Fruit is good the body likes sugar and sweet... natural stuff. Drink a fresh fruit juice and you will be jumping out of your skin. Yesterday I had about 4 oranges + half a watermelon ... usually have a good number of dates, apples, bananas Many when they go vege start eating a lot of grains / breads etc... gluten causes fatigue... most of the worlds population has some negative reaction to it.

I have seen some make the distinction between human Gods and alien The alien being Yahweh Who has attempted to destroy all knowledge/ connection to our gods and ancient traditions... across the globe. The alien religions are about saviours / messiah etc and giving up ones personal power... all that worship is feeding alien consciousness. The human ones are empowering... heroic journeys (inner) etc

Warning: Conspiracy Theory Ahead Wild theory / just pondering I have noticed on the forums... I dont think I have read 1 positive account about Kundalini... seems like a nightmare for most? For something that is suppose to be good...wtf? Now recently I have come across information saying that the kundalini is an alien construct / false light dna program... which taps one into the alien/ serpent / reptile mind that has been spliced with our HUMAN DNA... Many theories of DNA manipulation... That when one activates (seems a number don't have much control over this? maybe external factors triggering - or thoughts re "new age movement" + alien saviour stuff etc) they are allowing the alien DNA to override the Human. What you want to do is activate your HUMAN DNA completely and destroy the alien false light program. Mind over matter... I think potentially WILL POWER/Intent can change genetics. That you want to be human fully. I did some searching on kundalini experiences... I came across these two things... Most can't even remember their dreams... or what happened last week... What did you dream of last night? Just because you don't remember doesnt mean it didn't happen... Sometimes during the day I'll have flashbacks to dreams... something triggers the memory.

I think the whole patriarchal and matriarchal thing is total BS. Some male conspiracy to dominate the planet...? 99% are slaves to the system. I think its an alien conspiracy to dominate the planet... our "leaders" are surely not human and have no interest in humanity.

I don't think they are childish stories. You know many peoples / native cultures believe they are descended from gods. In the Japanese Shinto tradition for example... every Japanese person humble or high is descended from their Gods. I think I was reading of this fellow This is the same as Celtic + Norse... the Gods/Goddesses are their family. All having wonderful "mythologies" and stories of myriad creatures/beings... it seems our ancestors were very in-tune /awake / aware. I think long ago the earth was more etheric / less dense... higher frequency... and gradually it became "heavier" ... perhaps with all the accumulated suffering, no reconciliation / mending of wounds etc... imagine the thought patterns of the globe/humanity today.... I wonder any similarity to the thick heavy pollution in some cities.... you notice/feel the energetic difference between a city and a forest? We can see this at an individual level... compare depression and elation / I am sure all here have experienced both? and understand the qualities... Depression is heavy yeh? Elation you feel like you could do anything! even fly = light vibration As time goes on generation after generation people seem to forget more and more who they are... a great forgetting. And we here are now trying to remember?
