A word of caution regarding the Tan Tien through my own Findings
4bsolute posted a topic in General Discussion
When ever I am in a new situation and that is in every moment, I feel my "old Self" in my gut. I just did an experiment: I walk to birds outside of my balkony and I remembered my Self in a milisecond how I did this in "the past" and instantly a firy feeling came up in my gut. A slight tension. My intention though is to interact with these birds by seeing them with a powerful knowing that I am them. And they barely flew away. They flew away because of my gut feeling. My memory in my gut. I alter this memory with my new approach. And the next time (future) the contact with wild animals happens easier. But memory, is memory. It is useful to some degree, but limiting at the same time. At one point, consider loosing your gut in that sense. All the best. -
The shit... you know you always felt that way! Pride without consciousness is equal to Humility with full consciousness. Both are useless. Pride without conscious wrecks havoc, humility with full consciousness is not existant due to the realization that everything is of equal importance. So no one must play the humble part. Open your 1st Eye, complete your Triangle through which you can see and fathom the Ultimate Reality. See beyond Agendas. Religion IS an Agenda. Drop religious faith once and for all and rediscover your own intuition, connected directly to what you need any why you are here for. All the best.

My God Self, here we go again.. The famous term Self-ish, great I cought that the second time today. Clearly listen to your Gut Self. Does it tell you to do other exercises on top of your pain? Or does it tell you to rest? What do You, as it, feel? Do you want to further condition your Self by going through that pain and putting something on top of it? Do you see a use in it to further improve your Self? Then DO it. Do you want to relax your Self and let your own bodies higher intelligence regenerate it's Self so you can fully utilize your physical body again? Then DO it. Do you feel something else that I have not mentioned? Then DO it. All these Selves here including my Self are giving you their aspect, what they would do in a situation. Trust Your Self. No one can here give you an absolute answer. I had to realize this my Self aswell. If you want ultimate answers, meditate further to realize your Self into greater stages of consciousness (relation of different elements, their interaction, etc) to overlook where you currently are and what causes you pain. What use has it to ask Selves in the maze, where the exit of the maze is? They can't tell you. Either you go further around in the maze or maybe you want to climb up the hedge instead? Stop playing by the rules... please. Cheat and hack and use your own intuition

And on which path are you? Self discovery or hows the other one called Self is important, Ego is also but not really. Source, as You, trains it's Self to realize it's Self through what we call Ego. So Ego is of equal importance as ascending from the Ego state and merging with greater States of Self realization. Quick reminder: You are here to realize your Self. So everything that you do for your Self, to realize your Self, is what we call Self-ish. Yes. See what you did there, with this term? You just threw your Self into Self doubt and Self blame Do your Self a favor and clean your system of these patterns. They really dont serve your Self other than realizing just that. -

Through this active way, I have today encouraged my Self to call the information and ask for a number. My throat point was locked up due to a traumatic experience in my childhood, developed stuttering for years in my teens. Today, I successfully did this step. Regardless of how miniscule it sounds, it is a gigantic leap in my Selves getting into alignment. Does it bite you to speak about my Self? My Self ultimatelly is connected on a deeper level with Your Self. But it is important to discover My Self. My intention is not on an ego-basis. I want to clearly discover My Self in all of us. But clearly be able to be everything. Both individual and a we. -

No pride, no creation. Too much pride, identified and lost in what has been created. Stuck, downward spiraling. Therefor, let go and be formless in your creative nature. Be open. You can be truly humble, if you are already proud. Be honest to your Selves, you are just humble because you were told to be humble by some "master". This humble nature did not grow in your Self. You have took the idea and (hopefully not) identified with it. Masters and Gurus teach you to be humble, because they fear if everyone is not, the world would go mad. But it wouldnt. Self realization, like it is happening RIGHT NOW, would go / and IS going, much faster this way. Yes it is bumpy, but there really is no use to downplay your true nature. Follow once, follow forever. Realize yourself as follower. I am Creation. Ask your Self what do you want to become? A servant (requires ALWAYS something greater) or an ever undefined creative aspect, constantly expanding, learning and therefor growing? You ARE God Consciousness, be decisive in what you want to become slash realize your Self into. The Universal Self, Higher Selves will tell you no different. Doesn't matter if you reach Tao with a humble nature, completely empty or with a proud nature and being crushed millions of times due to successful shedding the skin and releasing all of your resistance. When you are 'there' you are here. You willst just realize your Self as both of these aspects, probably million more and can choose with full view. Pride acts like a foundation from which you can give. I am proud of my actions, yet I have no need to tell anyone how much transformation and learning it had cost to get there. So I am humble in my expression, if anyone asks, showing him/her that he can do it too. Which s/he ultimatelly can. Of course pride is something that wants to be honed is lateron refined into greater concepts, otherwise it leads straight into cockiness and ignorance. Pride is what makes us believe in our power to transform. ..or let go. Let go off all concepts, all desires and dissolve into nothingness. My mind can, at this stage, not go further and discuss more about it. PS: Did you notice? All creative and yang aspects of spirituality are not told to the masses. Each and everyone has to discover it for him- or herself. Possible safety mechanism. -
Is there Clear information what Element is associated with what Finger?
4bsolute posted a topic in General Discussion
I have thousand charts, all say different things. Hindu tradition and traditional chinese medicine are completely different. TCM and cosmology: Wood/Aether - Index Earth - Thumb Fire - Middle Water - Little Metal/Wind - Ring Hindu: Aether - Middle Earth - Ring Fire - Thumb Water - Little Air - Index What is correct? We can not have different elements flowing through different fingers, in different cultures, what is this The human body system is one and the same across all cultures. I have made lesser research on the Hindu tradition and the TCM approach with the associated organs to each finger, make complete sense to me. How can I my Self feel the appropriate element associated with each finger? -
Very.

