ROFL. I didn't know that one was sitting (er laying down?) in the British Museum . I still want to head over to see some of the various old magical items/grimoires/manuscripts..
  7. Satanic Temple *UP-DATED*

I could not find any which would be allowable under TTBs rules or appropriate in public with youngsters about .
  8. Yeah that 40 years of training and researching must have all been for naught.. A highly recommended practice. Though I sometimes find that the longer I spend learning that it is sometimes difficult to remember... Your teacup is full (Empty your cup) Once, a long time ago, there was a wise Zen master. People from far and near would seek his counsel and ask for his wisdom. Many would come and ask him to teach them, enlighten them in the way of Zen. He seldom turned any away. One day an important man, a man used to command and obedience came to visit the master. “I have come today to ask you to teach me about Zen. Open my mind to enlightenment.” The tone of the important man’s voice was one used to getting his own way. The Zen master smiled and said that they should discuss the matter over a cup of tea. When the tea was served the master poured his visitor a cup. He poured and he poured and the tea rose to the rim and began to spill over the table and finally onto the robes of the wealthy man. Finally the visitor shouted, “Enough. You are spilling the tea all over. Can’t you see the cup is full?” The master stopped pouring and smiled at his guest. “You are like this tea cup, so full that nothing more can be added. Come back to me when the cup is empty. Come back to me with an empty mind.”
  9. I would like a sub forum sub forum please .
  10. Best Neigong Teachers

Some of the most amazing teachers around are those no one has heard of and just teach in some local park somewhere... you never know . OK off to shovel the walk so I don't keep annoying Antares . On a side note Antares, I'll PM you when I get back to ask about the post. Posts are never actually deleted (just hidden), and all deletes are mod team decisions, not ever one mod. Though I think you may have missunderstood my meaning in a couple of posts, as I'm usually more of a stickler of legitimacy than others. (though on the otherhand forum rules state that all members/teachers/etc. have equal say/weight in all things no matter the legitimacy, so you may have been thinking a moderator mention I made when I was mod was a personal opinion or something instead of just board policy).
  11. Best Neigong Teachers

His disciples are still teaching though and come highly recommended! I looked awhile back and JAJ was offering skype sessions, not so sure if those are still up or not.
  12. Best Neigong Teachers

I have never said it does not matter if something is legit or not (in any thread). I do not appreciate you creating lies about what I have said (not the first time, excuse me?) All I said is that qigong is off topic for this thread.
  13. LOL your description of Taoists LOL
  14. I wasn't thinking of those ones... .
  15. Wow, you really really need to ground, don't want to end up OCD or something...
  16. Best Neigong Teachers

To be completely honest, distance learning (without some in person training by the same teacher) is more likely to bring a student backwards than forward. Though I think all the folks on your list do offer in person stuff as well.
  17. Best Neigong Teachers

The best neigong teachers thread has turned into are these qigong books legit or not thread .
  18. Favorite Foods

lengua tacos . Sushi/sashimi. My current fave is whitefish. Carrot juice.
  19. I think the folks who found themselves miserable after (both men and women) didn't choose the one they connected with the most in the first place. How many folks date or marry due to various superficial reasons, or what their parents wanted, or who their friends encouraged. But also this brings up the argument... is it better to have loved and lost (or loved and realized that that person was horrid for you), or never loved in the first place?

  21. Satanic Temple *UP-DATED*

It's all about who has the better lawyers. The christian church has far more funding than the satanists.
  22. Freaky Physics Proves Parallel Universes Exist

We have 2 threads on this now btw, might want to check out the other one as well .
  23. Perhaps he just has trouble keeping his open, or wasn't born with that particular ability. I see no reason why we can't live in society with the third eye open, sure it sucks many times, but the other times, it makes it all worth it. I find that the "pain" or whatever you want to call it (I have no better words for the feeling) of having the 3rd eye open and having the heart open, is quite similar. Also it is solved by the same thing, a stronger connection with the divine, and being even more open. I know the being even more open makes no logical sense, but after much urging from my teacher I have tried it, and yes it does actually work.
  24. Satanic Temple *UP-DATED*

Location, location, location. They picked a bad one. What part of LaVey probably chose San Francisco for a reason did they not get? Might be a media ploy though to get some more members and such.
  25. yeah then I want a Pagan one! There are only so many christian posts in hermetic cause no one moves them to general...
