^^^ I found with fasting / abstaining from food these things naturally occur I am considering a way to fast in a constant manner though remain at active level... perhaps one moderate meal a day - with fresh fruit juices occasionally. I have just broke an 80hr water fast ... the mental / sensory clarity is amazing... if I could maintain this + high physical activity wow I think food really throws peoples equilibrium I do believe the Taoist accounts of the Golden age and people living from ether / cosmic energy or the like

I sleep a lot less + dreams become very vivid and frequent. 3 days has been my longest water fast // just started one today... aiming for 7 days. To purify mind and body, deepen meditation + will. If you feel drawn to this perhaps further research...+ youtube - many people have uploaded their experiences It takes a decent about of self control self... but well worth the effort I believe.

Try and work your passion / interests into your schooling. I was actually thinking to myself the other day if I was back at school how could I have made it more enjoyable... find a way to play it in... /// don't worry so much about requirements etc... if they say write about this... write about something you like... so you still have a report ... the effort is there I drifted through school spent most classes scribbling / drawing etc assessment / exam everything was done the night before - If you can get away with it Your life... live it how you want don't be too reckless though haha School for me was more limiting than anything... not really about education / learning you have to break the confines and not be afraid to spread your wings

Can you go under or around her? Imagine cutting away the emotional connections etc with a sword... or scissor // whatever you prefer. Either you enjoyed the abuse or she has hexed you... Maybe a psychopath / energetic vampire what do you like about her? or maybe you are an unconscious vampire and they are acting in defense unconsciously too. Maybe you're trying too hard... clinging too much... smothering them...being obsessive // feeding off their attention / reactions etc let them breathe?
