7 months into meditation..weird issues, seeing if anyone has input
4bsolute replied to bax44's topic in General Discussion
Great that it helps you. The more you practice this, the more it integrates into your being. I know the fleeting effect of it when not done often or just beginning. Make it often, so the cellular learning is fast. Just to point out again that you want to do it all carefully please. Do it very precise because you can overheat organs so fast with these methods. Always do the closing exercise to not have stagnant energy somewhere. After even one month of practising daily the MCO, you should feel completely different. More 'full' and responsible to everything that is and might come. This is an energetic difference we then feel for the first time in such a 'short time'. And yes.. the methods take some time. Can get boring. 30min to 45min only for the 'warmup exercise' is quite an amount.. but it is worth it. I personally blew my load a couple of times now after this, to feel a difference energy wise - and at least now I truly value when I was more energetic. Without A doubt. When we get to such a point, it is okay. We can go to that stage again with ease, since we have done it once and then we progress. Take care and have fun! -
[Power of Language] The power of "I am" compared to using 'We' when speaking to or about oneself or with others
4bsolute replied to 4bsolute's topic in General Discussion
The intention behind a word is more important than the word itself, yes. But it is not about using words unconsciously anymore. For my being personally, I dont want any 'backfires' of living an unconscious life. That's the whole point of this thread. More light into the darkness, removing ignorance. -

Yes, I also often stop at these points. It might be possible that when we come to a very deep point in.. lets say manifestation, where we discard all unuseful aspects, that we might also switch languages. Look at the roots of English, especially col.Am.Eng. and wha the history of it is. It has shaped the language we use. English, esp trad. am. eng has so many terms of war in it.. crazy -
Why on earth would one practice more than one system?
4bsolute replied to BaguaKicksAss's topic in General Discussion
I came to the same conclusion. It seems we do this out of insecurity. We think that one system holds more wisdom than the other. But what we do not yet know is that each of them is similar. Why is that? Because the basic movements are all the same, when you understand them. And then you work with these basic movements and incorporate your intuition. This is when your actual training starts. And for this we only need one teaching that we like. Edit: Of course if we do have problems even figuring out what we like, then it might be time for some meditation or asking ourselves why do we even want to practice a certain style yet. We might have to muck out something in our lives first. -
We do not own thoughts, yet we act as if we do. We put them into books and put a copyright underneath, claiming that these ideas are personal and private. Fully blinded by greed we forget that thoughts are universal, available to every form of life. Most of our waking state we spend in the space behind our eyes and identify with thoughts as our Self. "If we do not think, then how do we even live? What's the purpose of life without thoughts?" one or the other might surely think.. We 'think' to be the Great Thinker is something to be proud of. Yet we misunderstand it and forget that the states all great writers and 'thinkers' were in was an openness towards the flow of information. When we eagerly try to grasp hold of a thought, we put ourselves in such a peculiar state of tension in which we force thoughts to come to us. Giving them next to no room to find a way into our being by all this tensing up. A mix between anger why it isnt going faster, self-doubt if we are even capable of receiving and worry, if we are even able to hold them in place. And now in what extreme are we? We bathe in thoughts! How crazy. How overdone. We think to entertain us. We see that this is an extreme. We arrange social gatherins where certain individuals play pingpong with thoughts that circulate this age for decades, yet we barely let any new ideas in! And then complain about the lack of invention LOL! When we experiment with silencing our thoughts, we automatically calm ourselves down. We want to receive knowledge, so we ask for it by formulating precise questions. And then we put ourselves out of the state of questioning (which you can feel) out of this state of uncertainty, into the state of receiving. Knowing that the answer aswer will come. Knowing that the is here (next stage). We do this all the time, unconsciously. And then we do not switch topics, we stay where we are mentally. And then we get the knowledge we were looking for. Even at the beginning when we try this, the effect is nearly instant. Although the main blockage here is our doubt. Our doubt that we even receive information. You can feel this like having a nervous stomach. At least that it is for us, for me. Maybe it is different for you. So we can do the following to receive the information we want: quiet mind, quiet thoughts bring intention into a state of wanting to know formulate exact question leaving the state of asking into a receiving be patient and know that answer will come shortly receive the information or we put our Selves directly in a state of knowing. Without even putting much effort into formulating a question. We already know the question and we desire to know the answer. Asking and receiving becomes one. Putting one's Self already at the goal. Most of this feels all passive. It's like thinking without thinking. That is why I chose 'actively thinking' in the headline. I still do have soo much doubt when doing this. It's like my gut is trembling of insecurity and impatience! But it always works. It feels like always.. like you remember something, smooth without any emotional interuption, no fireworks, no notification tone "You got mail". Like it's meant to be, for you to continue experiencing life and integrating gratefully what you have just received There is an old german song called "Die Gedanken sind frei" (lyrics and translation here) "The thoughts are free" which is about the freedom of thoughts. When did all of this start, this over-thinking and entertainment with thoughts? I wish a good mental defragmentation for every One out there, so the thoughts actually roam free again.

