WORLD PEACE 666 HAS OFFICIALLY BEGUN!
GrandmasterP replied to Everything's topic in General Discussion
I reckon we are strangers in a strange land. An alien species marooned on a planet that will be never truly be 'home' to our kind. Just a metaphor, but it'll do the job well enough. -
Old temperance poster read..... 'Drink is the curse of the working classes' Underneath some wag wrote.... 'Work is the curse of the drinking classes'. We are teetotal and laugh in the face of temperance softies.

Lot of it about this season. Norovirus apparently Morecambe and Wise Xmas ( ancient repeat) special was on tonight. Still funny. Those New Seekers (You won't find another fool like me babe) were jolly tuneful back in the day.

..... Thank you for sharing. I'm not saying that it doesn't work, merely pointing out that it's a whole lot of faffing about to get to the same place that a simpler and more natural cultivation would get you to easier. Difficult does not necessarily imply worthy. I'm testament to that bro. :-)

They walk amongst us! Actually it's probably us on here who are the aliens. -
Keep at it buddy. The more you do the easier it gets

Yep Qi ball is super. One of the 8 strands is "hold Qi ball and turn round" Once you can feel and see the ball it's super easy to internalise it and send it into LDT then round MCO

Certainly not. Brandy is Satan's wee wee.
-
.... Well you can have a water tank and a water butt so why not a water house?
-
I don't get that ever. You don't use any pressure at all just rest the tongue there up and let it go gently down. HTH

Send em this way please K. There's a big sign on the roof, they'll not miss it. Mince pie too if they fancy one.

.... Most of 'em by all accounts Om mani padme hum Namo guan shi yin phu sa Will try to find and post the list from DW. All this stuff is illusion anyway but if it gets you where you want to be then there's little or no harm in it I suppose. -
Not necessarily. In the East Midlands the final and ultimately winning move of any such contest involves the application of the, soon to be victor's; stout stick upon the erstwhile opponent's head.

Wise advice indeed. Levels, grades, sacred mysteries , hermetic gnosis , lamas , religions , beliefs etc etc are all just illusory guideposts along the path. Best to set out not needing them. Some, however; absolutely depend on such fancies.

..... Death is just nature's way of telling us to Slow Down.

....... There is no such thing as enlightenment although some do need to believe that there is. Progressive teachings of enlightenment which recommend methods such as meditation, self-enquiry, or the idea of recognition or surrender, are based on the belief of there being a self who can choose to do these things. Hence dogs are wise. cocker Spaniels especially so. Humans labour under the burden of far more illusions than do dogs.

..... We celebrate diversity in these parts, always have done. The Squire's a well respected tranny.

Just one more shiny sixpence gentlemen and up goes the donkey. (Terry Pratchett). -
...... A considerate guest then. I found him quite charming if a little deaf.
-
.... "Low and slow is the way to grow". (GM Chang) Breathing into LDT does the trick.

Ah how we all miss our late rector the Reverend Philias Storge here in the village. These modern gels got up in dog collars are simply not the same don't cha know! Miss Terwithick at the Post Office told me that this new woman incumbent wears earrings in the pulpit. The choir are up in arms about the new liturgy (Guitars!!) and letters of protest have, reportedly; already been sent to the Rural Dean. As Miss Terwithick says.... "I should not be too surprised if there aren't several more who decamp to the Methodist Chapel before Advent is out".

Welcome buddy. You on the Martialtalk forum?

Full English every morning the lad enjoys. Bacon, sausage, fried slice, mushrooms and tomatoes. Earl Grey Tea (all flown in a diplomatic 'bag' via Dabolim airport sent from Harrods of Knightsbridge each week) and the BBC World Service news on the radio. As one of the DL's aides explained to us visiting Brits..... "It's quite the ritual for him".
