I have just attended the Level 1 workshop. Back to the original question, according to Kan, just breath normal (abdominal breathing). The most important thing is to close/remove the gap between inhale an exhale as much as possible.
I think different. I want to live at least until 100. Hopefully, I can reach 150 where I can still enjoy practicing Ba Duan Jin, Yi Jin Jing, SFQ near a big tree.
