    Greetings all. I have studied Martial Arts since the 1970's. Judo, Karate, & Tae Kwon Do. Early on did Zen Meditation in Los Angeles. Since 1990s have been studing Qi Gong with Bruce Kumar Frantzis (Author and Daoist Lineage master see: energyarts.com.) I am also studying Tai Chi, Yang Style. Looking into Bagua. though my body is better for Hsingi Chuan.

    I have a more massive short body than a thin one. This is why I am better suited to Tsing Yi Chuan then bagua.
