Why do we have such a hard time remembering our "dreams"? Shall we put effort into remembering? What benefit?
4bsolute replied to 4bsolute's topic in General Discussion
Wonderful thank you. I already incorporate this for the most part but I do not want to touch entheogens any further, at least for the moment. Since it seems to stir up anxiety of loosing compeltey grasp to "this reality around me" which leaves me with an aftertaste of wanting to jump off a bridge, althou I must say here that I had suicidic thoughts once in my youth but never again. Maybe I just conceive so much of the mess around me that I think it's all me... well part of me anyway but too much of... me. They reveal such beautiful, wholesome and for some reason very female parts of me and at the same time a sense of falling or crumbling away in a vortex of unmanifested "something" ... that feels so unpleasant. I guess I should incorporate more mediation into my lifestyle, not touch sclerotia or mushrooms ever again due to their sinister nature and look more forward to higher/denser DMT-components. In my eyes it's a very good start for someone who wants to remember dreams if they are interested why they wake up and suddenly feel exhilarated or with an utterly comfortable and warm feeling in the stomach or chest region. This interest in wanting to know more is fuel to the fire that will bring one in a deeper understanding. To be honest with you Seth, I personally want to experience dreams as vivid and as clear as my waking life and I know it is possible. Doesnt it, right? For me the same. It's like the manifestation of our thoughts into matter, words on paper brings them out of our "heads" and makes room for new experiences, while at the same time this does not make us forget, rather lets us recall that information easier. At least for me. Also and alternatively when I speak it out loud. I can recall things easier this way instead of keeping it all in my head. We are not far away from this level. It is really easy. Easier than one would think. This has a certain term in india and asia I believe aswell. It is the deepest state of relaxation one can achieve. Consciously! You simply lay down on the floor, best not on a bed. You can get a cushion for the head. Then you rock yourself into "sleep". You breathe in from your toes up to your head and breathe out from your head into your toes, while you observe any stiff parts in your body and clear them. When you are starting to feel you are completely relaxed, you solely focus on the breath and get yourself as calm as humanly possible. When you are new to this, the next steps might be super unfamiliar to you and you might bring yourself totally out of balance. At least that is what I did in the beginning and heard many many others did so aswell (since it's is so foreign): Your body starts to vibrate. From what I know this does our spirit to bring our energetic body in a certain vibrational state, preparing it literally for lift off. Like said this is the part where most fail, because this also lets your heart rate increase and you must be with your breath and calm yourself down. For me several times at the beginning the heart rate was like it wants to jump out of my chest. Remember also that the heart is the gateway to higher dimensions. My uncle has said similar in his practices. So much seems to go out solely from the heart, it's fascinating since we think only our brain could be capable of it... not at all. The next step is also know as the next obstacle. Two huge obstacles before everything starts your body starts to stiffen up. This also can happen before going in a deeper state of meditation. Our body seems to do this because shortly before waking up in the morning again, our consciousness must find an easy way to land and re-attach itself into our physical body. Aswell as this helps the body to completely relax. While in this stage, your breathing feels like something very heavy lies on your chest. This feeling can be very unpleasant at the beginning because one tends to panic because the mind thinks the body does not get enough air. You can consciously only breath very, very shallow. But this is basicly what your "body does" by itself all night. And then when you continue after this stage of consciously falling asleep, at a certain point you feel yourself in another body. Not breathing and very light. Like being in a "liquid" lighter than and less denser than water. Which can be quite scary for some people and that again, flings you right back into your bodily consciousness easily a third obstacle. After this you are most likely already in your astral body and can travel what we call the astral plain or the astral dimension. In the outmost layers not different to our physical world. You can meet your neighbors, they mostly dont see you, or you can interact with other astral travelers. You can fly and I heard you can also "teleport". Switch locations via thought, thinking it up. This is a normal way of travelling in any higher dimension, since there is no "physical distance". And then, the deeper you go, the deeper you "dream". This is apparently what we do all night. Can we meet God/Tao/Source in this way? I am pretty sure, with enough training. Training? Yes, training because to get into higher dimensions and that means closer to Source/God/Tao means having a higher vibration. The physical realm vibrates rather slow and each time you have to accelerate your vibration to get into higher places of conscious waking. Much of this can already be done during your day. Prepare yourself for the night, so to speak. I personally believe by mastering this, one can achieve bodily immortality. Since you regain so much from it. You and your body can regenerate in such complete ways, it is truely something we have to bring to a broader audience at one point. And yes, energy cultivation like Qi Gong or Tai Chi and other forms help wonderfully to get one further. Like it is said in Taoism: To grow as spirit and become (in my terms: realize one is) immortal. And with this, all western illusionary ideas or thoughts of "death" dissolve, naturally and effortlessly. All the best and thank you very much all of you for sharing your experiences! Let us all wake up! -
Documentary on Qigong Master Demonstrating Impressive Feats
4bsolute replied to NotVoid's topic in General Discussion
due to the foreign letters in the title, you can be sure that I would have never ever found it on youtube, so thank you for sharing. All video recordings of releasing energy, such as displayed here, looks like a stage act. If you have doubts I would suggest at least one time in your life seek a Qi Gong or Tai Chi master and ask him to make you feel "Qi" or whatever you would call it. Let him make you feel "energy" that he or she is able to move. Then, please share you experience in this forum. Best you record it and watch other people call it stage magic -
Quick one: Is it important to write down spiritual experiences?
