  2. Hi all

I don't think that's a Kundalini experience. But thanks for sharing, your story is very interesting. : D
  3. Now it all makes sense after reading this thread and his "hi im new..." in the Lobby.
  4. What I don't understand is why new practitioners are so eager to raise their Kundalini. A friend of mine told me about a woman who prematurely raised her Kundalini and suffered severe insomnia due to the crazy amount of energy that surged through her body afterwards. Apparently, the energy that the Kundalini can serve up is equivalent to 8 shots of expresso. Therefore, raising your Kundalini can have harmful effects if not properly trained and nurtured. Why not learn to meditate properly first? Get to a point where you're in-between being asleep and awake, then worry about things like raising your Kundalini. Rome wasn't built in a day and neither will your Chi/Energy.
  5. New Bum

Youkoso. What part of Japan are you from? I visited in 1996 and plan on going back next year.
  6. Haha one of the Sahaja centers is down the street from me. Apparently, it's free to take the class but I have yet to go in and discover what it is they teach. I should go undercover but not without a... tin foil hat.
  7. How I unintentionally moved a pebble.

Oh I plan on it. I was just wondering if there were specific meditation techniques in order to cultivate certain powers. This way I can potentially avoid some of the "accidents" in the future.
  8. How I unintentionally moved a pebble.

No, I was completely emotionless. AlchemistGeorge ~ How do you develop the ability to perform telekinesis?
  9. How I unintentionally moved a pebble.

So a "happy accident" is your Chi accidentally interacting with a physical object? What exactly are you studying with Bruce? I was interested in his Hsing-I 5 Elements practice. Have you done that? Is it worth it? Thanks again!
  10. How I unintentionally moved a pebble.

It's impossible for me to tell if someone else moved it; I didn't feel any presence in the room at the time. I was born in the 70s, so I don't know if I was gifted with such abilities or not.
  11. yet another new member - AlchemistGeorge

    Welcome, George.
  12. Hi all

Can you elaborate on your experience?
  13. Welcome. I don't know what you should do next but I am curious as to what type of meditation were you performing? Standing or sitting, and did you visualize your 'Chi' moving into your dan tien and then storing it?
  14. How I unintentionally moved a pebble.

I appreciate all the fascinating responses from you guys. Thank you. White Wolf ~ I am familiar with Psychokinesis, but i find it hard to believe that I was able to perform such a miracle without having put in enough hours of serious deep meditation practice. z00se ~ Electric bath scale? Never heard of it. jaysahnztao ~ Yes, I plan on starting back up again and sticking with it until I die this time. The jenga story is impressive. What type of meditation were you doing before vibrating the piece?
  15. The greatest Taoist of them all

    > * ~ Poor Luigi never gets any credit.
  16. How I unintentionally moved a pebble.

    I hate when that happens.
  17. Greetings.

The divine path [google.com] led me to this website. Jokes aside, I look forward to engaging in deep conversation with some of you bums.
  18. Greetings.

    Haha. Thank you.
