Ah cool. Any improvement since the change? Depends how far along things are... Perhaps a water or juice fast to speed up the process? give the body / organs etc a chance to rest and start repairing. -

They have had a tough time... Heavily medicated since birth... happening in a lot of countries + rigorous 12 yr brainwashing program. + media (propoganda) Mercury in vaccines kills brain cells / development. (one example) Thank God for the internet... maybe another decade and we will start to see an improvement... if we get that far ha... It is so apparent now though... I don't understand how even the above ^ could hinder recognition / an awakening. Denial / delusion / self obsession?- 137 replies

Happiness helps you fly Helps to have your head in a good place. Frustrations will be played out in the subconscious if you ignore them / don't make peace with them. -

Interesting thoughts cheers. I think that everything is an expression of love? So anger is an expression of love. If somebody hurts something I love I will be angry... depending upon the degree of my love and the degree of the attack. Though we have to be wise about what we love and why we love it + to be sure our emotions are not used against us. A good topic... -

In terms of longevity I think the basic belief was 'you are what you eat' so plants that are strong and grow on their own + live a long time... makes you live a long time also. So pine nuts... and pine resin (I am unsure about eating this) , pine trees can live 200 to 400+ years

Ah yes... it seems the problem really is the gluten? I have brown rice + lentils occasional too Some say the lentil is a pulse/bean *shrugs* EDIT: Just did a few searches... One comment... The comment was in regarding to... So it appears all grains do cause some people harm... One would have to find out trial and error what is harming them. From the Artilce "Yoked to the Earth" I think the Taoists avoided anything that was labour intensive... as that was being ../ yoked / enslaved

What is your diet like? You talk about a glue feeling inside? Stuckness Funnily enough just posted in another thread about gluten / wheat and the Taoist Bigu diet (abstaining from grains) http://thetaobums.com/topic/28056-bigu-or-daoist-low-carb/ Do you eat a lot of bread / wheat / grain / gluten products? I would try for a couple of weeks just eating fresh fruits, greens, veges etc (natural) + lots of water (filtered / as clean as you can get it)... a few litres at least per day. Cut out diary and gluten totally. You have to get your body flowing again. See if that makes a difference. -
The majority of the population has some adverse reaction to grains / wheat / gluten. I'd say it has something to do with avoiding grains... Google: Gluten and Skitzophrenia / mental disorders http://celiacdisease.about.com/od/glutenintolerance/fr/Wheat-Belly-By-Dr-William-Davis.htm Even responsible for chronic fatigue, infertility ...many things I think the Taoist were onto something

Dalai Lama on the Buddhist Violence in Myanmar

I suppose they are. From memory didnt the Buddha forbid warriors from becoming monks at the request of the Raj? Some agreement - As the country was becoming totally defenseless... So the Buddha also saw a need for self defense? Not to mention wrathful dieties that protect the dharma? If the Lama leads his followers to slaughter like lambs is he just as responsable as those committing the acts? (at the end of the day the choice is the individuals) // I don't think it fair to forbid anyone from the path but I do see the need to protect oneself... we arn't living in a Buddhist Paradise that doesnt exist haha (how does that work?) I would advocate warrior monks (like Sikhs I guess?) / + farmers (some trade) We need to become all these things to survive and be free. -
Bigu diet is excellent. The immortal diet / path seems to have been...pure water, pure air, mountain herbs, greens, pine nuts, pine resin. Things that grew naturally / with little human interference. No animal products. Diet I believe is a huge factor in spiritual + personal development + behaviour I have at times been able to keep a really pure diet and experience days of mild blissful states and connection to the environment with "no work" (meditation etc) It does take self control , discipline still... depending - when you notice the benefits + body adapts it is easy / natural / enjoyable. You will have to remove blood lust, this fades with change in diet. /// http://thetaobums.com/topic/24484-yoked-to-earth-a-treatise-on-corpse-demons-and-bigu/

To deal with anger go for a long run... or get a punching bag. Exhaust the body, spend the energy. Change in diet helps too I think. Ditch the coffee haha -