4bsolute posted a topic in General Discussion
Dear Ones, do you find it important to write down your spiritual experiences? For example when you come out of a meaningful meditation and try to grasp everything that happened. It is important to contemplate about it! But is it also important to write down as much as we can? If so, why? And if not, might this only try to "physically form" too much when we get back into another meditation, hoping that everything will continue from there on? So possibly we put too much ego into it I am aware that it is best to let the picture unfold completely before talking to anyone about it. But does this also count for writing it down? I also speaking about spiritual experiences that happen during our waking life. "Accidents", temporarily unexplainable circumstances, new contacts with animals or other persons that leave an enchriching/meaningful feeling... What is your opinion? -
The more conscious I live, the more I want to cry - why is this?
4bsolute posted a topic in General Discussion
Dear Ones, I have to get something off my mind. The more effort I put into living consciously every day, naturally the more I see how people around me treat themselves and treat their environment. The most common "pattern" I see is, that when people dont get along with each other, an arguement arises and they can not find a (temporal) solution for their problem, then they act like "après moi, le déluge" or devil-may-care as you say it in English. Stuff gets shattered, no one cares to clean up the mess and leaves. And the biggest issue then comes right after this, how people then continue their lifestyle. They eat sugar that mixes up with the chemicals in the body, deludes the whole situation what just happened... maybe they drink a beer, get calm... or smoke a cigarette, which is of an earthly nature and provides grounding. Or find distraction otherwise. Etc. And all these things lets one (temporarily) forget what one has just created. All this, because our highest goal is not to find peace with our neighbors, brothers and sisters, no, find seemingly "peace" in ourselves by these means... Now imagine you are in my place, or actually you have been there or you are there at the moment aswell and know what to do. You are the one who has figured out that this planet could come to this stage because we are constantly getting "drunk" on external chemicals, making us completely forget and Unsensitive to our Very Actions! Can you perceive what mess this is? That You, who was then also involved in such an arguement and You stay away from numbing your senses through this food, You have to put Effort In Feeling Good again. Coming from your Very being! And NOT from an external source! Maybe I feel a little exhausted because I'm involved in great changes... but this really aggravates me. How the f*ck should one develop kindness in such a toxic place? And here I admit that I really seem to be at such a young soul-level that I flew right back to my old habbits, twice this year. Eating sensual food again and playing video games until I am ready to get out of "my hole" again. Am I getting rid of Karma consciously right now, or why is this so hard? I truely was born in a loving environment but when everything was turning over to be mediatised in our world, so so many social changes came up and turnd so many things into negativity. Family, friends. What is your advice how I should deal with this? I am not even willing to meditate at the moment, even tho something deeply wants to, but I cant. It is a mess -
Gaming was such a great idea to bring to this earth, I will tell you why
4bsolute posted a topic in General Discussion
Dear Ones, first of all I want to let you know that I play video-games pretty much since my childhood where it all started with the oldest Gameboy there exists. It all then evolved from the earlierst PCs to consoles to PCs again. The whole hobby unfortunatelly was clouded by a non-acceptance from our society, which also affected my parents and basicly every child which was at the same age as me, which were living and still are around in my small town.* We, as gamers, felt like outcasts and had a really hard time, psychologically. Most gamers nowadays dont have. It's like with everything new introduced to society, from what I can see. Parents of the friends of my youth had equal trouble with simple rock-music and not to speak of the psychedelics in 1970. Besides the negative and frustrating aspects of games, that create anger, lead to a mind-dulling aspect in terms of violence (which is rarely the case but happens) what are the possitive aspects of gaming? And the evolution of it really blows my mind occasionally, because I see so many similarities of how this reality around us works So to speak games were given to us in order for those who choose to play them, understand how everything works. From a spiritual point of view. You are a gamer, you are the person that goes into the cinema to watch a movie, and immerse yourself in the experience. Such as in life. You are in this body, you live this life and immerse yourself in it. Games nowadays evolved to such a level, that developers have decided to give gamers the chance to co-create a game with these developers. The most popular example of an upcoming sandbox-"MMO" ("massively multiplayer online"-game") is called EverQuest:Next. In it's presentation, one of the developers have stated that they want to try something completely new and give gamers the option to build parts of the infrastructure and even parts of the landscape themselves. I then stumbled across a critique from a user of an MMO-forum which argued about the fact that we as promised creators are not really creating in this upcoming gaming-experience. Because he figured out that certain parts of the landscape, of the story are being implemented in this game, regardless of the effort gamers put into creating the environment. And this immediatelly flung me to my contemplations about what we are as a whole, in the universe. Why we are here, what we should/have/want to do from a meaningful soul's perspective. We do exactly what I have just written we co-create. And the actual developers are or is our spirit. That knows the outcome of every step we do. But we as consciousness as a human being are experiencing this life as a string of circumstances, one after the other. And most of us still think that everything happens by accident. So to speak they are so immersed in the movie or game called "human life" that they do not see that it is a game or a movie and put no effort in understaning how it is engineered, created. That is basicly the evolution of gamer to become a developer. From consciousness being in a human body, learning the basics of co-creating, to become a higher being of consciousness that is furthermore able to create from a perspective that is closer to a developer. Which will bring more responsibility with itself and lets the gamer, the viewer, the human to grow up. Isn't it beautiful? the effort of our spirit to bring mindfulness into this realm in such a clever way * I have yet to figure out why so many ex-friends from school that are the same age as me, also did not move out and stood with their parents. I see this everywhere, contrairy the popular concept of the society I live in to move out asap and otherwise be rather "worthless" and immature if you decide otherwise. -
Such as the upcoming Oculus Rift, cyber-esque goggles that have newest technology in them to completely immerse the consumer in it. The chosen title has a kinda bad aftertaste for me, creating a rift by using the senses of our eyes. A rift for what? A rift for an artificial reality "ontop" of this reality we live here. I say this because I know how immersed one can get by simply sitting infront of a screen, with enough reality around it. But will that be all or what potentially could let this rift in into the human system? I have no complete knowlege about it yet. Dont take this lightly like products from the last years stating that this is or will be the next VR (virtual reality) thing. No, Oculus Rift has already criques that it messes around with the sense of gravity the brain allows us to feel. For example: Using the OR-device for more than a certain amount of time recommended by the developers lead to falling-over feeling when taking it off. You remember when you were spinning into one direction and your kinestetic consciousness that lets you sit "perfectly" in your body gets flung into one direction and you feel you fall and then actually fell, even tho there was no gravitational pulling from the outside, rather all coming from inside you? Similar to it. When testers put on the device they immediatelly felt that they were drawn backwards, something was drawing their head backwards like it and you was falling back. This then somehow stabilized itself until the above mentioned next phaenomenon appeared when taking it off. The immersion factor itself is apparently so complete like nothing there was before. Shockingly complete as some people mentioned. The field of application is stated to be broad: From threatment to gaming. Everything inbetween one could think of. But it will definitelly go live and available for consumers somewhere 2014/15. Any ideas or thoughts how this could affect people? Affect the planet? And most importantly affect consciousness in general? I am aware that no technical creation will ever go live and hit masses of human consciousness by some higher form allowing it. So I do not want to create any form of end-game scenario, which would be just exaggerated (like with everything before). Curious, feel free to let us know what you think

What do you think of upcoming technical inventions that will immerse consumers heavily into Virtual Reality?
