Perhaps these days, but I have yet to find folks in chinatown here who can read english letters. Considering they read the newspapers (with chinese characters I don't think illiterate; perhaps things were different 40-50 years ago in China? My pronunciation isn't very good, so it's really funny when I try to say the names of herbs LOL. I will just google the chinese characters, that is what I usually do, then hold up my cel phone so they can see them . Thanks . Another question, will rum work? I would ask, if either you made her feel heard, and she really appreciated that; and/or you are more open to noticing things more that were already there? I have found with Buddhist stuff, it is ALL stuff I have heard before, many many times. Somehow though some of the amazing teachers manage to, say it again, but in a way that brings me deeper. Pretty awesome . It's entirely possible that Noah is also a little tired of people just talking about how he's a "punk rocker", instead of just focusing on the teachings... What people want though is image. Hey as long as it spreads teachings well. Personally though I prefer the Tibetan old folks LOL.

What, you mean I don't need to use my magic bullet for them all?! I do get them to powder up my ginseng though. Magic bullets even grind up roots though, pretty handy, and much larger than a coffee grinder. My TCM friend and I will have fun with this .
