A lot of women usually are witches, go figure. I remember when my third eye was more active and I was some what of a practicing ascetic. I remember seeing the hands of a woman/witch with black finger nails as well as blue and red finger nails some times when I closed my eyes. It seems I was seeing the subtle body of other people and their 'gifts' or 'powers'. Strange stuff. Most of the time it seemed the hand was used to manipulate a situation to said person's liking.

Express yourself before you begin fighting yourself, which leads to bigger issues down the road. Whatever it may be. Restraint is only good for those who truly need it. Developing telepathy to talk to others is a bit silly in my opinion. Not every one has such a gift or possibly even knows about it.

Have you tried expressing this some how in some kind of manor? If it is violent, I hope you express this in a non-destructive manor. But as long as your getting it out. Try pushing this out. Take deep breathes into the chest. It may also be your upper dan tien opening up as it could be a emotional/psychological blockage from the past. If I may suggest a visual practice while you are out in nature. Imagine grounding your self as your feet become big deep roots into the earth, imagine energy flowing back and forth between the lava and the roots, give this issue or ball of energy to the earth as she is the one who provides for all us and our survival. Hope this helps. Entity or not, "we become what we think" and I honestly think you will be fine.

I see. I see a emotional/psychological complex you have possibly developed on your own.. "What you think, you become.." Dealing with my own demons and expierences, may I ask you this.. Is there any thing in your past that has traumatized you or has literally left you feeling utterly dis-empowered? This can be as simple as having a love one die, parental divorce, rape, being outcasted, etc.. Also your OVER THINKING. Hence why I asked such things above. If there is something lurking in the back of your being, your going to either need to accept this, express whatever this is outright (and I hope this doesn't end up hurting some one else) or rethink why you are practicing qi-qong and what you are seeking to gain from it... You are also showing signs of possibly being what is known as an empath.... I am not well when it comes to gift's of the heart, but this is something that could turn out to be a great blessing in your life if you can learn to accept and understand yourself. Entities can easily be made through benevolent or malevolent means. The purpose of temples, synagogues, and lodges is to provide a certain space to work with a specific spirits and to concentrate said energy and attribute; sacred space. It seems your not dealing with a haunting or something that is outside of you that could have been created before you dwelled in said space. This is harder to get rid of, mind you. An example are the pyramids in mexico, such as the aztecs, as marvelous as they are, they still required blood sacrifices/energy to 'honor' their God. A major difference in spirit and energy.

I am posting this because I wanted to inquire about a dream I had about a year ago. I had to go out of town to visit a relative at her house who lives sort of near the coast. Needless to say one morning I had woke up from one hell of a sequence of dreams. In the first dream I had went out of body and found myself walking around town. Interesting enough I had walked by a 'spiritual shop' there in town and had saw the imprint or outline of a dragon there, which was also by a chinese restaraunt (go figure). It seemed to have been guarding that local area because I could not walk past it in the dream state. I then found myself in some other realm with who I think was a sage of some kind. This man had a magickal shop. I remember on the banner for this shop, there was a pentagram of sorts. I walked into this shop and this man, who was wearing martial art like clothing, all black, had gave me a toy black dragon. I had no idea why. I had asked the man if he could put some white or gold trimming on the dragon and he told me I could do that myself. I remember after holding the dragon, I then saw it 'activate' so to speak. I saw a dragon flying the air in a lightning storm. This is where the dream got weird. I then found myself being attacked by a bunch of witches and Ms. Cleo looking women. Oddly enough a being that looked exactly like Horus the falcon God appeared in the dream and the attacked stopped. He appeared in the sky. Interesting enough, ive never prayed to Horus in my life. I guess giving me the black dragon was a dirty trick I suppose? Desecration? I can't find myself identifying with it.

Yea that would be the simplest solution. I am hoping the situation transforms over time though. A bit of a sacrifice on my part.