I dont trust the electronic stuff (just a feeling) I'd say start with lucid dreaming..very cool stuff. I agree with Pythagoreanfullotus... celibacy / abstaining helps I think. (if one is so inclined) I think diet also... light diet = light spirit. Ideally (in my view) fruits, veges, leafy greens / herbs... pine nuts, pure water... exercise and sunlight... I think sunlight is very important. When your diet is clean you will soak up sun like a plant. You have to develop focus and will power... I think fire gazing (trataka) is good. + breathing... connecting the breath or focusing on the moment between in and out, out and in breath... really all comes down to single pointed awareness... this is the start / in lucid dreaming you have to maintain focus/ balance = control I would practice just before bed... and aim for mind awake body asleep. Don't worry about success... enjoy the moment, enjoy the breathing, the soft bed, the breeze ... the stillness of the night etc. + exercise too... move the body during the day otherwise you will be too restless. -

love, compassion and forgiveness Can be many things... Protecting your family, your people and your practice is love, compassion and forgiveness. There are some in this world who given the chance would kill every buddhist, burn their temples and teachings and wipe them from the face of the earth. Would it be love? compassion? forgiveness? to allow this to happen? Why did the Lama flee Tibet? he should have laid down and died like a good buddhist. (as his thinking goes) -

What are you refering to? I am questioning Judaism as an Ideology... Just as Many here constantly criticise Christianity and Islam. I am sure you are aware these 3 religions all have the same root? Double standards? Lets look at Rothschild banks... this is basic stuff for anyone who has done a little study into the banking system. In the 1760s, the young Mayer Amschel established his business in Frankfurt, dealing in coins and bills. By 1769 he was Court Agent to William of Hanau and in 1784, he moved into the Green Shield House with his wife, Gutle, and children. Here his five sons learned the skills that would enable them to establish the Rothschild banking business across Europe. http://www.rothschild.com/our_history/1798-1820/ ^ this is from their own webpage. Amschel Moses Rothschild (circa 1710 â 6 October 1755) was an 18th century German Jewish moneychanger and trader in silk cloth in the ghetto (called "Judengasse" or Jew Alley) in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. He was the son of Moses Kalman Rothschild (died 19 October 1735).[1] He married Schönche Lechnich (died 1756).[2] They had eight children, of whom the fourth was Mayer Amschel Rothschild, who went on to be the founder of the Rothschild family international banking dynasty. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rothschild_family The same person who said.... âGive me control of a nation's money and I care not who makes her lawsâ Isnt that the truth? Why deny such a thing? Are you trying to hide something? Would you deny their success?

Apech By European people... Anglo Saxons / Celts / Germanic / Nordic / french, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese (latin culture) + Slavic etc Are a similar people...Genetically + Linguistically = Indo European / Proto-Indo-European Study of Indo Euro languages is heaps of fun. Check this out "father" pitar (Sanskrit) pater (Latin) pater (Greek) padre (Spanish) pere (French) father (English) fadar (Gothic) faâir (Old Norse) vader (German) athir (Old Irish--with loss of original consonant) "brother" bhratar (Sanskrit) frater (Latin) phrater (Greek) frere (French) brother (Modern English) brothor (Saxon) bruder (German) broeder (Dutch) bratu (Old Slavic) brathair (Old Irish) http://web.cn.edu/kwheeler/IE_Main4_Sanskrit.html You could spend so much time with this. The name of the country doesnt really mean all that much.... That would be like saying that Americans + Canadian + Aus + NZ.... arn't European people All these are descendance of Europe...though have travelled In a couple of 100 years look how these people have developed distinct cultures (although with underlying similarities) Even a unique look of sorts... though they are an expression of the same people / ancestors If I take a sample of 100 people and start a colony with them... the offspring of that nation will be in appearance of those 100 people. I think Russian may perhaps be among the oldest languages... Old Slavic anyhow... it has much similarity to Sanskrit Mainstream thinking however is that the Greeks influenced the Russian language... some are saying it happened the other way around. The mythology of these people is very similar... Thor (German), Taranis (Celt), Perun (Slavic), Indra (Sanskrit/ Ayran) are all 1 god... all having very similar characteristics. Ancient India (Brahman) + Celtic (Druid) + Ancient Iran All depending on migration + dispersion/ division through Europe. /// This is one study Aug 1 (Reuters Life!) - Up to 70 percent of British men and half of all Western European men are related to the Egyptian Pharaoh Tutankhamun, geneticists in Switzerland said. Scientists at Zurich-based DNA genealogy centre, iGENEA, reconstructed the DNA profile of the boy Pharaoh, who ascended the throne at the age of nine, his father Akhenaten and grandfather Amenhotep III, based on a film that was made for the Discovery Channel. The results showed that King Tut belonged to a genetic profile group, known as haplogroup R1b1a2, to which more than 50 percent of all men in Western Europe belong, indicating that they share a common ancestor. Among modern-day Egyptians this haplogroup contingent is below 1 percent, according to iGENEA. "It was very interesting to discover that he belonged to a genetic group in Europe -- there were many possible groups in Egypt that the DNA could have belonged to," said Roman Scholz, director of the iGENEA Centre. Around 70 percent of Spanish and 60 percent of French men also belong to the genetic group of the Pharaoh who ruled Egypt more than 3,000 years ago. "We think the common ancestor lived in the Caucasus about 9,500 years ago," Scholz told Reuters. It is estimated that the earliest migration of haplogroup R1b1a2 into Europe began with the spread of agriculture in 7,000 BC, according to iGENEA. However, the geneticists were not sure how Tutankhamun's paternal lineage came to Egypt from its region of origin. The centre is now using DNA testing to search for the closest living relatives of "King Tut". "The offer has only been publicised for three days but we have already seen a lot of interest," Scholz told Reuters. How is that defense working out for you? We are talking about banking reform here... have you figured it out? are you and your family free? Are all the people in your nation free of this? How do you propose we change these things through defense?

