This place is a mess, I like mess. Too much informations, no reliability, it's like modern life except some stuff here interest me. -New comers should be warned, internet is not the best place to start with. I'm not truly a beginner but even for me that's not all good, brings me doubt, too much curiousity when all I have to do is focus on my practice- BUT Very open-minded/funny people. I think some people here are honest. I like e-interactions I have the same feeling here than when I enter a mediation room, lot of work, lot of suffering, lot of hope, lot of trouble, lot of peace, some clarity, some illusions. Great trollmaster(s?) he's so much at the right place. Plus, I have time at this period and that's good for my english.

Is that a good or a bad thing ?

Give me one true non partial scientific in this case and I'll begin to change my mind Buzz for Hidden Inca Tour... Are you still doing your practice challenge ?

I have been told that way, exept on the very necessity to perform the form in 20 mn (2mn +/-) it seems a very normal duration to me but doing it slower and faster you have differents effects. I read somewhere than Yang Chengfu has been seen performing solo form for 1 hour many times... so... dunno !

Hello OldChi, "without mastery power is nothing". I don't agree on the word, and the field but on the meaning I guess we are close. I'd call that autonomie or liberty (to act differently than your mind or your orgnanic chemistry order you to do. You (or maybe not you!) know when you get angry at something/someone and you feel the energy/adrenaline rise on you and then you explode (generaly on the people you targeted as a cause). I have been proud to be someone explosive, I helped me (or maybe not) to maintain what I called my respect my limits to anyone I thought to be disrespectfull or a threat but it's no more usefull now, I want my freedom. I want to be able to be yeld at, even for nothing even for 5 mn and keep my inside quiet, ready to help that other person suffering. All of this because I know I can do it or at least I have to be it.
