All of our organs have consciousness and are cross trained to know each other's jobs, completely interlinked by by the one energy that animates our body. There our countless stories of organ donation where the patient takes on the characteristics of the doner. Some stories are much more positive like jogging or a physical discipline inherited. These stories only validated the formless energetic realm that we all live in and that the medical community has ignored since the conception of trained western doctors rather than the intuitive medicine kings of energetic medicine . The true healers have been made illegal to practice healing. The shift has already began as more research and quantum physics validates the practices of these ancient chinese energy arts for healing and cure of the incurable afflictions that humans manifest.

Can a woman and man be more than friends in the future, if they were only friends to begin with?
Wu Ming Jen replied to yuuichi's topic in The Rabbit Hole
Sounds like you are in the......" friend zone" at least you can give her good advice on the super hot guys she meets. The Stockholm syndrome came to mind but holding her hostage is very bad advice. Friends with benefits will take a bottle of tequila. Tequila has been lowering woman's standers for a 100 years. Good luck with that or ditch her for a romantic relationship with a different woman and let it all go. -
How stupid you are is a reflection of how intelligent you can become ....
Wu Ming Jen replied to Zorro Dantes's topic in The Rabbit Hole
When it comes to intelligence allow Winnie-the-Pooh to be your master. -
Illness and discomfort should be gone. Endless positive energy that is always refilled no matter how much we use should be the norm. All relationships should be positive and be able to give the gift of uplifting energy to those who are down. In professional work we should be at the top of our game and show others how to exceed. In life and returning to simplicity we have effectiveness with less effort. What is simple for us could be unattainable or hard work for others. To show others the ways of energy healing and give them responsibility for themselves instead of people playing a victim card is important . These things can be passed on in an informal, non teaching way and within the working environment personally without any mention of the discipline we may practice. Give light to others as if they are part of your own family.

Setting the foundation is the physical work, countless methods. Without physical conditioning, eliminating illness and uncomfort within one's body there is no way to endure stillness and solitude in nature. LYM ia a true master of the direct method which does not involve methods, the beginning, setting the foundation. once one method is mastered it is forgotten. There are 49 barriers one must pass . If you try to enter a gate and you still have problems like bad character, emotional issues, unresolved matters you can not get through the gate but you can try again. After one has comprehended the methods, the passageway and thoroughfare, return and commence laying a foundation by exercising one’s self. Even people with great destiny and great fortune need 3-5-9 years. Some may even need 30-50 years, some people may even need longer. Some people say ‘in one hundred days one can lay a foundation’, what a joke. It is even better to say seven days is sufficient; this is an example and a process. Anyone saying they can open the small or large cosmic orbit in one hundred days, has lost it. There is no need as the meridian circulation is already unimpeded, otherwise people would be turned into vegetables. The 2nd and 3rd step are easily attained and achieved. This is the healthcare and longevity content on the level of society’s masses. Step 4 and 5 depend on one’s destiny. Of all of the steps, the 1st step is the most difficult. If one does not have the gong-skill of having exercised one’s self to lay a foundation. wishing to ascend to heaven and becoming an immortal, becoming a Buddha, becoming a divine person, it is truly like building a high rise on sand, like filling broth into a bamboo strainer, fools speaking nonsense, Any way, Thank You LYM, I talk too much

Men are born soft and supple; dead, they are stiff and hard. Plats are born tender and pliant; dead, they are brittle and dry. Thus whoever is stiff and inflexible is a disciple of death. Whoever is soft and yielding is a disciple of life. The hard and stiff will be broken. The soft and supple will prevail. This translation is from Wudang School It deals with the gate of life and death, turning around to go through the gate of life and how to apply martial skill is evident. Soft and supple is important because there is great strength in softness using the word weakness is misleading.

Flower fist and brocade legs is a old term for a person that does Tai Chi and does not have kung fu. For those interested in self defense one must practice Nei Jia Quan, Tai Yi, Laing Yi or Shaolin first. All Martial student are trained in Kung Fu first then graduate to Tai Chi Chuan. It is backwards in America and nothing Like Tai Chi Chuan taught in China. This is my own personal experience. Even push hands in america is very watered down and non effective as a fighting skill. Using to much force in american push hands is a cause to get disqualified. Lots of fighting is required to become good at it. Get your bruises in the training hall. Once someone is skilled at fighting the techniques used in Tai Chi Chuan is rightfully deserving of its name Supreme Ultimate Fist or Boxing.

