  1. The hidden gems I find are in the world markets. They are the kind that I can cash in for US dollars. I am neither a spiritualist nor an atheist. I just like to argue with you guys to keep my mind sharp. I can play your game. I don't think you can play my game because you need to have money and the guts to put it where your mouth is. :D

Which is weird to think about, because I don't think any actually cares to do so... You do realize that you can take that money and pay a stripper to stroke your ego for you in ways we never could... Just saying. I don't quite understand the notion of wanting to get off by getting off on other people... Seems ironic and silly. But if it makes you smile, OK.

  2. I should have told you that I debate Buddhist scholars all over the world wherever I find them. The last one was a Tibetan Rimpoche with a PhD in engineering at MIT.

DragonNectar is right. I just love to argue.

Tisk tisk. Practicing Tao in a reverse manor I see. lol. Fun. Why not reserve judgement and just observe? You may find hidden gems... Turd holder.

  3. Don't control your desires, understand what the opposite sex may be feeling. Tap into your female or male side and perceive sex through that lens. Now I am not talking about homosexuality, I am talking about mindfulness, only then will you be able to 'control' your understanding and desires of sex. Porn has given rise to a generation of sex dummies, who believe that all women wish to be jack hammered or anally aroused. It also seems a lot of young women have taken to favor this approach to sex so they can simply receive some kind of affection from a overly yang male. Balance and bridal your passions/desires through mindfulness, there you will be beyond duality and suffering.

Also if one is trying to see if they can go without sex, yes it is possible to stop masturbating or having sex for some time. But realize that eventually one will need to release if one is not able to transmute or sublimate there energy some how. Eventually your energy will begin stagnating if one chooses to stop having sex all together. At least it seems so.

  4. You are quoting Buddhist scripture founded on the story of the Buddha.

Have you been successful in your practice?

Are you sure the senses are the root cause of suffering? Why not pin the fault on craving?

Do you think it is correct to equate the “letting go” of Buddhist philosophy with the Wu-wei ( 無爲) of the Tao Te Ching? Buddhists believe in ending suffering while philosophical Daoists believe in being satisfied with whatever and not giving a damn.

I don’t think detachment from the senses is a teaching of the Tao Te Ching. Chapter 12 says the five colors make one blind in the eyes. Come to think of it (meditation in the Buddhist sense), it is not even the colors themselves that cause problems. It is the meanings derived from colors that arouse emotions. Color symbolism excites and churns sentiments.

You know sree, can you argue that taking a dump is NOT beneficial for one's own health and well being, possibly even spiritually? You seem to love counter arguments...

Everyday I detach a turd from my being and it has never caused me any problems by doing so. Now, HOLDING onto this turd, yes, that usually causes a lot of suffering and pain. It does not allow me to 'BE', my being is to focused on this turd to understand itself or to even know that 'I AM'. You see sree?

Your holding in your turd, constantly refining it with every argument waiting until death to release this turd... Have you not realized that you can hold many different perspectives and opinions, just be releasing the current one you have and digesting a new one? Yes, it sort of is like eating food. You choose the food you favor, you enjoy it for whatever it is worth, you digest, you understand it, you become one with it, and then you let it go. So you can repeat the process again and again. So let your turd go sree, or else you might throw it up.

  5. A pattern I have noticed from a lot of experienced occult practitioners is that they were usually brought into the craft through some very intense suffering and trials and tribulations (terrible upbringing, negative influences, life sucking...etc). Some of them came to this suffering though there own stupidity and "playing" with magic and getting blown up......while others came from magically gifted families or were naturally gifted and completely rejected it and thus got there ass kicked by life and spirits until they were forced back into Esotericism through pure desperation to somehow save their skin.

What's most interesting is many of these practitioners look back on there experiences 10-20 years later and recognize there experiences as a kind of informal shamanic initiation in which they were tested by spirits and the path. It's interesting stuff.

    My 2 cents, Peace

    I agree.

  6. I like her so far. Thanks Tao bros!

Edit: read through her first book. It's pretty good, in fact I would say it's amazing...although she has quite a strong stance against the notion of negativity/evil/bad. She tends to think that all things have their role, and we shouldn't interfere or assume that harmful things are necessarily evil. This can either be viewed as wise, or quite foolish...I tend to think the latter (we are humans and should do whatever it takes to maintain the protection of humanity against destructive forces). But then again, I'm not a magickal seer with decades of experience...so maybe I shouldn't have an opinion...

