  1. I AM THE TOP POSTER

Everyone is free to be my slave, yes...so say what you want, as long as it's authorized. Remember, the beatings will continue until morale has improved!
  2. Looking for crazy friends only - no normals allowed
  3. A question for the ages

I haven't READ any other posts, but to me belief equals: WILL POWER HATE GREED DESTINY DEATH AIMS DESTITUTION FEELING=BELIEFS=CHEMICALS=REALITY=YOU ARE=STOP THINKING=JUST DO IT NOW.
  4. Honestly, I'd rather be where you are..I envy you. Can I be your butler?
  5. He and I are best buds...we eat grass and shit. After that we go scare people in the park....here, let me show you some cemetery pics: http://farm4.staticflickr.com/3392/4628051909_07c3d4f57b_o.jpg http://carlososorio.files.wordpress.com/2009/04/mounthope03.jpg http://img.groundspeak.com/waymarking/display/aa59c2b1-be0e-4365-8f63-5cc23bf29d36.jpg http://farm5.staticflickr.com/4072/4669337009_bf598a7ac7_z.jpg http://www.montanusphotography.com/nmphoto/winter-scenes/2/13.Mt.Hope.jpg
  6. The meridians?

I like that...can we do it again?
  7. Wirathu: The Face Of Buddhist Terrorism

Attacking force with force = destroyed attackers, like in war games. instead use sneaky love block moves...infiltrate the nest, then take them out with gnosis. Use guns when the time comes, but I prefer swords, especially....well, you see my avatar, 'nuff said.
  8. Kunlun One Breath Question

    Everyone's of the world unite!
  9. Kunlun One Breath Question

That's awesome - it will take me time to incorporate into my plan...but it's on. The switch has been set. and levered. thank you!
  10. The meridians?

does LDT = Long distance training? Should I become a runner?
  11. Wirathu: The Face Of Buddhist Terrorism

We know all this too...time to shake things up by spending energy on better things though - fight fire with fire...become enlightened to quell the masses. Aim Buddha darts at Muslim moons. Infiltrate and denigrate, then alleviate the pressure by becoming homosexual - realize its self fighting self, mind construct vs. mind construct, then intertwine Muslim and Buddha to create Sufi time bomb. Stop the prophet by expressing the prophets words in a new format - become the new prophet and replace the old, realize that old = new, and all are same, then end hate game.
  12. Family of Seven (astrology)

Desire eventually = completion, that is our karma. You must get everything you wished for, and desire will drive you like a slave whipping its master! unless you drop the self first, then you can get anything you want anytime anyways so I think you are good!
  13. Your Views Please

I love chen style...fast/slow, slow/fast..so perfect, like a striking snake
  14. The meridians?

You can't just do it in a day! Silly willy...takes years to open up and clear 'em...if you try hard...start small - grow BIG!!!!!!!!!!!
  15. Wirathu: The Face Of Buddhist Terrorism

Is it East vs. West again? I hope not.
  16. The meridians?

that makes a good point, that one should learn the meridian channels - learn the points, etc. Then practice acupressure/trigger-point technique...see the meridians lie in the myofascia. Myofascia is a connective tissue that can contract and expand; it winds its way through every organ, and every muscle (which are organs too of course)...thus, when trigger points form (they are usually called 'knots'), the myofascia in a local area becomes contracted, and pulls on the web of myofascia surrounding it (see 'unwinding' technique in myofascial release therapy). So a trigger point in one area connects through the myofascia system to others, affecting organs/muscles, by pulling on the net. Interested in more about this? Let me know. I approach it from a more scientific view, although I have studied acupuncture points from a Thai massage perspective (they call meridian channels Sen lines - same thing).

    that sounds neat!
  18. The meridians?