4bsolute replied to 4bsolute's topic in General Discussion
Yes but how does this immerse oneself in such a full way like the OR where the external world is literally completely shut off? Google glass is an application for this reality, not to "basicly flee" into another, completely artificial dimension like games with the OR. Like said, try to get this thing on your head and then speak about the immersion. I will surely try it out, just to see how it is. I didnt join the iPhone bandwagon and so I will with everything else. The funny part will come when some technical parts will be a requirement to be able to live in this society, speaking of gouvernment law. I have felt this in a similar fashion when I last had my 3monthly "bracket" of meditation this early spring. "Going back" to computer, internet and also gaming felt initially like an... energetical intrusion, yes I feel that's the right term. Like mostly everything is based on what we call third chakra. So much activity radiating from this part, when you have abstained yourself from it. This is exactly why I have posted that I am literally unable to combine both meditation and a livestyle while working or being longer times infront of the computer. Something for me still inexplicable does not work together with both of these things. The one has such a wholesome spectrum of literally everything and the other, internet and computer, feel like not being somewhat completely different, no, they feel like they are part of it aswell, but an extreme an unnatural part. And that is gathering information like we do over the internet and with the computer in general... maybe substracted from spirit? I dont know -

Well everything is spirit The interesting thing in most video games was always for me that the executers, the developers have no real clue about the background, where all is coming from, from spirit. And I dont mean this in a negative way, just missing knowledge. Why do you think so many games start with a story where the protagonist has memory loss? Yes, the popular example with the dice. But I believe even the dice can be controlled or "is" controlled. Now imagine consciously creating videos games, a few years from now, away with all war-scenarios - what a powerful transformation machine this can be! I have occasional day-dreams where I contemplate about creating a game myself. No "jesus-christ, you have to love god"-game, rather a game where it is all about meditation. How important meditation is and how you, the alter ego experiences a transformation. Learns about all of his different bodies, learns about inner dimensions, travels to them. Making all of this interesting with an RPG-like structure of growth and reward for exploration. And then... how fast do you think I get distracted again, away from this concept? It really seems like we have learned much by observing how we immerse ourselves into movies. Again you can see a walk to the cinema and watching a movie like a human life in short! The next thing of a more creative roll, in media, truely were and are video games. You can say tools for the unenlightened that never want to be enlightened in the classical sense but will go is technology and clearly somewhere at the very front with games. Regardless of what pace compared to actual spiritual work. In this section the next big thing the Virtual Reality mechanic? The aspect of a simple 3D-creation toolkit with which you can create an entire world, when you then are also able to code. I mean how close can we get to our spirit? It's intense! I see SO MANY similarities how one gets involved with the entire spiritual aspect, the diving away in meditation - and then see the Oculus Rift (just made a thread about it) and ALL the similarities how this will beam oneself away. Regardless of the actual usefulness when playing games on it, but I can clearly see that technology is about to merge into something else. Something greater... A Wild Theory that instantly gets me a tingly sensation (Spirit: This is right! - Me: What is ever wrong? - Spirit: Duh!) that cybernetics will help the majority of humanity (consciousness) find a transition to integrate spirit more completely into our body (consciousness). Just like we do in spirituality. Beautiful, isn't it? -

4bsolute replied to 4bsolute's topic in General Discussion
This is not a mentality I have picked up, this comes from self-experience with a non-judgemental fundament on using psychedelics myself. I know what "drugs" and drugs are. About what was the first part regarding zheng qi spirals? I am curious And to the last part, of course we most effectively change the world around us by changing our inner structure. I can say that I have understood this to 80% and not fully, everything else would be a lie since I came up with this post. And I do need to learn, need to experience the difference between what is ment to be ignorant in terms of how I see, act and react with my surroundings and what is otherwise a healthy retreat. I have no one to teach me so I will teach this myself. Basicly I know what I want to do and I do it. But I have already been called ignorant in the past and I could not give an example why this is not ignorant. Sounds funny but it really was that way. I was so immersed into the changes happening in me, that I realized how much attention other people constantly wanted from me. Even my own family. There are steps being made from experience to expression and I did not complete the full path so to speak... I mean how, I already said I barely meditate at the moment. But I will, when everything feels ready again. Regardless of some monks or teachers view on this as "Preparation for a certain event is always an excuse of th ego" (my words but you get the meaning of it) Thank you Thank you aswell, of course I will and I want that you do the same! I have to learn to embrace such moments right when they happen and this is difficult due to the immersion-factor of the ego and "ohhh it hurts, it's so grey" etc Apparently the road of least resistance is stated to be the ideal road to get so fast like nothing else right in contact with your spirit. Which makes just perfect sense to me, because resistance and negative thoughts which will ultimately appear with said resistance are considered