Makes sense. Wood to wind, correct. And yes, with such things one is far better of researching it by one Self in meditation. Thanks to the both of you. -
Due to weight lifting years back I still have quite some abs in the stomach region. Total artifacts you realize when you do Tai Chi, mostly without real use and tight very often. What method do you use to relax this section of the body, in which you so easily feel your own mind's and your surrounding's tension (especially around noon)? I have noticed that with completely relaxing, my stomach tends to hang out, which gives me the feedback of "better not do this, or your gut might loosen over time". Is this a known issue with "over-relaxing"?

Good method to relax stomach muscles completely, without weakening muscles and insides to drop down?

Thank you, I have just today discovered a very efficient way of Abdominal Breathing that works great for my Self: Breath into your back / kidneys or into the sides of your waist. Forget breathing into the belly, since this happens automatically. If you focus breathing into the actual belly, you get a balloon-belly over time. And also doing so I have discovered that the natural exhale and stomach flatten will mostly not occur. So breathing into both sides and back and the front (which happens automatically), right in a straight vertical line. Then breathe out in this line up or breath out and up into the spine which then will naturally lenghten it. If done correctly, you will feel a pleasant sensation when breathing out. A warm feeling that flows upward, a warm current. Imagine a pyramid: Breathing in and down to create a foundation, breathing out and up to create the tip. -
i am waking up every 30 min - 1 hour WTF is this ?
4bsolute replied to mike 134's topic in General Discussion
Dear mike, sleep as we know it - is an illusion. Every unconscious state is a state of ignorance and will sooner or later be dissolved by our own inner waking up. This waking up then will also be noticed as a waking up in every situation. Also with methods like "sleeping". At one point our bodies do no longer require actual sleep with us (consciousness) having a black-out. We tend to get black-outs, not remembering anything, because a.) our energies are generally too low and b.) what we input in our bodies and mind, daily, must be erased again "over night" (another illusion, there is no night, the sun shines always). For otherwise the harm to the body would be too great. Consciousness is eternally awake. During deep sleep the natural intelligence perform a Blinking-Left-and-Right. You can find this in several Qi-Gong practices aswell, where you consciously delete stored emotions in your organs, by looking left and right into them and/or into your brain. It is said that consciousness in the human body, tends to get "insane" (completely ungrounded) after around 3 days of not-sleeping. Why is that so? Because grounding is key to stay here and not lift off (die) because the vessel cant hold you anymore. So is clearing emotions, which happens for a lot of individuals unconsciously with the food they eat, laughter, joy, etc. And yes, this means that at one point in our own Self realization, there is no more "sleeping". It can then be seen as a constant state of being awake and having the option to, aswell, consciously rest. We then meditate to fully relax our bodies, or just lay down, while fully consciously observing the process. Which can easily be reproduced, when you intake recreational drugs, in a safe environment. But clearly for the sake of our own health and greater personal growth, one wants to put conscious effort in experiencing these states in gradual meditation. I know your personal Ego is young, but sooner or later it transforms into something with a far more greater capacity of understanding. So does mine. Enjoy the process and let it happen. Trust in Tao/God, trust in the Universe/Higher Selves and the Ascended Masters. -
What do you do in your daily energy work practice?
-
Title, how does eating lots of sugar affect your Chi? For example figuratively speaking if you would eat on one day of the week 2 large boxes of icecream while being the rest of the day on a mostly vegan, occasionally vegetarian diet. How would this spike in sugar intake be noticable in your system? How would it affect the organs and the Chi? Purely unbiased question asking from a scientific point of view. Toying with the notion to experiment with modern days sensual food, only once a week, while cleansing the rest of the week. - - - - - - Edit: Added last reply - - - - - - I figured, the more I am in my heartspace during the day - doing radiance practice to establish a stable universal connection and increasing my holy fire for healing and stronger metabolism/inner alchemy proceses - the less I crave sugar. The heart's main qualities is making you sweeter. So logically you need less external sweeteners. Combine that with an alkaline diet (sweet) so you crave even lesser. Cravings for sugar often (always?) mean our bodies are too acidic due to stress, anger.. all those negative qualities we want to transform. And as we all know, an acidic body is a rapidly decaying body. Spiritual development happens on an alkaline basis. It really is that simple. Personally my body requires (source why I wrote this topic) on the 1 day we go out into the city, buying groceries, much more sugar, then during the other 6days of the week. Last week I ate two buckets of ice-cream in one afternoon and evening. You would not believe this if you see me and how lean I am. My GF still goes ape when she sees what I can eat, if I desire to do so. While she is picky with every calory. Probably due to a low metabolism, naturally. But that's not the point here. Results were that day that I was happy but lethargic. Meditation? Not gonna happening with that sugar high. And lateron I was dead sleeping when I came down. Limit the drug use per week guys.. more inner drugs. Lets all grow up, discover and use the grandness from the inside.

