I would also strongly recommend laying off energetic and meditational practices for quite some time. Get a lot of grounding, as well as physical exercise (daily) in. It will really really help. Also a qualified teacher to help you fix things up while you are at it. This may sound like opposite suggestions, but not really as most teachers would have you do grounding and/or very physical work for quite some time. Uhm actually a LOT of people get screwed up from these exercises, it is just not PC to talk about it, and many don't even realize. It is sort of amazing how many folks go for help to get fixed up after going to far into something, or doing to many systems at once. You wanted to know our experience.. I personally prefer not to talk about mine. Though I have to say that CT and Deci Belle (and likely most of the other people who have posted) are much more experienced and knowledgeable than myself, and perhaps have been at stuff twice as long; I would recommend their advice). PS I didn't read all the replies, so I'm only suggested a couple out of the ones I did read .

There's a LOT of threads around here about superpowers, immortality, etc. etc., so there must be some awesome stuff everyone has planned with these superpowers we are all going to gain, right? So what would you do differently than you do now? Have anything planned? Just imagine you woke up on day with JC level powers. Or perhaps say you woke up, noticed that every single thought manifested. What would you do differently?

Working with the Goetia/Daemons simply to get things would be sort of like traveling around the world just to pick up a few souvenirs.

From what I have found, many seem to think that they are stronger/better at getting things done since they are demons. I mean even when I tell folks some $10 incense would work just as well for their particular project (sometimes that really is the case). You don't call an architect to build a shed... For me, they are extremely interesting to work with . Since there are about 10 different ways to do things...

The sepulchers thing isn't as bad as it sound with him, but is rather eerie nonetheless! Though there are some magicians of paths which make me look light and fluffy who work with him for some pretty nasty purposes....

Hopefully like all crazes, it will pass. Not that I have anything against people who work with the Goetia crew... what I don't like is a whole bunch of irresponsible folks or those newer to magic working with them. This is especially true if they are falling the newer crap methods for doing so (everyone and their dog is writing books on how to work with demons now). Usually when it looks like that it just means your internet connection is to slow to handle the fancy (java or whatever) aspects of a site. So either a problem on your end, or a problem on theirs. Nothing to worry about though. PS works fine for me.

Some of it looked like that, but there were a couple of times where the fire clearly wasn't burning right where he was sitting, and looked like it was going up his sides. Perhaps he was sitting right in front of it? Didn't look like it tho...

What? This is the one vid in this thread I was most impressed with! Even a brand new fire isn't possible to sit on naked. Also it looks pretty obvious the fire isn't just a movie prop. To have a fire going well enough it doesn't just go out when you sit on it, and have it not burn you is pretty much impossible from my personal experience . Though I'm basing this on walking through fires with shoes on... We aren't talking fast firey stuff like coal walking here, the guy spends a decent amount of time on it.

Nah try it, it's not as bad as it looks. The fear aspect is what affects us the most with things like this. Well OK and some prior working up to it helps too... I think you personally could work up to that within a few months at most. PS only use coals which have only been burning for a bit . Not saying dude isn't using extra energy or whatever to make it easier, just saying it is possible (but still hurts for us regular folks).

I think a combo of qi built up over years of training, but more so proper full body and internal movement to do it. From all I have seen and been told by martial arts folks anyways.