to be THE major block for a spiritual union for body and soul. I am NOT saying living like a sloth and caring for nothing, binging and over-eating all day while watching TV and distracting my sense otherwise, no, doing what I want to do! Art in all forms. This can be seen as the major flaw in Buddhism and I dont want to insult anyone - many teachings have always an underlying thread that is to get rid of the ego, which for every practioneer due to the very nature of the ego, builds up resistance that then must be broken down again. But when you just let everything float away in meditation and spiritually do what you want to do, everything what appears fun and joyful to you is filled with messages that lead you on the right track. I promise you this! Requires you just to be open. And I see this everywhere I go, contact with people, nature, internet... Thank you so much for your wise words. I deeply appreciate it. It really was dark and I again like a couple of times in the past (but was unfortunatelly connected to psychedelic experiences, for which I now understand why not be considered to be taken unexperienced in terms of not being at inner peace and having a supportive environment can be detrimental) I felt alone. I have never ever felt this loneliness in my life before. I AM an only-child, we have the best conditions to deal with loneliness and even in the past I embraced being alone. But This kind of loneliness was truely the absence of love. Only slightly contemplating about it let run cold shivers down my body. It really seems powerful forces are being here all around us. But why do I call this feeling negative, immediatelly something pops up in my mind? Putting labels on it and demonizing something I have no idea about it so wrong that I will better leave it as it is for a future investigation. Speaking of responsibility... the deeper one diggs, the more responsibility one has to deal with. It seems one of many natural laws in The Universe how I fragmentarily feel it I have to extra-quote this due to it's importance. Yes! And there are not even words needed to ask how one can cultivate internal equanimity and detachment. Which regardless Are important questions if one so desires, but believe it or not... (and I say this due to my own spiritual discoveries) Energy work, cultivating energy by perfecting more and more the physical senses and the daily treatment of our body seems to fill oneself with such possitive austerity, a feeling of growing up while the bodily feeling still remains young and healthy... this filling up, this energy seems to be / truely contains so much knowledge that gets integrated into our being, somehow then translated into every cell so we can articulate it... so inconceivable at the moment while so beautiful and fascinating at the same time. This TRUELY is my very first feeling of security I have ever felt in my life! Quite powerful even at this very, very low stage. And I will make another thread on this in the near future. I grew up materialistic while also living on the countryside with woods and wildlife. I understood materialism over time how it's a false sense of security - but then, now, this new (as I call it) "inner security" throu cultivation... Mindblowing! And so fragile because I do not have a reason to get going and get so easily distracted with other things and I only scratch the surface... WHY this environment here, really - so controversal to EVERY spiritual practice you can think of and I still live here like energetically glued to this place. GRRRR! -

4bsolute replied to 4bsolute's topic in General Discussion
No, ulimately I want world-wide changes. I dont want to be on the road like many before me and exlcude myself in such a way. And maybe exactly this is the hard way. I have no idea yet. -
The more conscious I live, the more I want to cry - why is this?
4bsolute replied to 4bsolute's topic in General Discussion
Correct. And this justifies that I can create an arguement and dont want a solution, leave everything as it is - then binge myself on stimuli that have Nothing to do with the situation that I have just created myself? That lets me forget the very nature of my energetic and thus emotional creation? Responsability my friend. -
How to create a lifestyle including a possible income that supports a Meditative Livestyle?
4bsolute posted a topic in General Discussion
Personally, I live in an environment that is on the country side but you really feel the affect of the economy on the people, when they get home from the cities. Generally I do not like the unwholesome energies of the city. What being that awakens would like it? In any case I want to make myself independant of my family-environment: Move out, that is. I have worked once, a couple of years before in my apprenticeship in a major city but was completely shocked by the condition of the people and most importantly how everyone was treating themselves in a very arrogant way. This left an energetic imprint in / on my being to never repeat or extend said experience. Not to be disrespectful to anyone here in this forum who reads this and lives in a city - this is not ment to be personal, I simply have the ability to choose in which environment I want to live and work in. Just like you. And I feel I need a hand on this one. Also since moving-out is always a "special thing" for everyone, I believe. But what environment other than our inner environment supports a meditative lifestyle? A lifestyle that has many hours of quietness and is most importantly not focused on the accumilation of money, but at the same time participates in other forms of trade ... energy-exchange that is much more wholesome and does not exclude one from society, such as a monastery. Was anyone here in the same or a similar situation and found a solution for him- or herself? Maybe work in an environment with spas, health resorts - a spa town? I simply want to learn from my environment energetically, want to be uplifted by it and ultimatelly want to increase this already existing possitive atmosphere even further, by my own work. Any idea? I am looking forward to all the constructive things you have in mind Namaste and be well. -
How to create a lifestyle including a possible income that supports a Meditative Livestyle?