I just think...if you knew that a magickal being was going to cause the death of a loved one, you would do something about it...not just sit back and watch. What if a magickal practitioner could have prevented the Japanese destruction of early 2011 for instance? For one to know about it and do nothing would be quite horrible, at least in my eyes. To sit back and say "these beings aren't evil" while thousands are killed (or "culled")? Fuck that being...they can take a day off their "job".

Anyway, she has good opinions all throughout the book. I may end up practicing her vision magick, if some other things don't end up working out.

  7. We will all breakdown and die? Generally, that's the case. Sounds like you have accepted your fate with the Grim Reaper.

Damn right. Dissatisfaction is the mother of invention.

What exactly are you happy with? Apart from being satisfied with breaking down and dying like a bozo, what is it about your life situation that you are happy with? Even the damn monkey is not satisfied and happy being a monkey.

Not satisfy with one's own glory I see.

  8. I've had my dark times, come close to suicide twice. My first suicide attempt was at age 18 when I walked to a railway bridge and climbed on top of the wall ready to jump. An unseen force pulled me down.

As I say we all have Invisible Helpers, but were not all open or aware to them.

Second attempt was after being discharged home from hospital after two life saving operations. All the hard work had been done ! Nope ! It was just the beginning. I'll spare you the details of what led me to contemplate and formulate a plan - I have enough meds to sink a ship ! My daughter (unknowingly) stopped me from committing suicide. I was in a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual hell. Frightening times. Lonely times.

Yee haw - I survived. And yes I'm excited.

I'm currently reading 'The Life After Death' by CW Leadbeatter. Good read thus far - Chapter 6 next up.

    Namaste,

    gentlewind

I see. Yes. I could not imagine what that is like, but those invisible one's are there letting us know why we are here. I have a brother who has been sick for many years and hates the idea of 'God' or anything concerning it because it reminds him of his illness and the life he wishes he could be living. It sucks because it seems nothing will 'move' his mind, besides blaming others.

But I have also met 'handicap' people who are HIGHLY gifted and I mean HIGHLY. You give and take, I guess.

  9. As for ancestral work, YES! PLEASE DO SO! TAKE CARE OF YOUR ANCESTORS BY ALL MEANS NECESSARY! PLEASE!

I have seen many different people and dis-incarnate souls in the 'astral' who are seeking some kind of help or attention for their woes. I usually refer these people to the Goddess or angels who can help these beings transition over some how. One can easily read up on plenty of psychics who are constantly being pestered by people who have died tragically and are trying to contact the 'other side'. I have friends from many different back grounds and religions and it seems many have different customs for taking care of their ancestors.

I know Buddhist like to give alms and set out food for their ancestors. Mormon's believe in baptism's for the dead, a interesting belief concerning the alchemy of the soul and the baptism's ability to renew and purify one's subtle body. Strangely enough, I have actually talked to many people who have shared their experiences and dreams as well concerning baptism for their ancestors. Some ancestors accept it willingly, while some are happy where they are at, wherever that is in the void. Some people describe their ancestors in a heaven like place, while others describe their ancestors being stuck in a state of 'hell' due to their own indignation concerning the previous life they lived. Unfortunately this is a huge topic in Christian-dom and some people do not like the idea or consider it pagan. But if my ancestors asked me to do something for them, as many have, I would take heed. (http://carm.org/baptism-for-the-dead-in-1-corinthians-15-29)

As for the Immortals, I am not to sure what they are up to. It seems they are highly self-sufficient and are able to subsist without the need for assistance. They usually have HUGE heads as well. A lot of knowledge and wisdom.

None the less, connect with your ancestors and let them know you love them. If they are in need, they will reach out and will more than likely ask for assistance.

Also if your ancestors were involve in previous 'crafts' be careful concerning your ordeals with said relatives, even family can f*ck you over. My brother was once married to a spouse whose parents apparently offered their daughter up in a pact to some being. This being made it's pact known one night during a camping trip near a fire. Creepy sh*t. My brother ended up divorcing this wife because of that ordeal. Apparently her eyes changed and everything during the incident. ahaha.

https://familysearch.org/ <---- Good site to start.