Oh and how your answer helped, because it was fully honest. Honesty, truth is no opinion. It's just your and my current state of experience. Through further practice one should feel the flow and the answers come, yes. I already contacted both teachers in text form, since I am on the other end of the world no replies yet. Like said, I will post the correct answers once I have figured it out. Again, thank you. -
What did meditation do to me? Please read...
4bsolute replied to Under's topic in General Discussion
Hello to you and welcome. Who defines what is normal for a teenager and what isn't? Who defines what is 'normal'? You might do yourself a favor and discard the term 'normal' entirely from your vocabulary. For the sake of fairness to yourself and to others. Several times I posted under the most watched binaural beats tracks on youtube, that one always wants to hold an inner dialogue with oneself before, while and after listening to these tracks. a.) you open your mind in a 'mechanical' way that is not natural to everything in your surroundings. Naturally such a relaxed state happens then, when you sit balanced in your surroundings through natural events. Such as late at evening, when it is quiet or generally before, in and after sleeping. Or already way in a meditation. b.) one can program subliminal messages into these tracks, which individuals then hear and these messages find it's way into deeper parts of your psyche which are naturally shut off or protected. If an author of these messages has ill intention, surely uncomfortable things can happen.. to say the least. When any part of the body gets unusually numb, that means that the circulation is not flowing correctly. Which can be fatal if ignored aka. permanent. Coming out of a meditation and being tired is a sign of that something went 'wrong'. Typically you want to exit a meditation and feel completely rejuvenated from bottom to top, energized. Regarding dizziness, about which you can be grateful that only it occured: That is why we make closing exercises after each meditation (and Qigong) which main purpose is neutralizing energy blockages. Please research 'Kundalini Sickness' Heat is one type of energy. Yang energy. Cold is ying energy. Temperatures are rising and falling during meditation. Sometimes we are flooded with intense cold, sometimes with intense heat. But it all wants to balance itself out. Stuck heat or cold can damage your body. So always check for unusual accumulations and work them out. This done through tapping and stroking. Please research more of this aswell. It's crucial. Especially here in the West.. TCM doctors are often out of reach for an emergency. Having no thoughts is generally a greater achievement for meditation practitioners, but definitelly not with all those signs and absences you feel. Giving up thoughts means that you then step into your Greater Aspect. So to speak you trade your Personal Self for a Higher Self. But this is a conscious effort by combining your heart- and crown chakra during meditation, with your intention. How often do you meditate? Do you follow any goal? If so, what goal? Do you focus on certain aspects in your body, like the one I have described? That would mean that you have disconnected yourself from your Emotional Body. I can not further go into detail here, since I lack deeper insight, regarding all of our subtle bodies. So to speak you have 'disabled one User Interface feature of your Human Life experience' if you are familiar with games. Do you understand this? Figure out how to turn it back on. I wish you that it is not permanent and temporarily just waiting for you to fill / trade it with higher senses. You can contact a very good friend of mine here. He is connected to his Higher Self and understands this human experience and all the related bodies fully. If you purify your Self correctly, then all emotions that are limited to this human self are gone and you feel constant, greater emotions.. such as what we identify as a form of Love and Bliss Again, this is typically a good sign. But not where you currently are (which is hopefuly about to change soon) because.. continuing.. Because.. this is not a holistic (good) sign. Sex drive means that your sexual energy is flowing. This sexual energy is life-giving. This sexual energy is naturally transformed by religious / spiritual practitioners by living and expressing virtues and praying. In Taoism you transform it the same way, but with the acknowledgment that Sexuality is something very positive, waiting to be transformed. Rather than falsly seen as hindrance or something one must get rid off. Sexual energy is very important. Yes, generally speaking the sex-drive is higher in the teens. But this is natural and can be the case for everyone older if one makes a conscious decision in raising the sex-drive through practice, like mentioned already. Age should not concern you primarily. Especially not in these days, where assumingly every 3rd teenager is emotionally starved because their glands do not function properly due to stress and malnutrition. Rather focus on your individuality and willingness to discover spirituality at