  1. What are you listening to?

    edit for better version
  2. What are you listening to?

It's very hard to get one now. The phenomena overgrew the production. How great that is, they (those who created that stuff) won't cut out the soul of their creation by mass production.
  3. Hindu man claims to be 120 years old

Nomatter how long, the good idea is to keep your youth forever. And that no one can do. Better to die on time. obviously
  4. Hindu man claims to be 120 years old

I'm currently 134, still doing jokes
  5. Stretching for mobility, flexibility, wellbeing

Ahah I'm not that flexible either. If you can touch your toes you do the claw, whatever you do it horizontally or vertically it doesn't change much if your legs are fully extended. The good idea is to do it without torturing yourself !
  6. Energy transmission and sharing - a debate

It's ok, don't make a big deal with it but you can learn from it
  7. Stretching for mobility, flexibility, wellbeing

I mainly do the claw. I'm working on my hips through half lotus. It took me some time to be able to stay in the correct position for a while. By the way, I have build a stool XL size to be able to sit in half lotus or cross legged in front of the screen. That's a great improvement. Being on the computer become partly healthy AND I tend to spend less time. The brocade set of course. With my tai chi training I'm at the moment I need to stretch my waist and the whole lower back. So I practice lower focusing on the waist moves. One leg full (with all the weight on) the other empty but the heel nailed in the floor practicing slowly enough to feel the waist stretch and having the time to relax in that position
  8. What are you listening to?

Hometown, lot of serenity and a tremendous energy to find there

In these cases I try to remember something my grandpa said me long ago... "nobody willingly chooses to do wrong" (Socrate) In my experience it appeared that -exclusion made of misunderstanding- people acting maliciously, spitefully, balefully, nastily (wow you have tons of synonyms to say it!) are generally (always ?) people suffering.
  10. Hillary and Trump

Dawei talking politics, there must be a problem
  11. Yes, for sure. It's up to you to find balance between achievements, daily "ordinary" life and practice. But in my experience results take daily practice. I you can do 15 mn go for it but I would say it really started after I was able to do more than 1 hour a day. I'm no talking about "superpowers" just knowing yourself and your dynamics better, have better balance, clean some tensions, just serious beginner level Another point, if you understand who you are better but ain't able to adjust your life to you, you may experience more difficulties ! A good teacher does matter. Good luck

I was doing humour and... Here you are. No other comment.
  13. Hillary and Trump

You think I'm proud of being french ? There are several of these formerly young red hearted politicians that are totally at ease in our capitalist government, so that means nothing. You still don't get it, maybe in 2 or 3 centuries... if you haven't blown the whole thing away... OK I stop being intolerable.
  14. Hillary and Trump

Are you going to vote for Trump to avoid the communist menace Brian ? I leave that thread today, and give you a break. Ralis is a way better defender that I am and by the way sorry if I offended some, it was not meant to be that way. I personally appreciate many Yankees, you included.

I want to answer about tide and sandcastle. I never saw a sandcastle lasting for 80 years if we take le front populaire as a start. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Popular_Front_(France)#Labor_laws Then to the last news I have the incoming tides that worry me are the -always rising- power of multinational trusts which are the true thieves, and the ecological disaster both are results from I call savage capitalism.

    edit : enough
  17. Questions about the Neidan firing process

    seriously ? want a hug ?
  18. Hillary and Trump

Evil scum lol No it's oversimplified. Honestly I think this discussion goes too quickly to your heart I haven't see much of your legendary fairness (joking) in that discussion nor any will to understand my point. We disagree on beginnings that are both cultural and political. Basically I think you think capitalism mirrors humanity while it tends to produce a certain type of individual to the benefice of few ones. I think there are other ways implying other psychic mechanisms that consumerism, competition and individualism.

You don't get the point... I can't help you.

We may lose but we fight to stay in charge, we fight not for equality but equity. It's not perfect it's getting worst but we try to stay a society with a place for everyone.
  21. Hillary and Trump

You'll not get it, my friend
  22. Hillary and Trump

Brian what you're doing is ridiculous. It's not a divorce...
  23. Hillary and Trump

Joe, Brian, I understand. As I said the situation in our countries is NOT THAT DIFFERENT.