  10. Thanks for the input of your experiences guys. Although I have yet to do any ancestral work these are some of the benefits I have heard that come from working with them:

    ------------------------

    1. Ancestors are the most motivated to work with you of all spirits because they are invested in seeing you be successful. Thus they are very protective and will protect you from malevolent influences to the best of there ability. As theurgy mentioned, some spirits like Angels "don't care" because they are so far separated from the human condition, ancestors are the opposite and when you develop a good relationship with them they will go to town to help and protect you.

    2. Ancestral work is considered a good starting point before working with other spirits because your ancestors can act as bouncers and protect you from spirits whom may disguise themselves as benevolent.

    3. Although this may not necessarily be considered a benefit, I think it is beneficial to express "gratitude" to ones ancestors, given that without there work you would not exist. It benefits both parties as anyone whom has practiced devotion knows.

    4. Ancestors have knowledge and experience and can give advice. Also I have heard that if you are drawn to Esotericism then it is likely that if you go far enough "back" you also have past family members whom were practitioners as well and this can be a powerful connection to have for obvious reasons.

    My 2 cents, Peace

Yea, sticking up for the Angels here, these beings reserve judgement. HAHAHA. They do not judge any one. They are beyond duality, so yes it can be 'hard' for them to relate to one's own inherited state of being, because they are 'perfect' in knowledge, design, and execution. They have no need to partake in the transgressions or experiments of life. They're glory and bodies are of a different accord, it seems. So yes, logically they would have a hard time automatically relating to a human stuck here on earth, seeking to survive. They are simply devoted to teaching and helping souls realize their fullest potential. It seems they do not care for much else. So be careful what you ask for, 'beings' are always listening, and some may honestly care while others may see you as a meal ticket.

  11. Compared with some of the folk I've helped look after in the 80's and 90's my life is a veritable picnic. A young man I looked after was physically and mentally disabled, and was unable to speak; and he was blind. Talk about 'sucky' cards. I have never looked at my situation and thought what a poor deck of cards I've been dealt(just for you sree :D ), I have never played the sympathy card either; and when I was a patient in hospital the nurses developed a soft spot for me on account of my never moaning ! Working with children and adults who have severe physical and mental disabilities is very grounding. A friend of mine represented his city at basketball - he was wheelchair bound, I was invited to take part in a training session - they were all amazing, I was hopeless. Play basketball and manouvre a wheelchair at the same time - are you crazy !

By embracing my health problems I have become more centered and experience beautiful 'bliss' moments. Another positive is I never get bored - Life excites me.

    Namaste,

That is profound. Always happy to be alive. Indeed.

  12. Reminded of a presentation I gave to the NCGR on Oct 1, 2008,...it began like this:

We all know that splitting an atom releases light,...matter into light. In 1995, at Stanford University, physicists reversed that process and made two particles of matter by supercharging a trillion-watt laser through a linear accelerator,...light into matter. Form, which is empty space that appears filled, is compressed, multiplied, centripetal particles of light. Empty space which appears unfilled, is expanded, divided, centrafugal waves of light.

In a talk given to the Astrologer's Guild of America, called The Electric Nature of the Universe (June 1936), Walter Russell said, "Astrologers are asked: What relationship can people and planets have with each other? What possible relation can a planet so far away as Neptune have to do with an emotion occurring within us, or a decision which we make for ourselves? How can this far planet affect our lives?

Neptune (he said) is not so very far away from us. It is part of our own solar system. The universe is made up of interlocking electric systems within each other. Every part of every system is directly connected with every other system. Relatively, the planets are as close together in the solar system as are the parts of any atomic system. Every microscopic electron in every star and galaxy is connected electrically by an intercommunicating flux. There are no two separate things in the universe. Everything in the universe is indissolubly tied to every other thing.

The whole universe is just a series of quantitative material records of universe thought, placed there in potential relations one with another, in systems within systems. They have been gathered together in what we call "inanimate nature" or "inanimate life". There is no inanimate life in the universe. Everything in the universe lives. Everything in the universe breathes the breath of life and pulses with the universe, each in its own potential and its own rhythm.

Every person born into a a material form has a rhythm of their own which is normal to them and them only. Each person's rhythm is determined at their birth moment. At that moment the countless billions of electric vibrations of the sun and all its planets are setting a rhythmic gauge upon the life of everyone who comes into material existence. Each person's rhythmic measure has as automatic an effect upon him as the pressing of any electric button has upon a bell. It is automatic. We cannot help it.