Sexual freedom....? http://www.ijreview.com/2013/03/43825-americans-with-venereal-diseases-could-surpass-those-with-jobs-by-the-end-of-obamas-second-term/ Over a third of Americans have a venereal disease, according to the CDC. At the present rate, those who have problems with their personal equipment will surpass those with jobs by the end of Obamaâs second term. The CDC finding that 110,197,000 Americans have an STI (Sexually Transmitted Infection) was reported by CNS News. In 2008, the last year reported, 19.8 million Americans contracted STIs. âCDCâs new estimates show that there are about 20 million new infections in the United States each year, costing the American healthcare system nearly $16 billion in direct medical costs alone,â said a CDC fact sheet. CNS News points out that in 2008 the number of jobs declined by 2.9 million. But the current number of jobs stands at a high estimate of 143,492,000, which is just 121,000 higher than the 143,369,000 reported in December 2008. So even if those with germs havenât passed those with jerbs by now (it would be 148 million with VD; but you canât necessarily extrapolate it out that way), it will be getting dangerously close. By 2016, according to the CDCâs estimates, more Americans will be needing Obamacareâs shots to the groin than gainful employment. We could definitely stand less stimulus in this country.

I agree. self-responsibility, self-reliance, and (self) education All these things require self control / self discipline = Freedom I agree too re Freedom... I guess it got a little lost in translation so so.. People have presented/ sold things as "freedom /liberation" but from the beginning it was a trap...hence the slavery... hence the "It was never freedom to begin with" I have seen it as such anyhow. A play on words. In context with... "War is peace. Freedom is slavery. Ignorance is strength." - George Orwell These are tools for control. So the "freedom" they give you will be slavery... Another example... "credit" cards

Regarding... fighting for God Most really were lead to believe that they were fighting for good...for freedom / for humanity. Most of the people dying in the war didnt really understand what / who they were fighitng for. Military people today (last 100 odd years) are sadly... mercenaries fighting for corporate / globalist gains / agendas very, very few would sign up if they really knew what was going on behind the scenes... hence massive PR campaigns + hiding / distorting of history + blatant lies/deception etc. -
More "Freedom"

defense is like being a doormat... you're just waiting to get stepped on. Sometimes the best defense is a good offensive... much eastern and western thought would agree with this. I think regarding this topic... it is clear who is being unlawful.

Well freedom can indeed be slavery.... look at obesity as an example. People eating themself to death without restraint. Sexual freedom/ promiscuity has many now walking around with multiple infections / diseases some will now have for life... People being addicted to drugs People being addicted to pornography People being addicted to caffeine / sugar / alcohol Most will say this is freedom / their choice? All manner of decadence. Hence the middle path..? Depends on how you define freedom? Real freedom has limitations... self control / self discipline So it wasn't really freedom to begin with... that was a lie. So you are correct.... it was slavery from the beginning People being slaves to their animal desires.