The Bardo Yoga or the state of being in the Bardo...
4bsolute replied to ChiForce's topic in Buddhist Discussion
So there you see how important it is, to get clean with everything in one lifetime. Completely reconnect and the most important thing: Be able to "die" and transition consciously! Nothing more beautiful at one point -
It is all obsolete. Form the intention to meditation regularly. Find a comfortable and quiet place to meditate. And meditate as often as you can, as often as you like. There is no limit to as much you can meditate. All spiritual or psychic abilities are naturally revealed to you, through your own, expanding consciousness and intelligence. You can connect dots that an individual who never meditates, will never grasp in one lifetime. Let all of what you desire, come to you. Stop hunting, stop searching. Wrong attitudes, just being present to realize them as obsolete and see that they vibrate differently than finding, receiving and ultimately having at your disposal. Yes, it is truly a challenge to bend ones limited mind into place of finding, receiving or already having all of it in your hands. It cant happen. It can only happen when you let go, completely and be more and more empty of everything you have gathered here. For only then you will be filled with what you exactly need here in this lifetime. And all of this comes from your Highest Perspective, not your ego with which you have identified for centuries and trained it to become bigger and bigger. You, no longer as you (ego) but rather as it (Highest x = insert definition here) will know what to do. I know that initially we surely all develop the notion of being taken over. That we are victims by meditating and trading our small ego. But funnily enough this all comes from the limited ego and not from any other source. So whats the point of listening to it, the small conditioned mind, that has learned to put words into a chain and make sense out of it - while not even understanding that each word, each silible, each tone has a unique meaning to it, to direct energy in our bodies - wildly talking all day long and wondering why it, the egoic individual gets sick and only..merely lives 80years on average at the moment. Spiritual practice is truly controversal and I do realize in times like these, why so few individuals in a human costume are not meditating very often and truly having trust to go to the deepest layers, BEYOND what defines you as a human being. Really, every second I am here, every miniscule gathering I do here feeding my human ego with more distractions is wasted lifetime. Yes, I know all of this intellectually, but when I actually meditate - I honestly admit that I am scared. But of what I am scared? I can not even put it into words. I, as my ego, am scared. I, as God consciousness, like all of you, would surely laugh or not mind at all. Trust is truly the most difficult quality to develop on a spiritual journey. The sooner we all are in God Consciousness, the sooner we can fully utilize all of our potential and finally grasp the spectrum of inexplicable beauty here in this outmost plain. Why do I waste my time? Why do I dont make an effort going straight into the debacle? I honestly do not know. Scared, mostly, yes, to repeat myself. Love.

How did you manage your first months of practicing outdoors, with people around?
4bsolute posted a topic in General Discussion
How did you deal with those situations? Pretty infant question I am aware of it, but I live on the country side and I am not used to large masses of people and see it as okay. Totally sensitive. I instantly notice someones "Whats that?" which feels like being caught in some act (?) or general judgement. Which people do unconsciously all the time. How did you manage your first months of practicing outdoors, with people around? -
Simply dont judge your experience. Goor or bad is equal. Negative is there to show you resistance, good is there to show you the way that goes a little smoother and faster (less misconceptions if it feels genuinely good and enriching). Be humble, do not judge (or you alter your experience) and let go. Let go and let go again. Countless times. And through these actions you receive everything you will need. And this everything is so beautiful, your smaller egoic mind could not imagine. Trust the process.