Let us get to the root of the effect upon our emotions and lives which the masses of material matter which we call "planets" can cause. How can Jupiter or Neptune have any effect upon one's life or emotions? Many people think it is ridiculous but, on the contrary, it is the truest of truths. The reason is that planets are huge masses of light in motion, for all masses are light, even though they are not exhibiting a perceived incandescence. Any change of rhythm anywhere affects the whole electrodynamic universe."

"There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another." 1 Corinthians 15:40

"The sun has one kind of glory, while the moon and stars each have another kind. And even the stars differ from each other in their glory." 1 Corinthians 15:41

This gets into the topic of glory, which is interesting to read about.

Mormonism being one of the newest religions in the last 300 years focuses a lot on this. Joseph Smith wrote a lot about the higher worlds as well. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Degrees_of_glory

Paul wrote about the heavens but didn't say a whole lot and Enoch was a traveling man concerning the heavens in the Book of Enoch as well as Moses, in the book of Moses. Apparently they needed to be translated to realize these higher states of existence as well as Joseph Smith. It is very interesting to read about. They are plenty of parallels concerning these higher worlds in almost every other religion as well, Buddhism and Hinduism. I am sure Islam has some reference as well.

I believe I once visited one of these worlds that seemed to be very rich and fine in detail in a dream. But I ended up descending because I felt the need to steal a pair of shoes. I didn't understand that I didn't have to steal or covet said shoes. I realized that if I wanted to keep exploring these worlds, I needed to change 'inwardly' to maintain a sense of belonging in such higher states.

  13. Wow, that is one whopper of a NDE. I don't even know how you call it 'Near'.. three days is about as in depth as you can get!

George gives a good description of his experience of non-duality.

"God, I believe, is even more than the light, because God is also darkness. God is everything that exists, everything - and that is beyond our ability to comprehend at all."

While I don't have a sense of a God with a personality. I get what he's talking about, his description of the Void is something I experienced in an OBE.

"I didn't experience any sense of guilt or remorse for things I'd done. I didn't feel one way or another about my failures, faults, or achievements. All I felt was my life for what it is. And I was content with that. I accepted my life for what it is."

Here is where it gets so tricky when trying to discuss the non-dual state. Because the mind gets involved and we're mired in association with Yin/Yang and the non-dual state is lost in this.

His lack of guilt or remorse over failures or faults, his lack of joy in the triumphs... allude to this state of being beyond either yin or yang. It's incomprehensible when engaged in the identifying with anything process. But the sense of everything being right, or perfect is there and it's undeniable when you experience it, even when you can't give 'an answer'. There is no need for an answer, the reality is that all is right.

Rilke is one of my favorite poets, not surprising to me he would lean on her to aid his attempt to describe his experience.

In the end, live the questions. Live in love.

What a great story, thanks for finding that link gentlewind.

WOW! YES! This is exactly HOW I SEE people when I dream at times. For some, they are not concerned about anything, they are simply existing in the life they have created for themselves and quite honestly it is strange some times because it seems some people never truly found what they were looking for, as if they never had enough time to find all of the Truth. They settled for whatever it was that they were living at the time and sometimes these 'self-creations' are very dark or they are very benevolent. This place beyond yin/yang is what I believe to be the Kingdom of God, or nirvana. Beyond duality.

I guess that explains this verse very well,

"Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of God." Matthew 19:24

What truly matters in this non-dual state is who we truly are on the inside, what qualities we have cultivated on the inside. Hence, alchemy. Whether one was seeking to live certain standards or even practicing The Dharma. What we think, we ultimately become. Religion does not matter, unless you understand WHY you practice your religion. Then it is all the same. If one's religion is simply to ease the ego from being annihilated at death, one still has a lot of inner-work to do. If one has yet to experience the vast profoundness of the void and what is possible there, my words are probably in vain, because it is something that one must experience for themselves. Where 'mind over matter' is a simple truth to understand and experience. Where one can fly, levitate, teleport, shape shift, etc by simply believing or having 'faith' that one can do so. Where the God's play and create world's innumerable.

Another fun verse for the Astral surfers to ponder...