such a young age, which can be seen as very young in our 'culture' compared the overall entry point here starting usually 20+ compared to other cultures, where they practice guided meditations already as a child. Yes I agree. We always want to fully discover our complete human potential before we shut anything off. The good thing about this is now that you are 'forced' to discover yourself to get your emotions back. You can learn this with Qigong. Your emotions are related to your glands which are related to your organs. Are your organs not functioning well, are the glands doing the same and we perceive a limited variety of emotions each day. Concern yourself also about proper Living Foods high in all resources your glands need to function best. You will discover all of this on your way. If you want to succeed in spirituality, you have to learn this one way or the other. It's about mastering this human experience and then being able to step into other forms of life and possible combining them with your waking state as a human (transcending). By the way I have found services on the internet for anyone to shut off his chakras. Just contact me. Yes this information is valid and yes I am joking about the contacting.. This is the time where you will discover for yourself that the information our society possesses about anything deeper in the human system is very limited. The East has much to offer for you. Much holism. You will all find this in Qigong and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Everything is interrelated. Forget Western Medicine for now. First of all you do not damage your Dantian, after intercourse or masturbation, during meditation in which only you go in a state of deep relaxation. Like you apparently did. You can damage your DT if you perform any Qi work.. Qigong. There are meditations, for example the Small Circulation / Microcosmic Orbit that are to increase your energies, which then can damage your DT because of it's exhausted state after ejaculation. Second you do not want to masturbate before meditation. You relax sooner or later in meditation by yourself, through proper abdominal breathing. You took a shortcut, which in this case is limiting the potential of any meditation you attempt. Because masturbation, the ejaculation, depletes your 'energy storage' as a male. When you continue to do so, you will fall asleep and can not concentrate or focus. When you truly want to meditate in a professional manner, rather than use it as 'holiday' to just simply relax then you want to cultivate your sexual energy. Which is crucial (!) for your spiritual evolution. This sexual energy is transformed into spiritual energy. Is there no abundant sexual energy (which you feel as arousal) you can quit meditating, because you do not have enough energy to perform anything spiritual. Muscle spasms are seen as a 'spontaneous movements' in which the newly gathered energy reallocates in your human system. Let them happen and never restrict them! You see you have arrived at a very 'rich' point: The learning curve is very steep. Through restriction we see what we lack and are automatically willing to live life to the fullest once we recover. Because we have witnessed how it is 'without' and surely never want to go back in that direction. Typical trial and error or 'The Way of the Ape' This should help you. This is your modified way of living now, through playing around with things that life has to offer for us automatically at a certain point of growth. This is the price of a shortcut: Misunderstanding and fear. Nothing of all of this what you did is bad or wrong, it's actually very good, because you can use it to solve these issues with your Self and then help others who suffer under the same symptons. And unfortunatelly there are quite a few people with these problems. There will be much more in the near future, due to the increased energies, which lead even for non-practitioners to what is known as 'Kundalini sickness' ... psychosis. This raw energy wants to be refined and used wisely. If we do not find a way within, times are getting more and more rough and once again: Life is seen as unfair, once more. So this time do it right. If there is any other question on your heart, feel free to ask. Take care!- 127 replies

[QiWork] Regarding Closing Exercise and Massaging stomach Directions

Do I? I am sorry. Thank you for your concerns. Yes, lets inject an image into your thinking aparatus about what will happen when one continues to practice incorrect teachings, based on personal opinions, neglecting certain fixed universal principles. Right, because leaving a forum empty in that manner, probably not cutting other people's questions that address the same issue is false. The opposite. Could be that one researches parallel to posting topics.. could be that one is not solely relying on one source of information, especially when it's opinion based.. could be that one lateron edits his own thread because one has figured out the question by oneself prior to someones reply.. could be, just could be. Yes, my lung is working perfectly fine. Again, thank you. -

How To Heal A Cold With Tao? Or Zen?
