Cultivators should be able to slow their heart beat down though in fact even if you don't consciously wish to do that it's interesting to check radial pulse before and after cultivating a set.

I suppose that might happen for those who believe in it. I talk to 'dead' people a lot, most say that they were welcomed over by loved ones gone before. Yoga class is a great place to socialise, you could try it Vmarco. Maybe meet that special someone. New places become all the more joyful seen and shared with someone loved.

Off topic but does anyone know why some iPads are selective about what video clips they will play? I can see everything with a clip in it posted on here on a PC but at home on iPad only certain ones will work.

It's the Qi ball that's hot, it's external. You can hold it to cold feet and feel the heat of it. One old trick and quite safe is hold your right hand open over your partner's flat right hand about two fingers width above it, not touching him. Rotate clockwise with intention for a golf ball size Qi ball and after a few revolutions by you he will begin to feel it rolling in his palm and warming up. Then reverse and do it anti clockwise, Qi ball goes cold and keeps on getting colder. Have fun. ;-)

There was an eccentric old Irish aristo ( a proper one a Lady something, she had a castle and all sorts) used to come to SAGB now and then in London she had an Isis temple in her castle, this was back in the 70s she'll be long gone now.