4bsolute replied to 4bsolute's topic in General Discussion
At first I want to thank all of you for participating in this thread and sharing information about your willingness to also change your lifestyle in this way or about the changes you have already made. Great! I am quiet content with the large woods I have in my surrounding area, tho everything is managed. And you feel this when you go into the woods. Most of the time I spent time in the woods I hear tree felling works or huntsmen shooting around. It's not really pleasant. Yes I have thought about similar things aswell in the recent past, tho I am not in the position to serve to such an extend (in the moment). See down below for my actual goal stemming forth from meditation. And yes, the pursuit of money corrupts you - money is simply a tool for exchanging goods - and that is how I see it, not to pile it up Interesting story, I am long over the possible embarassment of my family. Since it's most importantly what you want to do, not what your parents want or what generally your surrounding thinks about you. Constant meditation is so transformative in terms of your energies that you attract no more people that talk gossip about you. At least that is it for me. You radiate more clean energy and that alone is so transformative to be worth and must be seen by scientists to transform actual workin environments. See down below for more about this Yes, it's easy to make "a living" and not pick a very specific job out there. "Don't care about the job itself, care about the people who live in and that you dont come home all exhausted, most importantly feel good while working and afterwards" Maybe thats the wisest thing to do, for the moment. That is really a good advice! And I say this because I have put effort into researching exactly what you have described! But very unfortunatelly E.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g. ends up with how to manage the woods in terms of economy rather than the actual health of the woods. Unbelievable isnt it? Money first. And you dont see this when you want to travel into a national park, you see the beautiful landscape with all the plants and trees and behind it actually is the economy. I mean wtf... The only idea I have not yet transformed is to ask those few regions in my country that still have ancient forests. Very few states, but they still exist. And then work in those forests to protect them. It's either the focus on the health of plants and trees or the economy. And I really can not support making money out of tree fellings or hunting animals (which is not even for survival here). It's just stupid. Really interesting, thank you for this personal information. I have played around with the thought of working in a monastery garden. I do not know if I need a full 3year apprenticeship in gardening to start in said environment as a gardener. If so, I am not really sure if those 3 long years are worth it just to work for the moment and see how I can transform my actual meditation into a possible income. Yeah it can be good to exclude your personal wantings or ideas about a certain type of work. Just work to get an income and hope for a good working climate would also work very well, I think One of the ultimate goals of meditation is to then also transform your environment through your very act of mediation. Passively so to speak, yes. And this is exactly one of, if not the, major goal of my life: I want to be able to radiate such possitive energy while in meditation, to open myself completely as a vessel to "god" / source so to speak and to uplift and transform the very environment I live in. This could be done for companies, for universities first as volunteer and then maybe get for it, get attention with it, bring more people into it and make this popular here in the west (germany). I am not yet able to sustain my body just on energy, otherwise I could solely do this without having to work. Just sitting somewhere in nature and transform the entire state over time. On a sidenote I have put interest and also effort into getting in such a state of not having to eat, physically, but it's harder than one things. Harder in terms of difficulty, what knowledge is required to live this way and not make lethal mistakes. Thank you, very good. I am already there. My past effort was naturally to reduce my personality in all the ways you have mentioned. Like said, this somehow comes naturally, because you see how unnecessary it actually is. It all just bolsters you artificially, giving no solid and profound foundation. But you have also to understand that not everyone was raised poor and for some people it is natural to have enough food and to feel good in a rich environment. Contrary to what many spiritual teachers teach, I personally have the opinion that you can grow spiritually in both extreme types of environments. The most important thing is just to have no constant distractions. You can live as a rich person, in terms of having more than enough, and still make deep steps in meditation. It really is all about not clinging to what you have. To add to my intitial post: I have found out that the initial step of moving out is so awkwardly hard, why is this so? I've talked about it feels like Glue, really unpleasant. But when you are out, you're out and it's okay. Does this have something to do with the "safety" you've perceived since you were raised in this space? And the other thing is that I feel it to be difficult to commit to one specific job. To sign a contract and to be bound to said contract. I can not describe it more deeply at the moment since I am in a hurry to get my actual day started (sports! ) but it really feels strange just by thinking about it... All the best and I catch you later -
What is this here? It has been a while and I want to come back with this critical and (for me) very important topic: What is this here, I call my surrounding? "I want to see." was my humble wish in terms of understanding my reality around me more fully. And what I was "permitted" to see (of course I allowed this myself, but I still want to speak from a 3rd perspective) was so deeply shocking, that I literally crawled back to my old life. I forgot all discpline I have developed in the recent past and jumped right again into an unhealthy lifestyle. Just to ... bolster myself from this negativity. This is what I now call it. And shocking it was in terms of an energetic nature. SO MUCH IGNORANCE, Everywhere! Incredible. Has anyone else put effort into understanding how we as creators affect every tiny bit of reality around us and then looked out into the world? To our strangers, to our neighbors, even to our own family? What a toxic swamp it is, so sticky that you as a soul have really trouble to get out. I can tell you guys here that I was more easily able to comprehend all of this by simply having my 2nd waterfast. That is all it. Combined with occasional meditation, energy practices (m.chia) and qi gong. Water-fasting did the trick for me, since all the toxins stored in us really make it