OK I will bite no pun intended. We all go through cycles and seasons of our lives so there is no absolute. On the mountain meat is served 3 days a week lots of little kids working hard that benefit from eating meat and meat is a luxury very special. Older folks mostly vegetarian and if you live at a temple not a school only vegetarian food is served. so there is no real political or moral standard of a chosen diet. I had a funny experience a student talking about the food and said I am vegetarian and the coach replied that is great and then another student said I eat meat and the coach replied that is great. It is all about balance with your body needs and it changes all the time. so that is my vague reply for now. The key is what is paired with your meals be it vegetarian or omnivore diets.

Better to stick with gut feelings with internal work. As above, so below," an ancient Taoist saying describes the link between our brains and our bellies. In Japanese culture, the term hara, which means belly, is the physical and spiritual centre of a person's being, yet it also refers to one's state of mind and character. In Chinese culture, tan tien defines the belly as the seat of feeling and awareness, and the source of chi or energy. The sacred dances, martial arts, healing arts and body prayers of many ancient cultures in North America, Europe, Africa and India, honor the belly and acknowledge its wisdom and power as our natural center. Western medicine is very aware of the second brain. The second brain contains some 100 million neurons, more than in either the spinal cord or the peripheral nervous system, Gershon says. This multitude of neurons in the enteric nervous system enables us to "feel" the inner world of our gut and its contents. More importantly Happy New year, May the new year bring health, wealth and happiness to all.

Also we need to heat up the water so it will rise and cool down the fire so it will sink. Regulate the furnace, not too hot, not too cold.To help energy go down the descending channel a very subtle 5% tilt forward on exhale not noticeable visually will help. As we breath in the body rises and as we breath out the body sinks fun and noticeable while taking a bath or during sitting meditation. We live between heaven and earth so simultaneously we have a lifting energy connected to heaven and a sinking energy connected to earth within our bodies. A south pole (fire, heaven, yang so on) at the crown of the head and a north pole (water, earth, yin so on and so on) at the base. Interesting that the inventors of the compass have a south pointing needle, the south on top (advance, summer, fire and so on and so on..

I left semen off the list of liquids because people are sex crazed around here. When I practice sex never entered my mind that would be stepping back into birth and death and I do not like to retard my practice.

I was worried he was going to fall down. I would feel a lot better if he was holding onto a pole or something. For the infirm or those who lack balance a great simple exercises. Nothing to do with internal alchemy if this is still the topic and if it is a formless before birth energy Jing is a liquid??? what is happening and how exactly could that even make sense? associated with blood, sweat, tears, sylvia in the post heaven body that dies does not mean jing is a liquid BTW

"The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results." ..
Wu Ming Jen replied to Zen Pig's topic in General Discussion
I see everything as empty. If my mind attaches thoughts of true, false, good, bad, table, chair it is only my thoughts attached to something that is empty. Things simply do not care about thoughts and thoughts do not change things If I say this is a chair many would agree of the chariness but the insane will see a sprout become a tree to become a sitting devise and then turn to dust. The insane may also wonder why a chair is needed when we can just sit down on the entire earth so the earth becomes a chair. Normal people as we call them are mostly mentally ill. IMO -
Hi Rara I go to the Taoist Kung Fu academy next to purple heaven palace. Master Gu is not far from there just of the main road. White horse mountain 5 immortals temple is off the beaten path and is a temple so rules are more strict for activities and diet living on the mountain. You can change schools while you are there many people do but I love to be close to the temples and a 3 hr walk to the top. Wednesdays are half days and Thursdays off to explore, soooo much to see it is amazing. Ask me any question and I will respond. The school you choose can send an invitation to get you a visa and I have travel information for you as well. Very exciting. Master Gu is like living with a family so that is cool. Before you go make plans with the school to have someone meet you at the airport, help getting to a hotel near the train station, meet you in the morning to get you on the train. At the other end of the train ride someone can meet you a get you to where you are going. I could go on and on so questions are helpful.

