  1. I've been practicing these techniques on and off for 2 years from this book called "Dynamic Strength" by Harry Wong (Yes, That's his name). The exercises require no weights or an sort of external resistance, Instead, You simply tense your muscles and move them through the full range of motion as if you were actually lifting a weight. It also states that as you lift you must concentrate on moving the Qi energy to the part of your body that you're working on. I'm curious, This seems to be the same method some use for condensing their chi energy. Does that mean once this method is mastered you can learn to move jing freely through ought your body?
  2. Yeah, But isn't this method a bit more efficient since your developing both your internal and external forces?
  3. Some you guys are making it sound like tensing your muscles is a bad thing, Aren't you condensing the chi and turning into jing which will give you more force where ever you decide to concentrate it?
  4. How do I become a fearless?

One humans will be able to afford this lifestyle without making themselves vulnerable, But for now spiritualism should be kept a secret. If it becomes widely adopted then America will just become a second Tibet.
  5. What are you watching on Youtube?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JD4EJjk-2sE&feature=player_detailpage I love listening to speeches while playing this song in the background
  6. How do I become a fearless?

Like a shark at seafood buffet I'm chowing down on this knowledge and wisdom but I can't quite ingest it. But, maybe it's because I lack the testosterone. I "relieved some pressure" a few hours ago though.
  7. No one seems to ever "beat the meat" here.
  8. I just ate some porkchops and tri-tip. My intelligence couldn't be higher.
  9. Ever since I got into metaphysics and found out about things like Eternal love, Enlightment, and reincarnation...It's kind of depressed me. All of the material things on earth and all the goals I've had up till now seem so insignificant and unimportant. I've been planning on joining the military after high school because I really don't want to go to college or another school. But even that seems ridiculous and insignificant, Why shouldn't I just kill myself right now? I'm just going to get reincarnated anyway. Why even bother becoming a genius or anything great for that matter if we're all supposedly omnipotent gods that transcend time and space.
  10. Controlling sexual desire

Try donating your sperm to a greater cause.

  14. Also, I've been practicing reverse breathing and the deer exercise (breathing deeply and contracting my perineum) all day. When I breath out i'm sucking my navel almost all the way to my spine. My tan tien seems to be feeling very cool. I've also been doing the horse stance a lot and. I have a few questions: Can I practice hindu squats rather than horse stance? Hindu have be said to activate the root chakra and generate prana (chi). What'll start to happen if I stick to reverse breathing, Deer exercise, and horse stance? Also, I haven't been practicing mind celibacy so why is it that I'm feeling this cool energy which is supposedly chi? I've been looking at pornographic images to produce jing, I haven't masturbated at all though. What should I do with the jing?
  15. I really trying to learn as much as can about this stuff because it's so damn confusing. Also how can I come up with a vivid affirmation like tom robbins for attracting the perfect girlfriend?
  16. I've been reading the Chi-kung bible and I can't seem to find anything on how to actually do the exercises. He just describes them.
  17. Peak performance and chi cultivation

Then what's point of applying it to combat in the first place?
  18. I definitely have enough time to do all the exercises, But still is it worth it? Will I have to these exercises everyday for the rest of my life or will be able to maintain them through microcosmic orbit meditation?
  19. Thanks, But between you, the chi kung bible and the other sources I've been reading. I really have no idea which exercises I should be doing. All I know these are is my goals: 1.Gain the ability to have as many orgasms as I want without ejaculating 2.Learn to transmute this energy and channel it into achieving my other goals (think and grow rich) 3.Subdue the intense sexual desire any time I want.
  20. I'm also reading the chi kung bible, Should I do the daily routine it recommends or should I even bother with the exercises you recommended me?
  21. Peak performance and chi cultivation

Should I breathe regularly or do some kind of special breathing technique like reverse breathing or condense breathing when I do this?
  22. You misunderstood me, I did that version of the deer exercise to transfer my sexual energy and calm it down which is why it was hard for me to get an erection. Yeah, I also found that when I focused on the exercise rather than sex itself, I somehow got an erection. Today I practiced the horse stance, reverse breathing, an yin and yang exercises you advised. I excluded meditation because it's too boring. But, I felt a coolness in my stomach afterwards. What happened?
  23. the is though, Back when I did the deer exercise I found that it calmed down my sexual energy. I'm not talking about the version were you wack off but the one were you rub your tan tien and cup your testicles, Activate the energy and then pump it using your anus muscles. Immediately after the exercise I found that it'd take a lot for me to get an erection.