IMPOSSIBLE for us to understand the energetic reality around us. They all work like blockages, interferences with our energy centers. Simply put, easy to understand. I barely have any words for what I see around me, now when I am literally back putting effort into ascending... like one Guru once said that he constantly was climbing up, fell down back to "earth", climbed even higher, fell even further and at one point propelled himself out of the earthly orbit - that's how I currently feel LOL! With a laugh of sheer frustration. And what is it that I see? Society! One big pool of "give me!" - INSANE! Especially when you live in a city. Constant energetic drainage everywhere and is NOT overexagerated, even if surely someone of the readers might think so. Please, see it for yourself, from an unpersonal point of view just with the willingness to understand. No bias. One wakes up, one turns on the radio, one gets good vibes from the radio, then in the next moment gets flung into a moody-mood by sad music, then again needs uplifting music to stabilize, then has breakfast and eats possibly dense food which gives security and has an earthly energy associated with the root-chakra (wheat) and ofc sugar to feel good and coffee to forget the stressful day yesterday and how less sleep the person got, then again gets uplifted by the coffee, thinks he/she has energy which only lasts for a few hours at max, then gets into a stressy situations on the road, brings these arrising negativity into the city, into the office, all of this has to mix up with the possible good and or down-bringing energies of others. Has a heavy meal @noon, coffee, cola sugary snacks at the afternoon to again uplift the surely boring job at the office. Leaves the office, again cant get fast enough home to get again food to feel good, has stress on the road, brings this stress home to the kids, which are probably excited to see mom/dad but are too loud, anger arises, all of these energies are then again somehow stabilized by the still natural energies of the kids, goes to sleep and wakes up again. Does this 5-6days a week and lusts for weekend, party and holiday. If I would still have connection to my friends from school back there, 80% would be still like that. I found this out by re-activating my facebook account a few months ago, just with the blind hope to see change in them, like I brought change into my life. And what did I see? They have exactly the same attitude and struggle in their life as before. Dont let me start on how we treat each other to get things we want. In what manipulative and destructive way. Or the sexual aspect, how drain other people by either dressing us "sexy" and attracting glances (energy again) or are in the opposite position of having the tongue out and energy literally flows out of our mouth. Not to speak of the ENTIRE MEDIA is created to draw energy For Fucking Sake! And now our society wants to ban substances that are declared as DRUGS which make you able to see your reality more fully???? But at the same time all the drugs people eat as food and drink to get drunk are allowed???? WORLDWIDE???? WHO HAVE WE BECOME? It is not enough that the majority of human beings do not even see, sense or feel what they create on an energetic level, no, not even trying to understand, rather putting effort into substituting every breath with medication. Every second with themselves is boring and unbearable. From the teachings of what I have heard of certain people including Drunvalo Melchizedek, regardless of what people think of him and his teachings (including myself, since I like to follow my own experiences than following others) - I now KNOW why there are races around us, in "space" that wanted us dead long ago. We are blind humans, for the majority of us that unsconsiously destroy our surrounding for so many ages and even more increasingly since the industrial age. What terrible things we do this earth! Every fucking day!!! I am a loving person, I was raised by a mother with so-much-love, I never wanted any harm for anyone around me. I can not even kill an insect, imagine that. I couldnt hurt people, who hurt me physically back in school and my youth and even in my childhood. My own mother didnt understand why I couldnt punch a guy back who punched me, since I did not understand the nature of hurting someone. I was not familiar with it. Funny, yes! But can you imagine that I am looking forward to an endgame-scenario on this planet, to reset the entire economy and send 90% of humanity back into the orbit and only if they are willing to learn back into this dimension, to gather a clean understanding of the earth, energies and the universe as a whole? Too much is too much, maybe it's the right thing. I am long over tears over the struggle of my family and how helping them turned into anger coming at me. At a certain point everyone said to himself and said to me that it's okay to let go. Off "family" - of what our society tought us family should be, but rarely is. This toxicity eveywhere is insane. And the OUTRAGEOUS PART is, that when you, like I did for the last two months got back into my old habbit of eating junk, playing games, listening to music or whatever else crosses your mind, you DO NOT SEE THIS! Is this intended? By whom???? Who pulls the strings behind this? Anyway.... I want to end this post with a quote of a famous german writer, explaining very good where I currently am in my evolution, maybe it fits for some of you aswell: I am a seeker of a path, a way that is more than just metabolism, bloodstream, ingestion, cell-decay. I am a seeker of a path, a way that is broader than myself. Not too narrow. No one-man-road. But also not a dusty track that has been overrun a thousand times. I am a seeker of a path, a way for more than just myself. Günter Kunert, Author and writer. And I ask myself: How can I make people see? If they refuse to see. But the entire universe wants us to see.

Great work TI. Keep in mind that parts of meditation can also be seen to experience, work with and understand pain. People who are new to meditation, buy your chair will maybe never experiencing the pain one goes through while sitting on the bare earth. And all the learning that comes with it. I do not say one has to. Which is up to everyone individually. I just see similarities to a chair that was once a stone, or made of wood, had no back- or armrest, then all these features came up, everything became softer and softer and the human completely forgot that he was not made to sit all day and what are now the results? Laziness due to the position one sits in, bent back, puts one more into a sleep-mode, which leads to slacking and to a bad posture and sickness. All this because one thinks one needs comfort in life in my eyes a huge mistake. But maybemaybemaybe exactly this chair will flourish and because of this chair more people will then also try out the oldest techniques just to have experienced them aswell?? Who knows, if not spirit. This is an encouragement! I wish you all the best with your invention!

