Even the basic meds can light you up to have more chi. But glad the advance seated meds can ignite more. I do experientially agree that late night FP practice is a no-no, when going to bed (except for the sleeper meds ). In regards to lighting up (radiating more energy) It is possible to attract visitations. That did happen to me, as I posted back. Recently I have been exchanging emails from someone who did have a strong connection (or merged) with his higher self. He explained to me what happened re my alien visitation. Here is some part of his email response to me.

My Pranayam is authentic. There is a certain time you should do it., and certain chakras to be focused upon, plus a personal mantra. and only vegetarian/vegan can only do it. A beginner must have very nutritious meals, or it will dry up the body!. if someone is eating meat it will only degrade his/her mind, make it more crude than subtle. PM me, if you want an authentic Tantra Yoga practice. Warning you though it will give you fast transformation, that you may not want to. It is a very spiritual practice. I will not give you the Pranayam lesson but will tell you what Tantra Yoga it is.

The super slow movements, gives me insights, expanded awareness and fullness. Glad Sifu Terry always reminds us.

As always I do admire Sifu Terry response. Got to say it when i'm in a state of happiness due to FP pratice today

thanks for the info Friend

That is very interesting Sifu Terry. Because once, when I was doing a channeling technique of Bashar, I saw my future self, a luminous light being, and having very very penetrating eyes. Looks like I have to continue my FP practice until to the advanced level to achieve that

Hello Sifu Garry, Thanks for asserting. I mostly do vol 2. not much of the vol 1. My nature is a peaceful, kind and understanding however the negative (imbalance) side of it is (was) weakling personality. Now it is evident that I am a "man", that I have more courage (to stand up and speak for myself). When I posted that I experienced of having a "powerful personality change" after doing MSW, it was the start of my changing. That I chased 4 troublemaker teenagers back then, and yesterday I chased them again. They're making trouble and very noisy in front of our streets and no one seems (lots of people there but they're just watching) to confront them, they were very annoying. They had big rocks and one of them had metal pipe. I don't think it wasn't just being hot headed and impulsive, because I still do love to be peaceful and meditate (tantra, higher self, quantum entrainment). And this is the reason why I am still at the basic FP meds, because I am still exploring and integrating with it. Don't want to jump to vol 4 and vol 7, not yet I think. I believe and feel that this courage is not just for fighting but also a courage to face life challenges. And so I begun thinking to learn a powerful martial arts system like your burning palm. What "more" could it bring me? But that just a thought for now.

Happy Easter to everyone! Anyone noticed, their courage/bravery is building up? Evidently is happening to me.

Glad you finally noticed the benefits and effects of FP Eugene! Congrats! Now we are all happy campers. Agreed with Sifu Garry, that this happiness vibe and calmness is priceless. This is why I practice FP daily as possible because of this feel good state. aside from mental clarity and other benefits.

Thanks Lloyd Yes, I do shake just a little now, very minimal..I barely shake now. got to tell ya, i miss my very wild shaking on my first month. 6 months...... Ok, due to my steady sincere practice, I think I can predict my body will be acclimatized to the basic meds.. then I will go to long form and advanced meds. Got to have that blue aura that Sifu Terry told can be had in 2-3 years time. When I reach my 6 months I will have a long review of the basic meds to be posted here. Yeah I am rolling. this thread is awesome

Good observation guys, that tells and confirms I am practicing properly On MSW, I do pause on the earth mudra too, and feel my tan tien there (feels kinda warm) and some visualization (even recite and feel, Peace Love, Happiness). Yes I do fully agree with you guys, the sensing the flow and the water-like sensation when you do the movements, like you're in a swimming pool doing the meds, is spot on. Sometimes you need to fasten movements a bit, and sometimes you need to slow it a bit (when I am looking for my "shaking" or more internal energy). That's why it's proper to observe and be fully engage with the meds. I posted that in the beginning of my few weeks of practice I was holding movements, that along with the hand movements, there were certain movements that made my body shake more. When ever I noticed that certain movements ignited more shaking, I hold it there and let it be for like (half) a minute. Though I am on my third month now, and I no longer notice certain movements that made me shake more than the others.

on raising my arms re, MSW 90,50,40,30,10 and 50,40,30,10 sometimes I hold it , sometimes I don't, this depends how much awareness I intend to put into. But what important for me is how much I engage myself into the meds. how much I pay attention, how much I observe. And oh, just want to clarify the term "bliss" ,that bliss is not happiness state, or feel good or good mood state, or joyful. Bliss is more like all of these feelings combined altogether but very much more heightened plus it has an essence of love energy and your surrounding perception is much more alive and bright, everything feels lovely. In FP, I did experience some happiness, feel good state, refreshed/clear mind, positive outlook in life (aside form health, insights, and powerful personality). In fact it so normal for me to experience these, but I did not get to a point of having the true bliss experience. But truthfully, all of these, of my FP experiences are very rewarding and great for me. But I'm still on basic meds, and just on 3rd month of practice. Just to clarify. Bliss is akin to samadhi which I did experience (what I just described above that bliss is a combination of all good feelings that I experienced (plus more) all at once), but only once, when I was in my height of my Tantra Yoga practice. Meditating 5 hours a day in total. There are many levels of samadhi, and I thought, I reached the lower. Again I posted this just to clarify things. For not to confuse or disway anyone.

