i just wanna say Flying Phoenix is amazing: For the first time I tried grandmaster's doo wai's standing meditation BREEZE ON TOP OF THE OCEAN from his youtube. I memorized the movement and breathe sequence - as i was doing it i felt my own energy activate like out of nowhere, my palms and third eye started heating up, and my body felt it was moving through the movmeents by itself and everything felt weightless. Certain times i felt the energy connected through the bones and vibrating though my whole body and my dantian started vibrating on its own. I never knew just doing a form after the certain breath percentages would work like this, but the heavenly energy is really powerful like your tapping into the dao. Interestingly enough after that i was able to stay in full lotus for 1 and half hours comfortably! I just have one question: When doing the breathing just the breath reach the dantian or is it just 'normal breathing' or does it matter. My normal breathing method is dantian reverse breathing with pore breathing but im not sure even dantian breathing is necessary for the flying pheonix???

Shen jing qi - this is returning the light first - attain the white light of your yuan shen, then you will have true jing and true qi - so you do 100 days and burn the yuan jing into yuan chi and your set for your ten months to build the fetus Now for us wordily practitioners who dont have yet a master - this is very hard I didnt even know this was what you were supposed to do until like a month ago otherwise i wouldn't have converted my post natal jing to postnatal qi (anyway i was practicing a different system) so now im going like a round about way... but anyway you still get the same thing in the end -

xuan guan is into the emptiness one finds substance... immortal body is pure yang from Qian... Our yuan shen is our ling (soul) shen light that exists forever and is together with the hun (heavenly soul)... we also have a po (Earthly soul) that wants death - once one realizes the yuan shen, the po have no place to act, and things are clear, and the body naturally produced true jing true chi which can be sublimated into true shen ie all the yin and yang energies of the body are fused to the power of heaven because one has already fused with ones pre-heaven essential nature from the origin of time... once the yuan shen, ling of soul, is supplied with the battery (spiritualized jing chi and shen) the immortal fetus will develop.. mysterious pass is the the realization of light of essential nature - into the emptiness one finds substance

Yeah... and i want to know where is the best place i can get the attunements because i want my mom to do it - lol inner power in two weeks... okay here we go...

SO.... did anyone try getting the attunements after all? Lukman says he opens the inner power thats already latent in our body... any thoughts?

Hi sifu garry, I was wondering when exactly as in what level do you attain the inner thunder (aka true qi, one chi, te, the battery) in the sunn yee gong, and what is the theory of its attainment in the sunn yee gong system? Thanks alot best.

you dont need trance - u need focused concentration - its substance with emptiness - yang within yin - its not yin within yin - thats the yin po taking over, making the mind, chi, spirit all scattered... Full lotus or half lotus is best - with the spirit raised with the crown point extended,spine straight, chest deflated, mingmen pointing a tad outwards - You don't need delta state to draw in yang chi- you can draw it in while talking to someone - you just breathe from ur nose to ur dantian - its very simple... when in meditation u use your mind to draw in energy from the ens of the universe through your pores in to the dantian like a big ball going into the small hard ball into dantian, then energy expands through all the pores back to the end of the universe, the more concentrated the better, and the more fine your breath the better - 2 breaths a minute - or 10 sec inhale 10 sec hold ten sec exhale,

No im talking from my own experience of drawing in to my dantian... posture, intensity of concentration, method of breathing, and what you do with your mind all add up... But i think i read that somewhere on some dragon gate blog...

9 hours cross legged = 3 hours half lotus = 1 hour full lotus....

I see what you saying actually now... Yes its all about transforming your post-natal acquired mind, into the pre-natal virtues because they are housed in the 5 yin organs. Spirit fire = Ling qi - to build that up you need emptiness This should create the six root vibrations...

well of course you continue to do the level 1 med - well untill youve reached the golden fetus stage where that would harm the embryo... yeah vibration doesnt mean its 100% full... it just means its full enough to start compressing... Well in wang liping yes they do it like that cause the have lower field middle filed communication, and you have to cultivate ur prenatal virtues of the yin organs and the LING QI until they unite at the third eye for the white light... im doing that too... level 1 fill, level 2 compress, level 3 move, level 4 fuse, Or the level 1, 2a, 2b, level 3 Whatever the name jim's 2a compression does compess, but you can use others methods like condensing breathing etc

Cool okay! so when ur dantian starts vibrating then you know you can start compressing... Idk about the 4000 hours - its traditionally (in all other daoist and neigong schools) supposed to take 100 days no ejaculation to complete this. to speed up the process try doing ur level 1 reverse breathing all the time during the day. When in lotus position in the void state (between wake and asleep) u draw in most energy ( 1 hour full lotus = 3 hours half lotus = 9 hour cross legged. or something like that) But u can significantly speed it up if ur always doing the breathing....

dude i just asked you a question... relax - all im asking is if you got the vibration in the dantian yet to signal your COMPLETION of level 1... I havent fused yin and yang yet...
