Jing creates the body, Chi moves the body, Shen moves energy. Vitality, energy and spirit these are energies with no physical location that we are all born with when they separate we have trouble when they merge back into one there is harmony.

True virtue is not virtuous, it is spontaneous and un contrived the Tao De Ching gives examples from nature, the way is not written it is just observing the way things are. If we try to be kind that is not considered True kindness even though it might seem like a good virtue it can go on too far and bring harm. Heaven is not kind but shows kindness to all things> The earth does not care if it is cheapened by pollution or torn apart by rivers but cares for all things. We can be companions of heaven and earth.

Yin and yang are in love with each other but the go between is needed for them to meet or they will drift further and further apart. They meet in the center and are one again, happily ever after. When intention has sincerity and the mind is at rest what is there to pollute the mind, the celestial design can then be seen. When this couple meet the internal government is set in order. When the couple, yin and yang reconcile their differences all boundaries melt away. When yin and yang have been separated for a long time they think they are two when they actually are one, its just silly. I love the warning not to separate from society to do the work. This is the spiritual, the mundane world is the spiritual outside of all that has been written. To run away is a coward without the strength and sincerity needed to penetrate the mystery.

Complete Reality northern and southern school. one starts with essence and one starts with life.Essence is the most direct route that does not fall into secondary methods.Personality and awareness will call to one's path and correct way. Dual cultivation is natural because they are one even though we call them two methods. Benefit of life method to start with is to have a health body to travel in, essence is to have a healthy mind and transcend conditioning. Mind and body is one,so where we start may not matter as long as we start. Can we talk about the other dual cultivation now? Just kidding we can keep this heady and not below the belt if you wish. If I forget self and do the dishes, the dishes are washed and I had nothing to do with it. So I am the same with cultivation I have nothing to do with it, it just happens to be. I can't remember now if I started with plates or glasses, they are done and then there is more to non do.

I practice all phases of Taoist Arts because it is awesome. The impact of practice in my life has allowed me to transcend beyond normal conditioning of mind and my body has benefited beyond mortal or normal degeneration.I don't care anymore about debate and intellectual concepts I just do IT. Positive practice, positive results in all levels of existence and non existence.

When we enforce our views as absolute we become idealist. A non absolute ideal that is subject to change and not enforced on others I would think to be healthy. Idealist is a crime against all humanity by not embracing the whole.

When it comes to desire and craving is not eliminated you will desire it more because you have placed restrictions on yourself.Retention is restriction and you are 21, you should always be horny but never harmful to yourself or others. A taoist with mentalist and idealist concepts is typical. Equality only comes into being when there is inequality within a society. There is no Tao of men, Tao is not gender specific or concerned with 1/2 of any polar complete manifestation. To me the mundane world is spiritual,If we are content with everyday life we have achieved much of value. For others they may seek altered states and think they are progressing on the way.The mere prospect of seeking and attaining abilities are for those grasping for something.