Yes you can do that two warm up meds if you like, if you got extra time and should do them sincerely. not just to do them for the sake of doing them. 50, 30 , 10 has a mellowing effect, I do this if I want to have that extra relaxing effect. 50, 10, 50, to make your hands sensitive to qi. But that's only my limited experience and don't much idea. On 90,80,50,20 I do stretch it, that my chest stretches, really wide (but I don't stress it). Yes mine has a pause motion when I finally reach my chest stretch.. then I hold it for about 3 seconds (just to feel the stretch), then I twist my two palms upto facing my ears (doing this makes me shake a bit), only then I start to turn down my arms into the lower tan tien On 45 degrees, I don't think mine is 45 when I raise my arms. I think mine is like 75-80 degrees. I just felt to do it that way. Though I don't intend to recommend or want to variate your practice. And just answered your mere question. What I posted, is my routine..to have a bliss/feel good. Now if my goal is youthfulness, (or oozing sex appeal LOL ), I do think I will do some variation. And understand that, I am still into basic meds like you do. So in time I will do advanced meds (vol 7) and long form (vol 4)--when I feel I am ready and my routine will surely vary from there on. I am still exploring the basic meds.

Hey Eugene, So you want to experience bliss... Here's a tip that maybe you can follow. This is the way, I do it BTW. Do Vol 2 in the morning, 5,60,80,40,30 and 90,50,40,30,10 take a good nutritious lunch, on the afternoon, 5,60,80,40,30 and 90,50,40,30,10, and 90,80,50,20 eat nutritious at dinner. Evening 5,60,80,40,30 and 50,40,30,10 Do all these meds, everyday. You may experience some bliss/feel good/good mood on the third day. even in the first day if you've done them correctly/properly. Now do these meds real slow, meaning be so mindfully engage in your hand movements. pay very close attention to your every movements. Now if you do this correctly/properly, you should notice that your awareness is expanded! if not, your not really paying much attention. Now what is expanded consciousness like, or feel like? in this mind state, you perceive more "space", and so when you extend your arms, you can sense that your arms seems much longer" (also when you raise your arms, they seems much higher). you don't need to visualize it, that your limbs are longer, you will perceive it automatically when you really become that fully engage in your hands movements and body sensations. It this expanded state, you will also tend to enjoy your practice more, so longer hours tend to be enjoyable rather than to bore you to death This is my usual time periods 5,60,80,40,30 = 7 to 10 minutes 90,50,40,30,10 = 30 min 50,40,30,10 = 50 min to 1 hour (this meds have lots of movements, so it is taking longer) 90,80,50,20 = 30 min All of what I have said, is also the key to having penetrating eyes and having to experience a powerful personality change. also you can have insights. Good luck to your FP practice and enjoy it!

Thanks for your input cihan. I haven't experienced this laughter, two (or more) members here reported laughing. I guess everybody has their own enjoyable unique experience. Though I experienced, "thrice", a powerful personality change with penetrating eyes. Seems almost everybody is enjoying FP eh? Interesting you are practicing Kuji Kiri. it got my attention. Since hand mudras do have power. Even enlightened master do use hand mudras. Lucky me.. Tantra Yoga meditation works well with FP. But I am not into long form (vol 4) yet to fully confirm this. In addition, I met my friends today (I haven't seen them like 6 months) and they just told I seem different, that I changed. I know, deep inside me, that I already gone though some changes that I attributed with my sincere practice of FP, but them noticing me..gives me a good feedback to myself..that I am doing well with FP. I'm in the beginning of my 3rd month now.

That is great Lloyd and Sifu Garry. Yes, "enjoy your practice", and that is because FP is very enjoyable to practice indeed! I would not practice a system if I am not enjoying it. There is an enjoyable energy when you practice FP. After all life is just about experience. .....and enJOYment is the keyword.

