Glad I'm not the only one who became more instead of less confused about what Taoism is and what Taoists do since coming here . All I can figure with myself is maybe I'm at some point in my understanding where it gets more confusing before it starts to make sense.... I hope anyways.

It is quite the awesome temple . I have had a couple of different ones over the years, indoors though. One was a temple with the GD setup, and I had just started work on my vault... I performed much much Enochian there, as well as my first Goetia evocation ever. Then I had a full Enochian setup later at another location... the whole 9 yards. MUCH work was done at that one. It is always sad to dismantle them. Though I also did a series of cacodemon workings in an outdoor temple. Very simple, just built out of a shelter and a few ritual implements. I'd better not have to move the current one ever, granite altars are heavy!!

Not able to train outside? Is there a nearby park or something you can train in? I find that better than the backyard anyways. I have a backyard I can train in, but somehow it isn't the same as even the large field a block away. I guess being that close to my house with the electricity and such.. I encourage anyone and everyone to get out and practice outdoors whenever you can. Also to get into cel phone/wifi/etc. dead zones out in the forest when you can too. The difference is amazing! Though rubber soled shoes vs barefeet, I of course prefer barefeet by a long shot, but I don't find the rubber soles to be that much of a problem.... Though these days no one uses real rubber since the rubber trees are going extinct, but I figure most shoe bottoms block a lot. I figure maybe I get around it somehow due to necessity?

I practice outdoors on the soil during 3 seasons, and just wear shoes for the 4th season. The grounding is just fine. The difference is so minimal. I find training indoors to have 1/100th the grounding affect.

MY facebook friends list is 95% people who have the same interests I do. I went and added some family is why the 5% discrepancy there .

I remember moving once, and I had a free sale, instead of a yard sale, since I needed to get rid of a lot of crap fast. Well there was a box of occult books I didn't need anymore. 3 girls come up 10-12 and grab a few... I made them bring someone older back to say yes they could have them.... they weren't silver ravenwolf books . I wonder whatever happened to the girls after much reading and practicing? They definitely looked fascinated and ran as fast as they could to find an adult to OK it lol.

That's pretty much my thinking, TTBs is going to turn me into a great adept! It's OK, as long as you got past those books all is good .

The odd and unfortunate thing is, the forums without that sort of thing to keep the threads going, seem to wither and die usually... go figure. Trying to change someone's worldview seems odd to me personally, to preachy/controlling. I instead ask them if they wish to change first; if they say no, I move on and work on my own stuff instead. I just wait for folks to come to me. This is sometimes difficult at the IloveSilverRavenWolf conventions, but I (just barely) manage .

I make luck incense, baths, and etc. . For me luck is being healthy and having good friends. The warm roof over my head isn't bad either. Though I also really love little bits of surprise luck (I don't use my own incenses and etc. often, I make them for others), that just come about when really needed, or just out of the blue from time to time. You know those things which go against all odds, but bring either relief or a smile. I've won a couple of contests in my life, had some really interesting odds in my favor a few times, worked to change my luck when apartment or job hunting before, and my luck turned the opposite direction for the entire time I was married and a few years after! I mean was so bad that even my ex commented on it several times. I have found that the stronger my spiritual connection is, and the more time/effort I put into my practice, the greater my natural luck is.

Another reason is, there are so many people with so much information about energetic and spiritual paths and practices I know absolutely nothing about. How awesome is that?
