I posted this in another thread but it might be useful to those who do not understand the symbolism of internal alchemy words and there meaning. Dragon and Tiger joining their essences in the alchemical tripod. The dragon (a symbol of the Yang, male principle) is mounted by a girl (True Yin within Yang), and vice versa the tiger (a symbol of the Yin, female principle) is mounted by a boy (True Yang within Yin).

Wang Liping was taught and trained by three Daoist hermits—Zhang HeDao (Wu-Ji Daoist) who was the 16th generation and Wang JiaoMing (Yin-Ling Daoist) and Jia Jiaoyi (Song-Ling Daoist) who are 17th generation of Dragon Gate branch from Mount Lao of Shandong Province. Wang Liping has been known as a Modern Taoist Wizard by the book of Opening the Dragon Gate: The Making of a Modern Taoist Wizard translated by Thomas Cleary. This book was originally written in Chinese and named as Da-Dao-Xing (Opening Dragongate), which describes the process of his training.

I do not believe there is any bad blood we are just watching someone dig their grave, get into it and start covering themselves with dirt. More like a horror story. We have all tried to have him stop digging, tell him to get out of the grave and wonder why in the world anyone would want to bury themselves alive with dirt. Secretly ilovecoffe is anti mo pei and wants the system to look as bad as possible. No one has ever tried reverse phycology before but if the intention is to expose a fraudulent, anti health and dangerous system he is doing a great job. You are the peacekeeper. I just watch the show and put in some story lines as the show continues. Maybe flashbacks from the beginning ( like starting over) to remind the audience of the significance of the story line.

So I am guessing that two finger push ups in full lotus that people I train with do regularly is not part of mo pie system. The lack of attention to breath? no mention of embryonic or turtle breath, never been mentioned. .When we go into seclusion for meditation for days at a time with out the special breathing and high ionized air like the mountains the ability to go with out food is highly unlikely for mo pie to achieve given the instruction of Jim john kosta just as they wrote it with no other commentary. Oh right they pretend to be doing neidan but it is martial chi gung with out the gong or any gung fu ability to support sitting and becoming weak.I forgot.

When speaking about mo pei it would be nice to limit the words used to..... John, Jim, Kosta Video proof, tents with no bottoms,wires Scientist, doctors, led lights, chop sticks, stripped naked,Chang, fake, real, we, evidence, A coherent sentence is not even required. This way people with limited vocabulary can keep up and know what is being talked about even if it makes no sense at all anyway.. Only a suggestion, do not forget to have fun.

Wŭdāng Wŭxíng Qìgōng. Part 1 - 龟 Guī (The Turtle) Element: Water Yin Organ: Kidneys Yang Organ: Bladder The Turtle is known as a wise, quiet and calm animal, it is used to symbolise longevity, patience and determination. During practice of the Turtle Form the movements mimic the calm and graceful nature of a turtle swimming through water. Internally the main focus for practice of the Turtle Qigong Form is to enhance the function of the kidneys. The kidney is known as the dwelling place of 智 zhì (wisdom or Knowledge) with a function of storing Pre-birth Jīng 精 an essence that is past to us by our parents. The amount of Pre-birth Jīng that our kidneys contain is determined at birth and cannot be increased. We can however manage the rate at which it depletes by leading a balanced life style in terms of our daily activities. The kidneys also store post-birth Jīng. This form of Jīng can be increased by refining or enhancing Qì 气 obtained from what we eat, drink and the air we breath. This will be covered in more detail in the Tiger and Snake sections. By making healthy lifestyle choices in regards to our activities, our diet, and the environment we spend our time in, we can develop a means to create an excess of Qì in the body that can be converted into Post-birth Jīng. This reduces our demand on Pre-birth Jīng, thus, providing us with a way of becoming like a turtle and gaining longevity. In traditional Chinese medicine the kidney is also related to the production of marrow. A healthy Kidney provides a good supply of marrow to the bones and brain, providing replenished bones and fertile soil for wisdom to grow. if one use’s the inhale and exhale breath in the Cinnabar Field’s centre, one exiting – one entering, one must elevate one’s consciousness. One’s sight is spying calmly. One’s Intent is without distraction as if a cat about to catch a rat, as if a soft-shelled turtle watching its eggs, guarding them and instilling a type of special power into them. The entire Spirit absorbed and paying close attention to it. The ten thousand ties and affinities are all empty and in vain. With any distracting thought there will be no Seed. With any relaxation on the thought aspect there will be no forming of any fruit, there will be no true fruit of the Seed. There will be no true body’ Seed, no Original ody seed, no golden elixir Seed. That is why refining the Self is so strict:

I am getting out of here too. I can not imaging looking at the sky in a well with this frog who thinks that what is seen is the entire sky and it is the only thing he ever talks about. I am glad the turtle came by. She could not fit in the well and asked me to join her at the sea. Best thing I have ever done. The well has dried up, been flooded affected drastically throughout the years but with the sea the changes are hardly noticeable.

This is a very personal journey unique to all. A living art not imitation like the dead art of imitation with no guidance of what ever splinter group you pretend to create. One only needs personal testimony. To seek validation from outside of oneself means one is lost, confusion, unknowing and the many attributes you hold on to dearly. I do not know, maybe because there is no lack, question, confusion, no need to promote anything or cut the roots to start something "new" for fame or gain of oneself. It is one's own life destiny to receive the teachings so no need to go out on a tree limb shouting to others that they need to practice and join a group. In times when everyone is trying to sell this knowledge as a product for their own benefit, many advertisements about internal alchemy courses appear on the internet. In fact, the content of those courses usually covers only the longevity and basic qi gong training erroneously called internal alchemy.