Fire, water, tiger, dragon, lead, mercury, yin, yang in the context of MCO they would all mean the same thing. lead sinks and mercury rises. easy to put that together. original mind sinks and accursed mind rises to take control of affairs when one does not turn around. This has nothing to do with MCO just using the two words mercury and lead in a different context. All things start at the foundation as many here have already given the correct information needed. At the foundation (ming men gate) (kidney region) bring this so called water up the spine over head just under the nose and so called fire down the front wrap around to the ming men gate in between the kidneys. With that out of the way this is a feeling awareness art of what is happening in your body. The feeling is way more important than any words. Do some Taoist breathing sitting still and feel your body becoming warm. A great starting point with out teacher and not having a guide to pass through this territory.

How reputable are Master Zhou Xuan Yun and Daoist Gate Wudang Arts?
Wu Ming Jen replied to dapub's topic in Daoist Discussion
It is all legit he grew up on the mountain he demonstrates true skill. If you live near boston and can train with him you will benefit greatly. Personal experience is far greater then a website or PR to promote of a product. It Takes time for someone to get to know you and gain their trust. Once one can prove themselves worthy of the teaching they will enter the inner circle. Most masters will teach the outer forms all day long to anybody but the true skill is in the details and inner work. In brief not a waste of time if done in person with respect to your master forever even if you are lucky enough to exceed their skill and good luck with that when someone like Master Zhou has been training at a very young age, 8 hours a day. -
How do I gain weight and gain fat in a healthy way?
Wu Ming Jen replied to yuuichi's topic in Healthy Bums
@ yuuichi Have you tried grazing meaning many small meals a day. We have a lot in common with very effective metabolism I can feel the energy conversion of anything I eat and I eat very well natural, organic, whole foods much of what I eat is locally sourced. I am in a unique situation that allows me to eat this way. Being young and thin always bummed me out BUT on the bright side I am well into my 50's now and my body is like it was at 18. I do physically demanding martial arts and exercise so this condition is also my advantage as I become older. 18 year olds that have not been training there whole life are unable to do what I can do or even keep up so good luck on your journey you are being pro active and aware of the situation well done. Having great metabolism, is a blessing. -
How does that saying go.... to assume makes an ass out of u and me. Love the poem, different seasons , different reasons

Yes chi gung is proven to help tendinitis. It can be corrected with physical exercise look into sitting chi gung massage, tapping, rubbing bring heat into the affected part of the body, gentle turning of the limbs to strengthen the tendons. Good Chi Gung the body is relaxed and supported by the bones, sinews and tendons, body posture is critical so everything is in line meaning balance standing without using force. Good books on arthritis chi gung that will also effect strengthening the tendons, good luck Bringing too much energy or awareness to an injured area is wrong. see the body as one unit strengthen the one body. Resisting injury also allows it to become worse, let go of the condition.
-
If circulation was not already happening that condition is called death. Listen to your body the many layers of bone, muscle, nervous system, organs blood they are all layers. To heal yourself one must LISTEN to the body and FOLLOW the energy. The medicine is inside you. Post heven energy the stinky chi gets caught deep in bone, tendons that is why methods of chi gung and internal martial arts help to get rid of this energy and restore mobility of youth. Try as many methods as you wish but forcing energy will cause sickness. Awareness of what is natural is the only cure, do nothing and observe and become aware how to release the medicine, the mood must be right to release.

Wu Ming Jen replied to Nungali's topic in The Rabbit Hole
Everyone loves a sale. Can I buy more than one or is it only one per customer? Could you give some more information about this lord of death? Just wondering if is the same entity that is very afraid of me because I am Deathless. Also interested in the Aussie steel can I get a blade forged I might have some old sword fittings? Currently with this sword I have thrust-ed through so many trees that the blade is getting stressed out. -
Buddhist Practices vs Taoist Practices
Wu Ming Jen replied to 2ndchance's topic in General Discussion
Being from the complete reality school the three teaching are as one. The main drive of Chinese Buddhism is Taoist in origin. Taoist never had a written system like Buddhism so the structure of a formal religion written and not only passed on orally was exciting. A lot of classics we have now are do to the influence of a structured system but still very much Taoist. Chan Buddhism or Zen in japan is even more connected to Taoist thought. As the teachings left the origin and traveled to other countries and cultures it became embedded with local flavor. If it ended up in a all male situation the female alchemy was dropped or alchemy in general was not taught at all. It is fun to play with the flower and appreciate its beauty but even better are the seeds they have all the information on becoming a flower.