Dear Ones, I came up with this topic since the majority of us, my surroundings with the people I have spoke in the recent months and including myself in the past years thought themselves to be sort of "White Knights". That means by helping people earn a certain kind of possitive reputation, that even affects the spiritual world. But this is not helping. We learn this fast, when we come across resistance from others and have a hard time dealing with this resistance and even at times think we must "push through" because "we know and they dont". And we learn that most people have to learn for themselves. If not everyone. Even those people we see suffer 1000x more than us. It could be by actively helping them, we completely destroy what the spirit has in mind, behind this worldy construct we see. So it could be that we harm people more, by actively helping them, when we are not yet self-realized. Full of spirit, so to speak. Gurus and spiritual masters should talk much more about this. I for sure know that I will. Think of it this way: Would some being really reject our help if our aid would be so pure and wholesome that the unspoken undertone of said action basicly radiates the united will of the universe? Of course not. If you would ask unscious people why they then accepted your help, they would answer in a way that it felt good, talk about a gut feeling and so forth. But what creates these blockages when we want to help other people is always the personal aspect of ourselves. If we act from personality we can only know what we have experienced and how should this experience match the experience and struggle of another individual that grew up in a completely different environment. You get it, impossible. So we really want to seek what underlies everything. And this is spirit. This means that your spiritual growth is automatically the spiritual growth of your surrounding. Because spirit lives in unity, all the actions stemming forth from the spiritual realms into this dimension are also equal to this principal. That is what enlightened and higher spiritual people say by: When you change yourself, you automatically change your surrounding. And I see this more clearer then ever before, since like you have already read in my other post I put effort into an unbiased understanding of the reality around what I call "me". So for example when I play video-games and put myself in a competitive mood, which for some reason I like at times, then I automatically bring this competitive mood that arises IN ME out FROM these video games INTO my reality Around Me. Is this understandable? I think so. And this mood than effects all beings around me. And they see and feel all of this as coming forth from themselves, if they are not yet able to distinguish such vibrations from their natural selves. I saw this with birds that suddenly after a heavy-gaming season where ever I walked outside started to chase eachother. 5+ situations in one strolls is kind of extreme! And the most remarkable issue when at the end of that walk multiple blackbirds attacked one individuals in a very cruel way, with life-threatening sounds anything far from pleasant. Like in games, you win by domination. This is very easy for me at times to perceive, since my environment lives very unconscious and I am at a stage where I start to realize my affection on said living-space. This is good for the moment, since I can play (but not harm) my surrounding and see how it changes by my sole behaviour, what my feelings, energy centers etc radiate. Of course my mind is still so young and critical about every step I do, but I believe I am starting to affect the harsh, loud and angry family climate in my neighborhood in a good and wholesome way. Coincidences do not exist and so I put effort in sending not only good energies to a particular un-experienced family (in terms of how to treat their own children) in my close surroundings, I also have also sent certain thought-patterns of how to act together. Believe it or not, the very next day I did not wake up with the usual verbal-fight on how to get their kids in a straight and rectangular way into the car, no, I actually found the mother more calm and understanding about her kids unwillingness to cooperate. And I also sent a loving reassurance to their kids that they want to be patient with the learnings of their mother. And what do I hear a few days later??? After the mother got back into her old habbit for another morning, the kids suddenly started to repeat one and the same sentence over and over again "Mommy only does this because she loves us." At that day I was blown away by the power of our intention. And the funny thing is, I do not feel powerful. Somehow, something keeps me in balance that I do not develop a certain power-hungry attitude. It feels normal, like everything else. Like it always was that way. I guess that is good so. So anyway: We truely and only help by acting. Not with words. From my experience, if we are still young (from a soul-level) we can do this very powerfully in a passive way, like I have mentioned - by the development of our own spirit, that ultimatelly affects our surrounding. This can not be changed, this will always be this way. It seems like a law of some sort. By the time you then grow up, spiritually, you will be guided by a feeling that will express itself or what otherwise would then understand as "responsibility." I have learned that it is important that his knowing or feeling is created in us, because we then understand how powerful we really get, as creators and that we do not mess around. It is impossible to mess around when you have developed compassion and empathy on the way. And if Atlantis really existed and I believe it did, than the setting free of the spirits and the chaos that was created afterwards brought forth exactly those two major aspects, tools for unity: Empathy and compassion. All the best.

The Coming; Enlightenment Through Technology Movement
4bsolute replied to ॐDominicusॐ's topic in General Discussion
See it this way: Spirit creates through us. Through our humanly flesh, speaking philosophically. All the creations on this planet are what we already have, as spirit. For example: The internet. A form of communication that we, as humans, have artificially created to regain a global connection. We as spirit, have and always had this universal connection. Telepathy for example. I had days where I contemplated about exactly this topic, but I found it to be a lazy way of how to integrated spirit into matter. But since nearly everyone since birth looks outside instead of inwards, of course we pick up sticks and stone and create this way rather than re-discovering what there already is. In us. So when we re-develop telepathy, what we will surely do - And when we re-develop the right understanding and usage of universal energies - And what we call "teleportation" ... requires all just a right understaning of the elements and energies - all of our technical inventions will be obsolete. Since they are only tools. We will no longer need cars or plaines to travel, we simple go there / are there in an instant, by having the right energetic understanding of "how things" work. Etc etc etc But sadly many people see these technical tools as parts of their lives (including myself with the internet for the time of being), so this movement, of what you speak - when it will then change in the near future - will then be perceived for the unrealized person, as suffering. The learning of something someone creates, learning from something externally, is wayyy slower than when we go inside. We even change our DNA every day. Did you know this? By how we act, what we eat, what we think etc. I do not yet know how, but we can change our DNA from the inside. Change from the outside will always reach the inside and then alter us in some way. See this as a horn of a cow: The broader part is this reality, the small tip is the source of our DNA. When we try to change ourselves and the DNA on the broader part, the change is very small and effort must be put into the change in order to get so small. But when we change on the very small tip, change automatically expands and the results are much, much bigger! I know that I love my re-gained excitement for developing psychic-powers on the way. It's not a main-focus, rather a sweet harvesting :-) -
Dear Ones, I am at a point where I want to understand what man ment by 'emptiness'... more than just the spiritual theory of having an empty mind. Since approaching this with the mind can not be understood... or sensed, whatever is more precise. Simple: Is attaining emptiness a form of constant reduction? For example when I sit in meditation and suddenly feel overwhelmingly lonely due to my previous reduction of things around me, than this perceived loneliness is actually a good thing, because it states that I am about to discard a bias what I previously thought of where I would go, again having done this from my mind? Overcoming boredom and then loneliness seem to be the two first main obstacles for us spoiled "Westerners" /EDIT great I have just figured out there are apparently 6 kinds of known loneliness So basicly only my senses kept me from not continuing this meditation, the mental-chains that we have build up... I hope this is understandable. Kind regards.

Is there an element in Hinduism with which the Element of Wood can be compared with?