Revolving, rotating, moving, and changing. They are arranged in Wudang’s Heavenly Stars (big dipper), the Eight Trigram Palm (Ba Gua Zhang), Wudang’s Big Dipper Dragon-Heart Swordsmanship, Wudang’s Water-Fire Tai Ji and other physical exercises and stepping techniques equally pacing in circles and drawing circles. Everywhere these circular patterns are practiced: small circles, great arcs comprising small arcs, horizontal circles, vertical circles, oblique circle, silk reeling circles, eight shaped circles, and so on. relaxed and tranquil, peaceful and comfortable, soft and dynamic. One must establish one’s ‘Cinnabar Field’ (Dan Tian) and the ‘Gate of Life’ (Ming Men) as the core and nucleus of movement, transformation, practice and refinement. One must regard the free-coursing of one’s qi, blood and fluids in the meridians and a strong and robust body free from disease as the first prerequisites. The Big Dipper is Heaven and Earth’s Upright Qi and the universe’s energy. Through specific breathing and Dao Yin methods, the practitioner is enabled to reach harmony of one’s own energetic field with the universe’s force field.

There is a lot interrelated for sure. Turtle and Snake together symbolizes spiritual Gods in traditional Chinese culture. The Snake represents the element of metal is related to the lungs in Chinese medicine five elements theory. The benefit of practicing is to maintain and protect the function of the lungs. Snake Qi gong is to soften the body motion to help the energy flow. This relates to a particular Chi Gung form turtle and snake The reason Zhen Wu has his feet on the turtle and snake is another story of how demons posses the turtle and snake who are hurting humans. Zhen Wu defeats the demons and makes them his disciples.

Your name turtle hermit could be linked to wudang.is your name intentional or coincidence? There are massive stone turtles housed in buildings with large open arches on all four sides on the mountain Above you may have noticed the reference of turtle in its shell or snake hibernating. Our systems has stories inside of stories so it is very interesting how it is all linked together. Zhen Wu is one of the highest deities in the Daoist Pantheon, existing in the dimension of the seven stars (Big Dipper), displaying great power with his chest of golden armor, upright sword in hand, often sitting in a throne with the Gui She “Turtle and Snake” beneath his feet..

‘The Dao of Internal Refinement’ is utmost easy and utmost simple. Only strive to descend the heart-fire so it enters into the Cinnabar Field. Retrieve the intent to the Cinnabar Field whether one is able or not will depend on the level of Gong and the level of self-refinement. It may take ten, twenty or thirty years or an entire lifetime. Because the Cinnabar Field is the Palace of Kan, it therefore belongs to water. The heart is the Palace of Li and therefore belongs to fire. Fire enters inside water, water and fire intermingle. The fire must travel downwards into the lower Cinnabar Field. And the True Yang is produced. The ancient people called the ‘Heart and Kidney’, precisely ‘Kan and Li’. “I awakened to the principles of everlasting life:Tai Yang –Supreme Yang- immerses in Tai Yin –Supreme Yin.The Sun subsides in the moon.” “I will reveal the methods of my family traditions and their purposes.Tai Yang moves inside the Bright Moon.” The Pre-Heaven Original Spirit-the void spirit’s character luminescence- is safe in its centreas if a turtle is hidden in its shell, as if a snake in hibernation.Non-oblivion, non-assistance;As if surviving, as if perishing.In the centre of yin and yang, in the centre of existence and non-existence, in point zero.One deviation to the left and one is gone;One deviation to the right and one’s thoughts are running off.

Lucky you. I have not made the list yet maybe this will help. If the heart-mind is righteous and the conduct is upright, qi and blood are free flowing, smooth and unobstructed. The body will be comfortable and there will be no confusion, “True Qi’” will be accumulated and assembled. With small Gong (skill) one can remove one’s illnesses and prolong one’s life. Once one’s Gong (skill) has grown bigger into great Gong (skill), one is able to shed the form and metamorphose one’s body, the meridians, the Qi and the blood into the internal alchemy’s basic foundation. Reaching this points is already above the study of mo pei, a sublimation reaching the high level of the study of the universe and life. Let the mo pei kids play in the shallow water because once they go back to school we will have all school year with out mo pei except maybe holidays and weekends, will see.

One way of silencing hate groups is to stop talking about them.

Harry Truman. Why should we stop freedom of speech or silence hate groups when they do a good job of living in the past and ending it all on their own.

It was my first year of training that a Taoist master invited me to go on an unusual excursion—a journey to the Moon Palace. The old Taoist tossed his staff into the sky, where it morphed into a gigantic silver bridge stretching up toward the heavens, disappearing in the direction of Earth’s satellite. The Taoist Master and I stepped onto the bridge and left the planet. We ascended for some time before being dazzled by a great luminescence before us. Approaching the moon, we found ourselves in front of the gate of a grand city. This, explained the Taoist, was the Moon Palace. In the Moon Palace, beautiful heavenly maidens danced. Some were riding magical white birds while others were playing musical instruments and dancing in a spacious court surrounded by evergreens. Soon our brief visit was over, and the old Taoist and I descended back to Earth, to the courtyard of purple heaven palace on Wudang mountain There, in the still night illumined by the moon’s beaming gaze, I could almost hear the tune of the maidens’ dance.
