I am a mystic, but I try to stay rational about it. If people are going to make claims about paranormal powers that have simpler explanations in terms of stage magic, I will question them and ask them to provide evidence. I don't think this is unreasonable.

I think you should be highly skeptical of people starting fires with their hands and eyes. It's gullible people who desperately want to believe in superpowers and miracles who have allowed religious con men to persist for centuries. If you want a really challenging and mind-expanding esoteric discipline, try rationality and science!
