  1. Immortality

Hello there thetaoiseasy wrote most parts of Immortality. I try to explain what I heard and see by myself. Like most of us I heard immortals from my teachers. And after 2002 I learned they were alive. 10 years later I met one of them. There are a few types of immortals. Yin Shen and a few more. And thetaoiseasy wrote there is no physically immortality. Like most of us read The Magus of Java, after 10 years practice of nei gong you can get together yin ang yang in your lower dantien in one second and you become an immortal. After this you have to pass some tests to prove it. And yes right your soul not dying but our ego dies. When anyone become yang shen his ego is also immortal. For example WLP is a bit different. He is dual class master. You can read about in Opening The Dragon Gate. And the one I met last year, is a shaman. He is using different types of qi. Not like Chinese qi gongs. But if I decribe it by chinese terms he is master of Yin qi. As a result he is a yin shen. And he is immortal. He has powers like most of them. Every human has a potantial to become an immortal. Also has a potantial to become enlightened one. Second one is a better aim for us.
  2. Cold Body After Practice

One of our most fault is the yin and yang parst of each practices. Maybe this is the secret of everyting What is yang part of every practice? Answer is very short: Each motion or active parts are yang. Yin is very simple: when we stop and in stillness we are in yin part of practice. In your case, if we don't put the qi into dan tien what will happens? Qi goes to another parts of body. Especially weak parts of body. When we studied we learned that when qi gets stronger it will go weakness parts of body first. Because body and nervious system myst be stronger to get more qi. When kundalini or jing qi awakes this will go up very rough. We must have very strong spine and nervious system on that time. Closing on dantien please keep on eye of this. Everypart of practice has each importance. Please inform us about your practices. Regards
  3. Bagua and Taoism

  4. Cold Body After Practice

Hello MoG, I'm writing some my opinions that I heard from my teachers before feeling cold in practice. Maybe this could be some clue for you and for others. First of all in practicing Baduan Jin the energy comes out after 2 years. Not starts easly. That's why most people left these practices. I don't know anything about other practices what they effect or what they change. But -this written page before - you need to practice with a teacher better. Cold feeling is not a good sign mostly. This shows sometimes leak of energy in meridians or on lower dan tien. If the dan tien not made (practicing cilibasy and some other methods) gathering the energy on lower dan tien will not put in together. This could be felt like cold in body. Also there is another option. If you get cold, flu or humidity into your body or into your organs, this could be come out when your practicing. How you can decide which is which? What do you feel after all these cold is main. If you got tired on next days, you will loosing your energy. You won't keep into your body. But if everything is o.k. and you feel yourself good or better you will understand that you are givin out cold steam into your body. Maybe hot sauna will be better on this. Please forgive my poor English. Regards.
  5. @taoiseasy: My name is Aziz. I've been practicing qi gong more than 15 years. I started them with Mantak Chia's inner smile. Today I'm practicing 3 different Daoist Sect's Nei Gong practices. On lvl 1. I learned Xing Shen Zhuang Fa from David Verdesi on 2002. And in last 2 years I began to practice Da Mo Pai's Nei Gong step 1 and Mo Pai's Nei Gong Step 1. Pai as you know means "school". Also I'm practicin and teaching Yi Jin Jing. The formal method of Da Mo Pai which the school of Bodhidharma or DaMo. I mostly practiced traditional forms of qi gong. I met with an "immortal", "sage" on these years. Yes I saw with my eyes he got really exciting powers. After all these years spending on qi gong I started to realize a different path. I'm mostly practicing ZaZen meditations now. All the qi gongs are helping my meditations. I'm here to learn different stages of meditations and traditional paths. Practices that I learned and still using: Xing Shen Zhuang Fa XÄ°ng Gong Ba Gua Yi Jin Jing Stillness Meditation Shen Zhen Gong Nei Gong - Part 1, Step 1. Fullfilling the lower dantien with yang qi. 6. Greetings + Question, the 1st serious post!

They never try to control anything. As you might know written in Tao Te Ching, wu wei, not to control anything but flow with everything. When you are in chaos stay in chaos do not try to escape. If we can stay in chaos, solution will appear where we stay.
