are not doing animals or others any favors. You have attempted to tarnished what is something beautiful with your bizarre agenda/ world view. "Cultivate Mindfully" hm? laughable -

I personally wouldn't Contentious? A rare display of humanity in this dark world I would say. A person with true love in their heart, what a delight to see. This child can see beyond their own wants, beyond what a number here are capable of. His mother brought to tears with such a display of purity, innocence, selflessness. Why would you seek to tarnish that? (as with your posts) -