4bsolute posted a topic in General Discussion
Dear Ones, I find it not easy to comprehend the Chinese Element of Wood with the view on the Universe of Hinduism. Even tho I am no Hindu, it makes more sense to me. But that does not mean anything Is there an element in Hinduism with which the Element of Wood can be compared with? Kind regards. -
Dear Ones, the famous topic about diet and how it affects our spiritual growth... From my current understanding, energy can flow better and better, the more earth element we reduce in our bodies. What does Tao say about this? Anything at all? This is due to the natural quality of water and it's excellent form of transporting energy. What I have experienced, reducing food, just with a diet, does not work if you do not yet have the propper spiritual background. It might even be the case, that spiritual growth And the food we eat go hand in hand. But it does not seem that the Willingness of Reducing the physical Food intake comes first, rather than the spiritual background, how much our spirit has evolved in this lifetime that it becomes just natural to super-easily step into another diet. From my experience, when we feel trouble or want to restrict something in our lives, regardless of what elder monk says, it shows us that we are somewhat on the wrong path. What feels good is a gradual path to enlightenment and beyond. Maybe this does not fit into your lifestyle. I personally come back to so many things and just witness myself doing so because I have not yet understood certain components. How much ego does that involve? Quite some, but is that important? For the moment not at all. The willingness to understand energies, like best practiced in Taoism, understanding your body, mind, emotions is far more important than jumping right into a liquid diet and want to eagerly meditate all day. This could work, but does not for me. A gradual approach seem to offer so much more... What is more natural than changing your diet Because you see that you hit your limit in your current spiritual level, that your body Wants to become lighter - and not because, like I did initially, want to flee into spirituality to somewhat escape this world. Regardless of what "high" stuff I talk here sometimes... How deep can you really go with a Vegetarian Diet? Kind regards. And please for the love of Tao, do what feels good for you! The clinging to the senses will automatically drop as soon as they are understood, naturally and not forced.

Is it okay to perform Energy Cultivation Practices during a Juice- or Water-fast?
4bsolute posted a topic in General Discussion
Dear Ones, is it advisable to perform Energy Cultivation Practices like the Microscopic Orbit or Qi Gong during a Juice- or Water-Fast? Please only reply if you have the knowledge in having participated in an actual fast. Approaching this simple from what you think is correct, is very different in the end. No offense, but self-experience comes first. Especially with this difficult topic. I really like to hear what one can say of his or her personal experience with this. Kind regards. -
HowTo: Have a deep meditation in an unsupportive environment?
4bsolute posted a topic in General Discussion
Dear Ones, the dream of every pracitioneer: Being able to meditate in the middle of a city, during day... Okay maybe half-extreme for "the beginning"... Any tips on getting in a deep meditation in an unsupportive environment? No, I do not want to suffer, but I want to meditate where I want to meditate and this is currently in my home. I can also go into the woods if I want to do so, but that is not part of this question. I live in a rather large village on the country side, in an environment with lots of families and their kids. Cars drive by my house every 10-15mins. Children play occasionally in the afternoon, which can get quite loud but doesnt really disturb me since they broadcast "joy"most of the time Is anyone in a similar environment and mastered how to deal with such noisy circumstances? I am asking this particularly because when I get into deep meditations at night, where no one is outside, every crack of a doorframe, bed, whatever gets So loud like a bang of a thunder or an explosion! And the triggered soundwave is felt in me like being temporarily in the beginning a dimensional shift. Hard to describe. Like a mind-shift ...becoming... that sound. Maybe you know what I mean... Any idea? Seeking the emptiness, the void in all those sounds? Being sensitive in such an environment is tough sometimes, but it works itself out somehow... no baby-monk tears haha! Kind regards -

HowTo: Have a deep meditation in an unsupportive environment?
4bsolute replied to 4bsolute's topic in General Discussion
Thank you, this seems to happen gradually... just like I have witnessed today, I forced way too much and have to step back to let things unfold naturally. This wisdom seems already be inherent and wants to find propper application at a certain moment in my life. Perfectly understandable what you have written, especially the part with becoming voided. A hint that I really needed. 2) must be a joke Thank you. -
Attaining Emptiness - constant Reduction?
4bsolute replied to 4bsolute's topic in General Discussion
Good question. From the current point of my evolution (and I honestly always want to add that, because this all changes so fast lately) that everything you see on this world is an illusion. But not a bad one. It's like a giant holo-deck. Remember them from some movies or games? This is nothing too fictional, because your mind "can" understand it that way for the moment. If you can see through the atmosphere you breathe here, you would see endless space. The image infront of you showing a street, your garden etc would crumble or vanish and either everything or nothing would be infront of you. Whatever you then choose, whatever your perception is able to perceive and in what frequency your overall being currently is, here on earth. Vibrations play a huge roll. In order to understand other dimensions, we must vibrate in the same manner as these dimensions in order to perceive them. What I have witnessed, is that people who have either had trouble in this world or "want" to see beyond but can not do so yet, call this world an illusion. But technically everything then would be an illusion until you are drinking coffee with Source itself. But that would mean that everything that has ever been created by Tao/Source is an illusion. And that is just offending Tao/Source is pure life and what it radiates and creates is life aswell. And life is an illusion? That notion is ALWAYS stated on this planet by humans who are frustrated or cynical. The terms magic and mystic were created to bridge something "not yet fully understandable". The bridge then disappears when you understand the elementary concept behind it. For example how teleportation will work for someone, when he "accidently" achieved that siddhi. 99,9% of the people who would see him teleporting would call it magic or mystic. But to him it is just as normal as to be able to breath that what we call air. These terms are obsolete when you understand the concept behind it. And from my current point of view it is "just" an understanding of how elements and energies work together. In that sense, words are just a crutch. Like meditation. You need it for sometime, and then you can walk again without it. Forever. Did that help?
