  1. Here we are, let's do this:
  2. This place is beautiful, let's expand it

No fear disagree, embrace both agree and disagree as holy warriors..we eat each other to create better humans.
  3. I don't mind doubts, because they are me, but I also mind them, because the me that's I doesn't like them...If we run away from doubts in fear, then we are hating ourselves, but if we grab the doubts and bring them along with us, they will learn to trust too I agree with your disagree Not only that, but it is also a 'you' that is misunderstanding, so we need to educate it. He's def cool mon

Holding to the truth makes you tired and old, begin fresh by erasing your self...Never say never. Always say always. Drop what you had makes us empty. Pick up what you learn makes us full. After a while the streets get cleaned and everything shines.

It's true. But it's also false. Beginningless endlessness = eternity in the whole..all things are torn apart and then all things come back together again. It's like a circle. never ends. Nothing dies, nothing exists...everything is. No loss, no gain, only neverstop. Snake eats its own tail and cant stop eating.

I agree with you, and I disagree with you, and agree again and disagree again...its like an emotional rollercoaster. I love to think, and would hate to hate that part of myself that loves to think, so I state this to be: bliss now is in me. Happiness too. Same same, different name, different state minus the extras. I taste everything equally and eat it all, regardless if it's pork or chops, gristle or bone marrow. Plus I eat tasty Zen snacks. I accomplish nothing while doing everything. It's all around us, and yet we are all around us too. Plus, I think it's groovy!

hmmm...taking a thing apart finding much of the same time after time...then, what's this? The next part. Oh, its the same as the last...what does that mean..all are same? or same are all? I don't know. Holographic universe in our heads. Diamond mist outside. What happens when you take a thing apart until the end and are left with nothing? It all goes into your head anyways. Though we lost it to begin with. Let's take apart a sandwich..first crush it, then spin it in circles. Next eat what's left. After that what is left? Whatever we ate. The parts ate the whole.
  8. that makes great sense. thank you. Like achieving absorption with a seed object, and then letting the seed go and then being the absorption. I never thought about it happening with trust...other things yes, but it had never occurred to me with that word. Trust = willingness to surrender and be led..eventually into mergence once the leader and the follower disappear into each other.

Futile is as futile does. Mind = Mind. Brain = Brain. Life = Life. Also bliss exists in mind and brain...what's so futile about bliss? I think futile sounds funny...
  10. This place is beautiful, let's expand it

Ideas hate us and love us. Let's all be friends.
  11. Illusions manipulate illusions. Self manipulates Self. No one person. No two people. Endless beings are all the same. Each one different.
  12. Something else that could be said is this; The life that ends is the life that begins. A wheel, a circle, a gasoline vehicle plowing down the highway. Then it rains. 2Zen? OK how about this...everything exists and always will and always has, but it constantly rearranges itself into new patterns or constructs. The whirl, the maelstrom of matter/energy/bliss also called Satchitananda. No end.
  13. It is like this: Needs are false because those who eat to live must realize in the end that they too are eaten...so, what happens next? Nothing. Hmmm..Exactly..so we don't need anything because there is nothing to need. I exist, therefore I am. I stop. I die. End of story? Or is it? What happens next is this. Molecules enter the soil, grass grows people eat animals, animals eat nature, and life begins again...who needs any of this? I do. Stop. I die. next life I begin again. Stop I die. Needs? Taken care of. That's it.
  14. Never absolutely...but we keep working on it anyways to approach the zenith.
  15. Does anyone truly need anything?
  16. WE/I/THEM/US/THOSE/THAT/THIS/IT/NONE, etc.

    That's beautiful. i like you.

If there is a 'you' and a oneness that are bound together, then doesn't that make them two things? Or in the act of binding, do we become one with the oneness? When we become one, will 'we' cease to exist? There cannot be a 'we' that is one, because that involves two things - the 'we' and the oneness, the 'we' that are one - suggestive of separate individuals in unity. If there is a physical plane, how can the oneness be in the plane? That would suggest that there is a something (oneness) that exists within something else (the physical plane). What is a limit but a boundary, and what is a boundary but a demarcation? If there is a boundary, then there is separation; if there is separation, then there are two (or more) objects here...this isn't oneness....true oneness cannot have boundaries...if there was something outside of it, it wouldnt be fully inclusive of all that exists - it would have to stretch further to encapsulate everything that was outside it. When it reaches the end, it comes back to the beginning. There is nothing outside of it....but wait! Is the no-thing a some-thing? Then we need to include that too! Every thing included means nothing excluded. Can anything ever be excluded? nope. One thing: 'the 'us' the 'this' the 'it' The 'I' the point....the origin.

