  1. I just have a hard time grasping the sad fact after doing countless hours of my own research to find that mopai is the most powerful system out of all qigong arts. It almost like saying Muay Thai is better than Karate. Now we all know in the latter case of Muay Thai vs Karate, the smart answer is, "it depends on the practioner" so why can't the same be said about Mopai nei kung vs other qigong systems? You can't say it depends on the practioner because nei kung takes it to a whole new level that you can NEVER NEVER achieve with other qigong systems. The most you get out of them is healing and maybe some energy bubble deflection of your students. But its hard to believe because basically your tellng me that out of thousands of years of chineese qigong systems developing that Mo Pai Nei Kung has surpassed them in leaps and bounds. A analogy here would be flying cars(mo pai) and cars on the road(all other qigong). There has to be an equivalent out there and I want to know in your opinion what that equivalent is and if I can buy books to learn it. I read an excerpt of 4 levels similar to mopai and someone else said there was a lot of content missing. So I'm not going to go by that excerpt. But I am willing to learn on my own without a master even if it means the death of me or my soul. I dont care. I have a lot of different motives. I train in a lot of hard martial arts. But a true warrior is not complete without the internal work. And a true warrior is not complete without true training from a system that is mo pai. I hate to knock other systems but why train in a system that only knows how to do one thing(heal) vs a system with a wide array of arsenel. I'm not here to help anyone or hurt anyone, thats my yin and yang. I dont care if I can't develop pyrokinesis telekinesis or any of that but what satisfies me more is knowing that I was on the right path of doing so as opposed to being on a qigong path of wasting my whole life not getting any benefit except healing.
  2. I'm a little bit confused I am reading the book from Michael Lomax, what kind of stillness movements happen when your doing the meditation? Or should that question be answered because once I know, my subconcious self will try to acheive those. I guess what im really trying to ask is...if random movements occur in stillness movement, then does that mean its ok to uncross my legs to achieve that movement or is it ok to remove my hands from the dan tien? So far the only movements I've had are my head rotating.
  3. 1. How do I know I am training in iron body correctly? Forget about using that line of seeking out professional instruction as each instructor has their own style of training but also most instructors are too far away, and plus I already have a system from Chris Lomas. My concern is long term...I want to be sure I am doing it right otherwise I hear you can get deformities, whole body inflammation and other damage. I still ejaculate once a week too. 2. Do I really need a dat da jow? In Chris Lomas's training vids he doesn't mention anything about dit da jow unless your practicing iron palm. 3. My muscles do feel sore from time to time. I only have had 45 training sessions so far, and so far I only bruised once. No significant pain that I can tell. I can touch areas of my body that were trained and it doesn't hurt so hopefully thats a good sign that I'm not hitting too hard. But sometimes I feel a deeper sensation in the muscle of minor pain(1, for a 10 point pain scale, where 10 is most painful). Is this normal?

    This is exactly what I am reading and practicing now and thats what has lead me to start this topic lol. I was watching some shows on syfy like paranormal witness and those entities are just way too powerful when you see what they can do. They just aren't your normal ghosts.
  7. I am doing some stillness movement qigong, cross legged, focusing on dantien letting movements happen. I dont know how science can explain the heat generated by doing qi meditations. I am sitting in one spot, and all I am doing is just focusing on my dantien, and I feel this heat all over my body, the more harder I concentrate the more heat is felt, I am relaxed. Its not like I am running getting my heart rate going and trying to sweat yet I still generate heat. Science has no explanation for this, I am not even thinking about getting my body hot, I am merely just focusing on my dan tien thats all. I find it quite interesting. Before I was using another qigong system where you just take full deep breaths and I figured it was the full deep breaths that were working my muscles and causing my body to heat but with stillness movement qigong you dont take those full deep breaths like other systems and you still generate heat, something science cant explain.
  8. Are there going to be any future workshops in the USA so we can get this energetic transfer or awakening? I am practicing from the book but I can only go so far I feel. I also didn't want to spend all that money to go overseas for the next workshop.
  9. Someone made the claim of 100 day semen retiontion for building a 100% iron body, but also assuming you do everything else your supposed to. But can the body really pick up iron body to the max extent in that quick a period of time?
  10. I have a high cholesterol and triglycerides and to sum up...this is a problem with the liver packaging these particles and hence a genetic defect. Are there any qigong neigong exercises to fix my liver imbalance or to solve my cholesterol issues?
  11. I did a search on the internet and couldn't find another nei kung system with 72 levels but I found an old thread on here claiming 72 levels in a different kind of Nei Kung. And if there is another system with 72 levels....what do the lower levels vs the higher levels mean for that system?
  12. When i first started doing the chi ball...I could feel this dense energy really dense. This was the chi ball meditation. This was my first experience with qigong. Then I dived further into it. I stopped doing chi ball meditation and trained in dan tien energy cultivation meditation and other qigong exercises. Now I go back to work on chi ball meditation just to see where I am at...and I just could not get it out in my hands despite all this training I've had. There just wasn't any density to it!

  15. You have no idea how much mental focus I have, but also how horney I am. But in my meditative state, I can feel more concentration much more...I dont doze off into space as much thinking about random stuff. I dont know how safe not masturbating is for the prostate(cancer conerns) and also I have this inner rapist feel like it wants to come out lol.

  18. My question is 1. how long do I wait after masturbation before I practice my energy cultivation? 2. And how long do I wait after practicing energy cultivation so that I can masturbate? Here are the methods that I use for energy cultivation: 1. Meditation focusing on the dan tien only, breathing in deeply and holding it for 5 seconds and releasing it fully and holding that for 5 seconds. Stomach expands on inhalation and collapses on exhalation. 2. I also do, meditation focusing on the dan tien only, breathing in deeply and holding it for 5 seconds and releasing it fully and holding that for 5 seconds. BUT this time the Stomach collapses inward on inhalation and expands on exhalation.
  19. I am thinking about also taking up iron fist training in addition to iron shirt but my question is: 1. Is it really worth the time to do? 2. Does an iron fist hurt more as opposed to a normal fist when punching? 3. Any benefits with preventing osteoarthritis in the future with iron fist? 4. Will I loose the iron fist after I attain it and stop training it? Same question for iron shirt training. If I stop training will I loose it? 5. How many months of training do I need to fully develop it? 6. Who in your opinion has good iron fists?
  20. Is Mantak Chia any good for iron shirt? I dont know where else to go. I have some instructors in my area but those are more on the healing side they teach a small bit of nei gong. And obviously no one on amazon has a book on iron shirt. And lastly is there a such thing as iron pants? I want to be able to take leg kicks to the outside and inside thighs without having to check them.
  21. 1. So in your opinion, you dont have to wait 24 hours after masturbation to do energy cultivation meditation? Some others out there are saying wait 1 week after you masturbate to do energy cultivation meditation. I thought that was a little eXtreme!