If anyone wants to know what I recently posted about fasting, that might aid, not to get that weaker, http://thetaobums.com/topic/26806-water-fasting/#entry414464 Though, I don't think I can do long hours of FP. if im on a fast. So minimal practice only for me if. This must not be an alternative to fasting, but FP and ginger works wonders to healing and detoxifying my body. All I have to do is after every meal, I chew ginger. Not only it freshens my breath, helps to digest my food better due to more bile acid being produced, but you can see that your bowel is different too, more healthier.. and it's less. why less?? I do think because you digest your food better, so meaning your body absorbs more of the food you intake..so the less waste (bowel) material being excreted. also it's not smelly Praticing FP and eating raw ginger everyday makes my nasal passageway clearer, no plegm/mucus in my throat too. no cough, or colds. lots of benefits as I have posted before. FP and ginger together, is very beneficial indeed.

Hi Sorry if I haven't made my self clear. On the 1st day of your fast, drink water, lemon and salt, (mixed) . try to drink, 1 liter of water + 1 and 1/2 tablespoon salt, + 1 lemon. drink it slowly within 30 minutes, when your indoors, your home (very high probability you will go to the comfort room). Then on that same day, drink normal (spring, purified) water. Don't drink distilled water! as it will only make you dehydrate! 2nd day 1 liter water + 1/2 (half only) tablespoon salt + 1 lemon. drink through out your whole day..plus intake your normal water. 3rd, 4rth, 5th and so on, is as same as the 2nd day. the idea here, having a little bit of salt makes your drinking water to having electrolytes. since you would not consume foods, electrolytes will give you "some" energy. and the combination of water, salt and lemon makes alkalized water. Drinking alkalized water balances your PH level.
-
Hey that is great alleswasderfallist I was thinking, salt + water + lemon. This combination makes an "alkaline water". (instead of salt and water only). I can very much testify about drinking saline solution, you will go to the comfort room/bathroom almost right away the moment you drink it. If anyone is having stomach ache (caused by too much acidity--due to fried foods, liquor, coffee, etc), try lemon and salt. citrus fruits (acidic) to be combined with salt makes it alkaline solution. This is indian aryuvedic medicine, I learned in Tantra Yoga.

Sifu Terry, I honestly don't know about it. I just found it, sheer luck on my part. And just thought to post it. Synchronicity? I hope GM Doo Wai is reading this thread too, he must have been feeling honored and fulfilled that FP is becoming more popular.

Just got lucky thru google Yeah Flying Phoenix is becoming more popular these days... more and more people will know FP, because it's fast acting but with proven results. To add up, I think my hair is getting shinier and a little softer-- like Sifu Terry said FP can do. Also seemingly my gray hair is "very" slowly turning to black, but I'm not sure yet. need more months of FP gong I guess.. before I jump into vol 7. I'm still at basic meds.

Hi Just wanted add something. I just put frontal lobe info.. but I am certain, there are other lobes being activated by FP, especially noticeable through MSW. Doing MSW, I can "literally" feel energy pressure moving in my brain, like having a massage, inside my skull. I mostly notice this on my frontal lobes, but I can also feel my other brain lobes, like in my parietal lobes, temporal lobes, occipital lobes. At one point I experimented with VOL 2, warm-up # 1 (the seated Monk Gazing at the Moon) for me to see if the hand movements affects the pleasant energy pressure in my head ( me doing MGM, I feel a "waving" pressure energy in my left frontal lobe, and right frontal lobe). I did the 3 breaths, followed by breath percentage with my two hands in MGM posture, then after two minutes, I begun to move my "left and right hands" inward and outward, like Sifu Terry instructed on vol 2 DVD... I felt a pressure in my "left and right frontal lobes" (infact almost always I do feel this by doing MGM). To start the experiment, I only begun to move "just my left hand" (the right hand was kept still, on hold).. I immediately noticed that only my left lobe was only the one being pressurized (cool I said). I kept turning my left hand inward-outward to see if it really does, "consistently" affects my left frontal lobe, until satisfied. After that, I kept still my left hand, then I was turning my right hand instead--as expected the right frontal lobe was being pressurized/activated (while left frontal lobe inactive) So in conclusion, by doing the hand posture movements, most seemingly move this waving pressure energy in the brain, from lobe to lobe.I think this is what Sifu Terry is calling "washing the brain" This is just the warm-up med, it's not even MSW--where you can feel more of internal energy movements in your brain, and to activated other lobes as well, (not just frontal lobes) . Flying Phoenix and whole brain activation?

Hey glad you like my response Eugene. You're practicing many things too, I see. Though I don't have kumar's book water method meditation, but I read some good info of how to do it. I think its very good. Yes I agree that the basic FP meds (Vol 1 and VOL 2), is good for unblocking channels. And yes VOL 2 is good for the brain, I can very much testify about it. On my fist week of practice, my mind become keen. Now (around 2 months) having keen mind is very ordinary for me LOL Eggs is nutritious and easy to digest.