I don't want to disenfranchise any one, but in my opinion, I have seen this A LOT. "Give me your $$$ and I will take care of all your problems." Most of this stuff you can do yourself and a lot of people know this. I tend to call it spiritual dogma. It is becoming a problem here in America as well. Certain cults and shaman's seemingly looking to make a quick buck off of those who are not in the 'know'. This is something I can expand upon as I have seen both sides of the fence. Yes, people do need to make a living and yes entities can be a real issue if one is not careful. Mind you, why initiation is still regarded as the most important step in some schools of thought. Being an adept mean's one must learn on their own and learn from simple mistakes at times. When you give up your power, you are actually surrendering your ego. Don't get caught up in the BS and having some one else hold your hand. You will know if you have a terrible entity if your life is turned up side down or you are constantly being attacked every night in your dream state or your health takes a rapid nose dive, then yes please seek help right away. The key is self-discipline and living a plain life for a while. Conserve your jing. Practice mindful awareness. Stay in 'holy places'. An entities main focus is wanting energy. Hence porn sites being riddled with these things. If you ever become aware and are able to lucid dream or wake up, you may experience what I experienced. I HAD to quit porn because I began to realize that I was being possessed by random entities after jacking off every night. It's all these little entities want, energy, they are like crack heads. There are also mages and sorcerers who work with and conjure entities/demons to do their bidding. But one can easily google about plenty of people getting shafted or burned by thinking they can control the spirits they conjure. Like I said, some spirits are highly malovent and can be considered crack heads concerning energy. Hence why some mages and sorcerers literally lose control over their subject. Many will tell you to STOP your practice all together. I believe such suggestions to be fear related responses. It is up to you to believe in fear or not. Mind you, if you have ever had an encounter with a higher being, fear is something they do not cultivate, nor can you even imagine fear while in the presence of a higher being. This is important to know and experience because one can only over come fear through understanding. Higher beings ARE very understanding. Take this situation of having an entity and learn what works and what doesn't. THERE IN, IS YOUR POWER. Wake up, and take it back. Also, if you happen to believe in a pantheon of any kind that is benevolent, mind you, ask for an energy infusion and cleansing. Sometimes it is as simple as asking ahigher beings that you are seeking to learn and grow and are now aware of why it is important to live a clean and virtue-ess life. Hence cultivating understanding, wisdom, and love. Good day!

You woke up, awakened, and realized that you might have an entity. Pay attention to your dream scape and look for what they might be trying to tell you. Depending upon the higher bodies that you have aroused, you may be seeing things with your third eye, or other 'clairs'. You may be feeling energetically depressed, drained, or out of touch. This is your awareness kicking in, your becoming more aware of your subconscious. First, you need to accept whatever it is your not accepting. Entities are very common and if your not a monk who lives in solitude don't expect to always be clean and clear of them, in my opinion. Think of your lower dan tien as a hose. You may have a lot of past life 'karma' or issues, or possibly even things you contracted in this life through sex unknowingly that need to be dealt with BEFORE you can appreciate the 'bliss' that Kundalini brings and cultivate it forward. It brings truth to the forefront of your life. A lot of people have 'entities' and don't even know it, mind you. You may even be looking at past life issues you didn't know you had which is WHY you were attracted to the esoteric arts in the first place. If your a bible thumper, this is what the 'Kingdom of God' is all about. It's all inside of you. Be patient, kind, and forgiving. Things will work themselves out.

It is very possible depending on the individual. One can detach from their body and 'possess' the body of an animal believe it or not. For those who practice the dark arts, animal sending involves this very thing of going out of body and then becoming one with whatever animal and attacking your victim. This is usually done to hide one's identity, very cowardly. Mind you, an experienced shaman can do this with certain herbs that heightened consciousness as well. It is a double edge sword sort of thing. You will also develop karma with said animal. Many in the shamanic traditions usually have a 'power' animal that they associate with. Mind you, if the victim kills the animal in 'real time' or in a dream, the attacker has a very high risk of getting hurt or even killed and not being able to go back into their body. Definitely not something I would condone even doing, due to the risk involved. It can be a great experience to learn and grow though, but truly depends on one's own inherited character and sense of self. With that said, it is also very possible to do in a lucid dream. I believe one can have control of their thoughts. It is merely a practice of discipline and will. One can even defeat inner-demons by choosing "Right thinking". Choosing one's thoughts can get easier if one can learn to be emotionally self-sufficient and not be influenced by emotion itself. Usually people can get sweeped away in lust, hate, anger, frustration, confusion, etc. Emotion is the biggest key concerning thoughts in my opinion. Emotions can be described as adding fuel to the fire. Mastering one's emotions, through intelligence, I think, is a bit harder. Practicing a meditation known as 'nothing-ness' can help. Just google it.