4bsolute replied to DalTheJigsaw123's topic in General Discussion
Oh this is actually really simple. i can not recall the exact methods, since my brain or my Self only remembers such things if I or someone else in my closer proxmity should need it - but you can simply google for "Heal Cold Qigong Organs" You can do this yourself and you will be healed in no time. Regarding your first question about ideology Tao or Zen.. it does not matter. So to speak illness is universal, so is Tao or Zen, do you understand? speaking of Holism and Qigong, healing with Direct Energy is superior to everything else. And me and my family went the conventional way to alternative, to homeopathy, directly plants (which work great also in form of raw nutrition, but it has to be very balanced) to finally direct energetic healing. Offtopic: You might be shocked but it's the same with eating. Either we consume directly energy or consume 'physical food' which contains a fraction of that energy. I know why we are not getting so old anymore? Now you know why -
bad energy , negative attacks, what to do ?
4bsolute replied to suninmyeyes's topic in General Discussion
I have found one good shielding mudra, that we should feel instantly. Remember that shielding is creating a temporal immunity. This means that neither energies are getting in, nor energies are getting out. You are sitting in a bubble. When your index fingers point forward, you see the nails, take the inner most edge of each index finger, next to the nail and put it on the middle soft side of your thumb tip. Directly on the opposite side of your thumb nail. Similar but not exactly to the 'mudra' commonly used as "Hmm tastes good". Do this with both hands. You can put your hands in your pockets or cross your arms and do the mudra, how ever you like. It works for me. But this is just a temporal solution until one sits in higher energies.. and naturally feels untouched by these lower. If we work with the Pa Kua we can program it even more intelligent. We really can be creative here! For example to only let higher energies in us and everything below our healthy frequency is getting repelled Or even better! Transmuted Into life-giving energy: Negative into possitive - so we are fed even further ..might turn into a leeching effect so let us constantly engineer it shall we? If people tell you they feel drained around you, you know what to do: Turn yourself into a radiator of higher energies and affect others around you with it. -
Hm yes, very good.

First of all I want to point out the tramendous effects Qigong has on the digestion. I had constipation quite regularly before I started practising and it's completely gone and most importantly the strength of assumly my digestive enzymes is huge. I can eat loads of food and have a rather quick recovery time from digesting. Yes I am aware of the fact that eating less is overall more beneficial for the body. I am mostly vegan with here and there eggs sometimes. The combination of a healthy meal cooked in a Wok daily, fruits, avocado, nuts and seeds added and the practice seem to match perfectly. People are literally scared when they see what amounts of food I eat. Especially from the Wok, 12inches in diameter, full, one meal. I eat for 4persons and feel well. I am aware that with a good digestion and no drinking after eating for at least 2,5-3hours the body can absorb everything necessary from the food. When we drink earlier we delute the digestive enzymes. It was not easy at the start, but I managed to re-adjust my drinking habits over the day. It works very good! But why suddenly the loads of food? 6,1feet tall and I do not put on weight. I am unable to, literally. Any excess fat is melting away thanks to the practice. Is this some sort of compensation or can it be seen as 'natural' to eat that much with not having problems?

