Details like when cities were built, land cleared, businesses started, crops planted, types of animals/objects sold, places traveled to, areas traded with, marriages arranged, taxes paid, taxes raised, taxes not lowered, astronomical events, and the activities of the emperor's court such as specific hunting trips, tours of the kingdom, and appointments to positions all are recorded on the oracle bones. I like That I pay a game to find out where the thoughts come from. Mostly they are not my own like from the media, a show or others around me. Any disturbing thought a recite delete, delete, delete to my self and banish those thoughts forever. I had one teacher That said to me when it comes to thoughts be a really bad host and do not listen or cater to them.

The proof is in the pudding. Practice that has positive results we can feel, it shows up in reality, our body, mind and spirit is the laboratory,the scientific experiment , no one can know results better than ourselves, the actual results are apparent. If any practice has negative results it is easy. stop immediately and throw that in the trash. If one seeks validation it is giving power to other. Giving power to other is backwards. Take the yang back from other and add it to our original yin nature.

Energy can not be created or destroyed. Throwing a ball into the sky is potential energy and the falling ball is kinetic energy, hence transformation. What lives and what dies? What has never been born and with us all the time young and old, silently present? we spend lots of time on a the material plane of the temporary and identify with our bodies and personality as who we are but what is not born we tend to neglect. Return to the unknown, If we think about it (because it is impossible) the unknown is peaceful and tranquil because there is nothing for mind to attach to. I have no idea about rebirth I see things that look like they die and come back to life during the seasons. I am reborn every day, replace my blood, replace my skeleton just a poorer copy every time so I turned around and walked back through the gate of life, now age, birth and death are meaningless,.just changes on the way, all changes and nothing changes.

I have heard about people who have attained the Dao of the heavenly prime. They are only aware of the heavenly prime’s worth but do not know about of the earthly prime and the humanly prime’s wonders. I have heard about the attainment of the earthly prime. However people who ascended through the ingestion of a Daoist pill, only know about the worth of the earthly prime, but are unaware of the heavenly prime and the humanly prime’s wonders. I have heard about of the attainment of the humanly prime. But they do not know the purpose of the heavenly prime and the earthly prime. Even worse they esteem the humanly prime, yet they look down on the heavenly prime, regarding only their own path as the true one. They do not know that the humanly prime is the path for seizing one’s life-destiny. They are unaware that the heavenly prime is about grasping innate nature, and they are not conscious that the earthly prime stands for swallowing a Daoist pill. What a pity!

Revenge is a dish best served cold. Revenge is a bad place to be causing an endless cycle, to break free of the cycle is the job. Trust the untrustworthy and gain their trust as a Lao Tzu position. Many warnings about revenge, not a good idea. The karma of being wronged or someone going against the Tao is returned ten thousand times. We can actually hit the return button if negative things try to creep in. Return to sender and it is multiplied. Pop culture has characters like billy jack or actual people who take the law into their own hands when the Justice system fails to perform their job.The public embraces them because of the systems fail, not the actual issue.. Personal justice is different to me, If the action does not benefit all of humanity it can be a case of partial understanding, a angle or consciousness we did not perceive that led to feeling attacked. When actual attacked we borrow the force and return it. send it where it planned to go, we just moved so we are not there. same as non physical. The internet is the worst, all people have their own universe, their own world creation, My reality is much different than another, What exist for one may not even be possible for another negative or positive. Words do not transfer the actual thoughts like talking to people. the energy exchange is absent so we try to invent the feeling being written to understand the words. All internet transactions have very little value better to have real conversations in front of those whom we speak to, the energetic value is there, information is more meaningful..

In a Taoist perspective all the collective energies and timing of a new birth would be very difficult to reassemble into a new birth in a different time. We are reborn every day and have many past lives as we grow older in this lifetime. Taoist tend not to speculate about after death. the method is to know the end by going back to the beginning. Then there is before the beginning and before the beginning began. Everyone knows where they came from..... the unknown, if it was important then it would be known. Take care of this life and everything else will be taken care of.

As long as we have a physical body, we will have desires. These desires will lead to 7 emotions within our body. Seven emotions: 喜 pleasure, 怒 anger, 悲 sorrow, 惊 fright, 忧 worry, 恐 fear, 思 thought. The seven emotions are triggered when 神行于体内 the Shen is moving within the physical body. When these emotions are out of balanced, people around us and the corresponding internal organ will be affected negatively. The Six desires and seven emotions will color our overall perception of the world through 自觉(sense of self awareness), 感觉(sense of feeling), 知觉(sense of knowing)，无觉(state beyond senses). How do you know that it is your Shen communicating with you and not some entity outside of yourself? Seal sensory organs and 下三阴 lower 3 yin (前阴 front yin, 后阴 back yin and 会阴 huiyin) - this creates changes inside the body and triggers the seven emotions. Here the emotions will be relatively balanced,干净 “clean and pure” and will not potentially harm the internal organs. Stabilize body and activate pore breathing, gradually shift from normal breathing to inner breathing and True breathing. Once the practitioner's own human universe is properly sealed, the emotions and desires will be more stabilized and this will allow the 神光 Shen Guang to enter from 天目 Tian Mu directly into the 下田 Xia Tian。 Otherwise the light may be directed to the organ that has the corresponding emotion out of balanced rather than into the 小腹 Xiao Fu cavity eg if practitioner is feeling anger, the 神光 Shen Guang will end up in the liver instead of the 下田 Xia Tian.

This is important for those who like mixed drinks. Emptiness of tao is also the producer of all things. We are born with jing, chi and shen out of emptiness treat them as the priceless treasures they are.

I would highly recommend this book to get familiar with the language and the inter connectedness of basic taoist knowledge. It mentions right off solving life and death so true Nei gong practice. The dragon gate long men pei is the real deal so you will not be on a twisted byway or a corrupted system. To reach advanced study one needs a master. The introduction of the book notes that it covers the twelve basic methods. Good luck, it is good to have the physical training with Chi Gung and internal martial arts first.

If virgins are a prize or something like that why do they treat women so badly while they are alive. What is the death rate do they die around 16 years old for all these virgins to be so attractive and worth dieing for?. Do islamic women get virgins too or is it a men's only club? It would be funny to have no body and all these forms and images are available.

Why do humans act against their own nature by doing awful things? Did they forget who they are? Are they defending a god that only likes certain people and not all of humanity. Maybe the God has an agenda and not the real humans themselves who have nothing to gain from such foolishness. The reason why Tai Chi Chuan is known today is because it is a high level martial art. In traditional systems one is trained in Kung Fu ( time and energy to obtain skill) before one is taught Tai Chi Chuan. Tai Chi is like going to an ivy league school if one is interested in martial art. In America the reverse happened the health benefits were promoted and application ignored. Men like Dr Yang Jwing Ming and many others felt the need to restore the origin of Tai Chi Chuan martial arts (supreme ultimate fist or boxing). Tai Chi Chuan is so deep that only partial aspects are trained by many individuals depending on interest. Friendly activity is push that sends a wave, non hurting through another body Two person sets, push hands and the like can be practiced without injury. When an internal strike does not wave through but gets caught in another body to bounce around inside t such damage results that it is not safe to practice with a partner.

Modern religion may borrow from many ancient traditions to be accepted or in vogue but the hindu system that has two worlds, higher and lower and all that stuff is more likely to be the influence of judaism. Chinese traditions are absent from putting mind over reality,having any personified god or anything substantial as being the creative force. It is quite the opposite to have a non substantial force be the ultimate creative force and the ultimate reality at the same time. very unique on the world stage of philosophy and religion.