You can ask this question but will receive no verbal answer. You connect to you heart, as often as you can. Make so called radiance practice, to bring your Self (you, as consciousness) more into that space. By doing so you naturally increase that organs capacity. Our soul integrates itself into the human vessel, in the mothers womb, directly into the heart organ. The heart is the direct connection to God, Source. You meditate only on your heart and establish a strong connection. You feel it every day, for the rest of your wonderful life if you do this practice every day. Also by doing so, thoughts naturally vanish at a certain point. A new connection is established, a non-verbal form of communication from your heart, directly to your sensory organs in your head. Your ego is then replaced by a greater consciousness. You will feel the same, but much much more expansive. You will still know yourself as you, your personality, but since you have at one point detached from it, successfully, you feel at the same time your True Self to be much much more. That is why you forget all teachings you find on this planet and only be in your heart. Buddha, Christ, Lao Tze are all timeless. They are in your heart. You, are them. This is all that can be said about it. Surely you can write an entire book about it, but what's the point doing so? It's a personal, impersonal experience and relationship that only You are about to do. No one (and at the same time everyone) else. The only individual I know of teachings this practice and successfully living from that space, as a completely trustable individual is Lincoln Gergar from ChannelHigherSelf. He is connected to our God consciousness and channels/speaks from that place, if he chooses to. His main interest is healing and liberating consciousness currently in human form by sharing what he has discovered, silencing thoughts, talking and living purely from the Spiritual Heart. In many of his videos he gives clear teachings of how to connect and to expand consciousness. He does it in a very simplistic way that encourages the invididual to do the work and not to promise phony "goals". Love.

Are the Thrusting Vessels / Pingala+Ida actually physically spiraled in the body?
4bsolute posted a topic in General Discussion
Has anyone tangibly noticed this in deeper meditation? Actually felt both of them? I can only speak from myself and I have right from the start felt the main thrusting channel / shushumna, as a beautiful channel in which I could breathe without physically breathing. But so far I do not have perceived both polarized channels. My question: Do they really physically spiral, like seen on the kaduceus? Because I want to figure out one thing mainly behind this question. That is that Mantak Chia says that the left channel, blue, is male, while the right channel, female is red. In Hindu tradition Pingala is right, male, orange/yellow and Ida is left, blue, female. ??? What can you make out of the interactive image on this site http://www.tantra-kundalini.com/nadis.htm ? Are these correct infos? Thank you. -

4bsolute replied to 4bsolute's topic in General Discussion
Yep floating on it. But only with one leg. You can not fully trust one teacher these days and at the same time fully trust him or her. It's a two-edged sort that is dull, basicly. Two-edged when you start, are intermediate and when you are deep enough you understand that it could not cut you anyway, because all paths will lead one 'there'. Stupid questions.. really.. EVERYTHING you have to do yourself. I do not mean this rambling, but it truly is that way. I have said this before a year ago, we could basicly shut the whole internet down and everyone would be better practicing alone. Possibly much faster doing so aswell. While all these tools help, we tend to get lost in it and create such an unnecessary reliance on them. Amusing, one being who can overlook this all might say.. -
What is the Energy of Intention? The Energy of Intention is the energy that is prior to any thought "you" think. Not that you think any thought at all, but lets say before any thought to any action arises in your perception. Prior to that is an intention. Weather you feel it or not, it is there. Example: Stand outside in the middle of a crossroad. And just stand there without putting any effort in conscously deciding which way to go. And for what reason. And so on. You know the whole train that the puts itself together. Close your eyes, stand there and do absolutely nothing but focus gently on your breath. Then you develop something that feels like a knowing, more like an intuition in which way you will head in the next milisecond. Every cell in your body starts to vibrate, making itself ready to move BUT you do not move. And there is the energy I speak of. This energy you can built up by repeating the process. Does anyone know more about this energy? And how to store it, simple Tan Tien storing process? - With a similar technique it is known to bypass all karma. Hack the system so to speak. In Christianity its called "Not letting the devil know what you do". You do an action without intending to do it. Anyone ever did this? It feels so abnormal, but powerful at the same time. You feel like you are remotely controlled. You just do something, without knowing what you are about to do, where and when you are going to do it. Karma is chained to intention (quote Allan Watts). Weather you do good things or bad things, you get karma in return. Acting from this place, creates no further karma. Is this action completely free of ego? I had instances in which I walked around outside and the wildlife did not seem to sense my presence. Even sudden movements, that when performed consciously would make them fly away, they did not care. Probably coupling this type of action, possibly living it as an entire lifestyle, by being in our heartspace, should feel much more pleasant and genuine.
