Hello All, I do meditation and beginner level Chen TaiChi. Recently I had an experience while doing the standing meditation. My Shih-fu usually just recommends a standard 15 minute session. I had been having some indigestion and back pain. I noticed that the longer I stood, the better I felt...so I stood for an hour. Loved it! I then found this site and read some comments that others have made about zz, and found that helpful. Glad to be here.