[Qigong] Where does the food go? People are scared
4bsolute replied to 4bsolute's topic in General Discussion
Thanks to Chunyi Lin and his very brief explanation of the standing posture during Qigong, for example only during periods of Zhan Zhuang when you go lower, you burn fat like crazy The thing is, what happens when all fat is burned up? From my understanding then the metabolism goes towards the proteins.. What exactly do you do then, when you notice that you could eat 4x more than before? Do you actually follow this signal? I want to point out that I am slowly starting to do Sungazing again and this year combine it with "Sun Qigong", sun meditation.. whatever form to gather and store the energy of the sun. What happens here naturally is that the hunger and the desire to eat diminishes and at a certain point after practising for a few months every day it completely vanishes and has a constant effect. You do need to sleep for only 1-3hours per Week and are always high in energy. Also there are two major 'metaphysical' types of hunger or thirst: One is love, one is wisdom. Feeding the heart, feeding the brain. Maybe you have also noticed that when you meditate when you start to crave for something sweet, this will automatically vanish during the meditation and leaves you after it with a feeling of "I had everything I needed, I am saturated" But we all know how tough the topic of eating and not eating is, when we still carrying emotional garbage around with us -

[Qigong] Where does the food go? People are scared
4bsolute replied to 4bsolute's topic in General Discussion
Yep my friend, but eating fully raw in the winter times is a torture. At least for my current understanding. So lemon juice (a small amount is okay) or any fruits from the south high in water content leaves me being Yin the whole time. I have naturally rather poor blood levels, feeling cold rather quick and the cold sticks to my body easier than warmth. It is not a major problem and I do not feel any negative aspects with it, but it's always more pleasant to feel warm. I am aware of the Ayurveda concept. Thanks for pointing out. I like to eat lots of protein and cut back carbs, it feels good to me. I agree on the amount and regardless of the amount, the more we eat - the more energy is used to digest that food - true. -
"You new age guys" remember we are from the same breed here. I see where you are coming from and the terms "love" and "ego" are surely misused quite often from 'Westeners' who are simply new to this inner learning. But isnt it always like that? People have to learn Self-responsibility. EACH individual has to. Yes what we call unity is a wonderful concept but we are not there yet and it will take a time. Like I have pointed out above is that is in everyones best interest to go into him or herself without any concepts gathered in these times, now. I have ONE teacher found on youtube who 'teaches' exactly this and encourages the individual, which is Lincoln Gergar and his ChannelHigherSelf. I have not seen (which does not mean there is no other, speaking of my current limited awareness) any other who encourages self-discovery to such a degree. Basicly limitless self-discovery which is what we all want and NEED. It's your life, so YOU live it through YOUR senses and not through the eyes of another individual that you want to mimic. Apish behaviour. You go the right way if you stay with yourself and trust your inner compass, rather than following ANY teachings. Unfortunatelly this is still what the masses like, because they seem to be spiritualy underaged, are lazy, want to be spoonfed and must learn that anyone can use and abuse you if you follow without listening to your own guidance. You bind yourself energetically to him or her who teaches. Yes our own history of manipulation will come to and end but it is still affecting the minds here
-
Yes I can only point out my own mother. Unfortunatelly. I see this battle everyday and the false righteousness when one still is blind, not fully honest to oneself and follows what initially feels good without looking deeper into it.. I have found many teachings, for example on youtube, that point out to be in the heart. And what I have noticed myself is that when you are in your heart, and open it, there is an openness towards all things - which is the start of something good, that will then evolve - but, when people are kept in this awakening state, then they are literally blind and so so easy to manipulate. Have you ever watched the young Nityananda and listened careful to his words? He spreads seperation and how many viewers does he have, how many followers? See the world wake up, see the world go into their hearts - and hopefully not see them globally being enslaved once again.
-
Yes, the ego is not seen to be harmful for us. It is essential to experience this life as a human in it's basic level. I am not speaking of experiencing living as a human being to the fullest, for that incorporates many other spiritual levels, which are then accessible by purifying the ego. This then dissolves it. We are going the opposite direction when we want to 'kill' or 'hunt' the Ego. The Ego is part of us, so rather make friends with it. Because you do not understand your enemy. The sence of 'enemy', of seperation is an illusion. And we understand only in a place of relaxation, which is equal to then making friends. Making friends with the Ego and understand it from that place. I advice you to not follow any teachings that create seperation. Ultimately you are to see life as yourself and yourself and life in all things. So pick up such teachings right from the get go, or simply follow your own heart.
-
Self-experience is above all else. That means you want to apply a certain teaching to get experience with it, yourself. Tangible experience, not purely conceptual thought-based. Yes, in greater sight we have everything. In greater terms we are everything already. But can you access it right now? No. Some say it has to be that way - some say we have been shut down. I am between both of those views on life, I can not decide. I can only say that I had life-changing experiences in meditation and the results brought forth into my waking state are not comparable to anything before this way. I always had a hard time following strict a certain teaching. To me this is a natural sense of "You are not here to follow anyone, you are here to rediscover Yourself and that is done only With Your Self." That should sum it up. Taking things 'serious' is tension. We do not learn in a state of tension. Edit: Since physical, tangible experience is something wonderful - connecting to our Higher Perspective and bringing it more fully into this world (or whatever world) is and always will be the Non-plus-ultra.