In all honesty, most of the time the sex just happens and it is not 'great sex' but I merely secrete seminal fluid in the dream. It's get annoying when one is seeking to build up 'jing'. I believe it to be my subconscious and oppressed emotions and expressions playing them selves out. Just the other week I shape shifted my pet into a woman I had found attractive the day before. Analyzing the dream, my pet is someone I trust and love. Sort of makes sense why I morphed him. lolz. But I do agree, it can be very real. When I was with my ex-girl friend we had shared some dreams. She still pops up every now and then strangely enough.

I believe it. Very possible in a dream like state. Seeing this in "real time" would be bewildering.

Funny that some one brought this up. Just saw this on facebook today.. In my opinion, time is of the mind. A unit of pleasure to measure your treasures . As far as I am concerned time is not palpable, but merely meta-physical. What makes it real is the merely the 'I' or 'self' who operates with time. If your good at Lucid dreaming, you can escape time or time travel if your really good. It is merely a concept. Man does not truly know when man, himself, began recording time, as far as I know.

Hrmmm. I would also like to know from any one elses personal experiences if this constitutes as an astral attack and also the importance of knowing how to ground one's self and learning it before cultivating energy. I had a OBE dream one morning where I had found myself randomly going to some persons house. I was greeted at the door of this woman's house by her daughter who had told me that she wanted to become a porn star apparently. I then told her that I would always love her. I had felt that a higher being was speaking through me at that time. I then proceeded to enter this random ladies home. She greeted me with a hug. She appeared very promiscuous in her 'goddess' like dress. D sized breast. etc. She was a lite skinned black woman. When she hugged me I had felt an energy link in my lower dan tien, right near my penis. She then proceeded to ask me to tell her more about myself. Right away I felt vulnerable and under attack. My awareness kicked in and I began to dance like a indian warrior at a pow wow. No idea why! I was stomping all over this woman's house. I had then told this woman that I knew her in a past life apparently. Mind you, I've never seen this lady in this life before. Which is when ANOTHER lady appeared. She appeared to be highly possessed in the dream. Her eye sockets were gray and her mouth was drouped open. Possibly some form of voodoo or witch craft with an ancient soul or entity. I do not know to be honest. (I had seen this lady in my dream scape a few times after this incident. She always seemed wicked) She had told the other lady that I was lying and this lady had proceeded to come my way, the possessed one, which is when I had found myself back into the corner of this house. I noticed that a cat was going to try and strangle me with a piece of wire. My hand reached out for the wire and the attack had stopped. I had then received a vision of this older white lady meditating on a cloud up above with a group of people. In this vision she was smiling and did not appear to be wicked at all. I had then noticed that some one had joined this meditation group, I am not to sure if it was me or not, because I woke up to the feeling of painful energy in my lower back and spine. I literally woke up and ran out of the house and sat on some dirt to try and ground all of this energy. Luckily it all simmered down by the end of the day. I was bewildered by the whole dream and why it even occurred. Since I had never met these woman at all in this life before or what that wicked old white lady even wanted. What I really want to know is, why this attack was even possible , I am under the assumption it was because I failed to ground myself once I started meditating and was literally stuck in the astral for quite some time... I've only been attacked astrally about three times. Not knowing why. Hence the danger of astral projection I guess.

Thank you for sharing this! I have not read much concerning the topic of Gnosis, or Gnostic text, besides the Gospel of Thomas. But that is very interesting concerning the value of the heart rather than the brain. What comes to mind is the phenomenon of having Light in the mind. I guess I am referring to those fresco's and paintings of Christ, Krishna, and other God's who are portrayed to have a golden aura or force field around the head. I have never looked into what this truly means concerning the Light in the mind. Could mean many different things concerning one's doctrine or 'path'. But that is interesting how the heart was considered to be the key to higher consciousness. Concerning the heart, what is your opinion concerning the relevance of the heart and one's subtle body? I have read that not only does the heart pump the vital blood one needs to live, but that the heart itself is vital for one's sense of energy and distribution. The diagram I remember seeing showed the heart and a force field of subtle energy stemming from both sides. In my opinion, cultivating the mind does have it perks, based on my own experiences and readings. Photographic memory, imagination, percieved awareness, clairvision, clairaudience, etc. But cultivating with the heart, I know nothing about at all. I once got a vision of my heart, it was war torn and black. Probably because of all the stupid stuff I did as a kid. Mind you, I am intrigued to learn more concerning this sense of higher consciousness concerning the heart. Do you have any books you can recommend or teachers? Also, have you ever had a 'gnosis' in the sense of wanting to know what the pyramids are about? This would be very fun to know and experience.