The definition of the nonexistence isn't the nonexistence. For example, I can visualize a giant spinning cube that is larger than a galaxy 10 light years from here. It exists in my head, but does not exist in ultimate reality. Therefore it is nonexistent, yet it is also existent, because it exists exactly as I created it in my head. So it truly is nonexistent, yet it truly exists and then the 7 pointed list can be applied to describe its 'is-ness' Escaping dualities - hmmm...where would we go? Nothing to escape. No place without, every place within. YinYang is dual too though - there is the YinYang and then there is the observer of the YinYang - two things and thus duality...YinYang is a word and an idea, which takes a mind to perceive (duality: mind + idea)...it is also true eternally, as is everything. YinYang is also nonduality..'isness' 'suchness' 'that' 'it' 'one' 'all things' 'no-things' What is duality but the splitting apart of things into smaller and smaller pieces? What is nonduality except the mergence of all small pieces into one thing? 'Everything that is contains everything' Is a car one thing? Or should you view it as an aggregate of parts.. Is each part in the car one thing, or should you view each part as composed of smaller parts? Where do all the parts end? atoms, quarks? quantum foam? If they had ever found the smallest part I think we would have heard about it by now. So parts break down endlessly into infinity. No end to parts. How can there be a whole? Should we say there is no whole? If there was a smallest part, then wouldnt duality cease to exist if that part was sent to its own universe? Would it be the only thing in existence there? If you have some water, is it 'one water' or infinite parts of water, connected as a whole? Is it impossible then to have one glass of water. Should we call it a 'collection of aggregated parts' ? If the parts never ended, then what would that mean? Somehow wholeness and parts must be the same thing...but I am still confused... There are no absolute truths, except for the absolute truth that there are no absolute truths, which means that its not true that there are no absolute truths, so there really is at least one absolute truth out there - that absolute truths exist...so in that case, could there be more of them?

I think if you split apart YinYang it would become a smaller YinYang, but whole. I think ultimate reality is the truth, and the ultimate is forever changing, but forever the same.
  22. Chooser, the act of choosing, and the choice become one.
  23. Realize that you are the doubt, it is not separate from you...when you say 'my doubt' you are claiming it as separate from your self, something that you own, have, etc. Become the doubt instead. See what it tells you....usually behind doubt lies insecurity with the self- all kinds: don't think you can make it, don't think it matters, don't think your smart enough, don't think your knowledge is correct. There are always reasons - deal with each reason separately. If you don't think you can make it, that usually is related to thinking how difficult it is and that you aren't up to par. Then question, "why do I feel I am not up to par?" Then explore that feeling...you might then find the reasons you dont think you can make it...then explore those, keep working through the chains until you reach the whole pattern. Often you will find many false beliefs which were keeping you locked in that doubt state. By bringing the light of wisdom awareness to your doubt and what it stems from you can defeat it. If you doubt the knowledge you have - do the same thing - find out why you doubt it, then identify the subfactors...take it apart, analyze each piece - find out where you lack understanding, find out where you need to some more research. It works like this..

Also, I wanted to add this: mantras like Hong Sau are sort of like what I am doing...what they do is pair the concept of 'I am this, I am all this, and this too' with any thing that comes to awareness. It creates realization that all of the mind is one, instead of our fragmented dualistic view. What I dont like about mantras is that they can become stale and the words start to lack meaning...I am trying to create more of a way that uses an infinite supply of self-talk to realize exactly that - that 'I am that' - the mind has a way of defeating things that occur as patterns - there is a psychological term which I cant remember off the top of my head which basically explains that the more a mind is presented with something that it doesnt see as a threat, the more it tends to ignore that object so that it can concentrate on other things that may be more of a threat. This is why one-pointed meditations are so difficult for most people and require much intent and willful focus. We CAN maintain a strong and intentful focus using non-one-pointed techniques and this is definitely a part and parcel of the types of methods I am talking about...so the work is as structured and useful as any direct approaches...this is not a lazy man's way of doing things - its a non-focused mans way of doing things, which aims to teach focus by exhausting the mind, just as Zen koans do.