Learn to feel every part of your body - range your awareness through it...Look for areas where your awareness feels stifled or vague...also, learn to relax...tension restricts the energy flow around these areas, its like a tight knot. Relaxing opens up the potential for more energy flow. If I remember correctly, Mantak Chia suggests starting with the Microcosmic Orbit, and focus on that until you complete the whole orbit and circle it down the Yin channel and up the Yang channel. As far as I am aware, the Yin channel is partially comprised of the Vagus nerve...I bring this up because it is easy to feel the Vagus nerve - it runs down the center of your chest - it is the nerve that feels 'shocked' when you almost get into a car accident or something scary. When you increase your awareness of the main channels, you later open up the smaller channels...start with bigs, then open smalls.
  19. Haiku Chain

    cool - good to know...
  20. Wirathu: The Face Of Buddhist Terrorism

I dont disagree with you. I know that the truths were found then, but I also know that the way they expressed those truths was for the people of that time, not this one. I am not saying I do not read the classics, only that I am now taking a long break, while I seek answers from living teachers - I spent 2.5 years in prison, reading about 150 books Buddhism alone, and many Vedanta, Krishna, new age, etc etc. books - I am leaving the books for a while, and conversing with the many living books around me.

I need to focus on becoming one with myself and my body first, before I pursue any ego gratifications (such as things that look cool like dance, gongfu, yoga, etc.) I should illustrate. There is a perfect exercise system for every person - one unique to each person and only them, based on their bodies needs. I have a B.S. in exercise prescription and another B.S. in health education, have taught yoga, dance, and done massage, personal training, etc. so I understand a lot about the body and exercise. I am in bad shape right now due to mental illness and life circumstances (karmic too). Since I am in such poor shape, I must focus only on what needs to be done, until I ripen. Then I can pursue things for fun. Right now, I only pursue things for wisdom-fun, and suffering-amelioration. If I had extra impetus, I would also pursue things for flashy-fun, but it is hard enough for me to motivate to pursue healthy-ways as it is, although there are techniques to pursue ego-gratifications and use that desire to attain simultaneous health-improvements - I have done this and I know it works...but if I try to 'become' something too soon - like a wicked samurai ninja, I will set up expectations in my mind, and then when my cyclical depression hits, I will hate myself that I cant continue my training due to lack of motivation and low energy and carelessness. I am developing a system that relies only on pure enjoyment of movement (through spontaneous movement), and that places no expectations on myself. I aim to destroy stress and tension that are produced from failing ones own unnecessary ideals for oneself.
  22. Wirathu: The Face Of Buddhist Terrorism

I try not to get too caught up in the theories of others long dead lately. I haven't read much traditional literature in the past year at all, I am simply reading stuff written by people currently alive, as I believe that wisdom treasures that exist in live people are much more accurate than dead wisdom on papers. Those people then thought differently about the world - it is why I come to places like this - to learn from my living Buddha brother and sisters.

its funny you guys are talking about 4-ways..I am writing a porn story right now about a 4-way lol
  24. Wirathu: The Face Of Buddhist Terrorism

I have not yet learned to differentiate between the two - if there is a difference at all. Tathagatagarbha Sutras state Buddha nature as "Buddha-Matrix, Buddha-Embryo, Buddha-Essence, lit. "the womb of the thus-come-one" within all sentient creatures. The Buddha reveals how inside each person's being there exists a great Buddhic "treasure that is eternal and unchanging". This is no less than the indwelling Buddha himself." Mahamudra states that Buddha nature is "spontaneously present, not produced by causes, Self-arisen and self-free, clarity-emptiness, fixation-free." Luminous clarity, bliss-emptiness, self-awareness, etc. I have always seen bliss-emptiness as beyond mind, bliss without seed object. Pure awareness. I always assumed that Tathagatagarbha sutras referred to this exact same thing, i.e. indwelling Buddha = self-existent awareness beyond mind.
  25. Feeling Powerful vs Happy

power = happiness, and happiness = power. This is true. Power is an addictive drug that makes wo/men happy. It is like a cocaine rush. Power also not does not need to equal happiness. Power can equal sadness too - such as might happen if you had a termite infestation in your house. You need to kill them in order to stop the damage, so you use your power, maybe to hire an exterminator, but if you are nonviolent, you aren't necessarily happy about killing, it is simply that which must be done. So happiness and power can be combined; for example, suppose you have the power to save a life - helping old grannies to cross a street, perhaps, etc. You should feel happy to help and use your power in doing so. I would. In physics power is the rate at which energy is transferred, used, or transformed. It is fun to use energy, fun to express chi. High rates of chi expenditure equals high power. It feels good to lift and throw heavy objects like they are nothing. I think that there are different types of happiness...When you say you relish something, that means you delight in the feeling. Is not delight a kind of happiness? I say that you prefer the 'happiness of other happinesses' vs. 'delight in power and its results happiness'