"He replied, "Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you."" Matthew 17:20

The only thing that 'scares' me about death, is did I love enough? Did I give it my all concerning this time on the merry go round? Did I reach my fullest potential? If I were to die today, I could go willingly, but it seems my heart would not be satisfied knowing that anything is possible.

  14. This is such a deep, wonderful spot. It's so potent. Illogical and yet true. At least to me, I feel it, I experience it.

Words hedging around the description of a sense of awareness about something too big to fit into a thought.

    The state beyond duality.

"If thine eye be single, thy whole being will be filled with Light..." Jesus, (supposedly).

Regardless of who said it, this has been my obsessive mental bone to chew of late.

I can't get away from this sense of perfection underlying all reality, even the heinous, cruel shit.

It's damnably hard to talk about, but I can't escape the sense of it, when I'm open and flowing.

As soon as I grasp onto, or avoid anything, that sense is utterly lost again, but its existence is palpable

and it returns now more often.

    Unity. Perfection.

hahaha. Interesting. I was studying that verse of scripture the other day as well. Synchronicity.

The way i understand it is simply, one can not SERVE BOTH ends of the spectrum and expect to exist in a relevant state of 'whatever BS term people call it these days'. Such as people who push religion for the sack of influence and power. I have had dreams and have seen people with deep black eyes, a preacher actually. Go figure. You can serve Yang or you can serve Yin, but you can't TRULY serve both. Unless you either accept yourself as BOTH. The narrow path. Where you accept heaven and hell, and don't mind either, you are simply aware of both and understand that YIN can not happen without YANG, and vice versa.

"The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light." Matthew 6:22

In my opinion, the best way to find this "Light" is to simply to ask why about everything and search for truth constantly.

  15. The monk said that there is no death. That may be true but this is a truth that has to be discovered before I die. Otherwise, I am going to be fearful like a convict being dragged to the execution chamber screaming "I don't want to die!" By the time, I am strapped down in the electric chair, I would have given up the struggle. By then, I would not give a damn because I would have died a thousand deaths. One more would not make a difference.

Do you get my point? I need to know now, not because that monk said so or you think so; I need to know, and that knowing has to be reflected in the way I live now. So, how does a person live when he knows for real that there is no death, that death is not a part of life. Sure, the body will die. I am not disputing that. But how do I live if I know that death is a fearsome belief of those who are damned by this superstition? Would I still behave like everybody else unwilling to give up the body even though it is well past its prime - old and disintegrating with disease - pumping it with drugs to dull the pain? How did that monk die? He sounded old and his voice was breaking up.

Action speak louder than words, doesn't it? If death doesn't exist for me, I should be able to junk the body and lay it to rest the way I change out my sports car without any qualm, trading it in for a new model to stay forever young. To me, ok ? (as Bruce Lee would say)...to me, that would be the Tao of dying.

Hrmmm. That wouldn't be dying would it? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAA. "DEATH HAS NO MEANING!"

  16. Now leave the thought of leaving thoughts and you shall enter the thought of entering thoughts.

Every thought that provides you with an identity,

be it positive or negative, is a fragment of the ego

or mind-made sense of self. Most are under the

impression that if enough thoughts are accumulated,

these can be pieced together resulting is selfknowledge.

    This approach is purely psychological.

Just as gathering enough leaves can never produce a

tree, gathering thoughts will never produce anything

    more than a self-aware ego.

HAHHAHA! No sh*t! Very true! This idea of abandoning the ego is a bit pointless at times though. I can understand when some one is NOT willing to let go of their 'position' of what they think is true, there are well invested in their ego. The mind can be situated in several manors, decorated with various religious thoughts and traditions. People do what they have to do to survive. The ego will tell you, that you HAVE TO SURVIVE, you have to PLAY THE GAME. I believe I have died at least once and came back to my body to realize that I am more than my physical body it seems.

But it never occurs to some that, were they ever truly aware and conscious of their transition here to earth? Who or what is taking care of the souls that are transitioning between this life and the next? I've seen dis-incarnate souls as well in the astral. My ego would like to know what man truly is, so it can manipulate and contort such power and knowledge to 'escape' realization. Maybe that is why we don't truly know what we are TRULY made of and how.. I would create a space ship made of light and I would leave Earth. Now I am just ranting, thank you ego. Thank you for giving me a sense of purpose. I don't know WHAT are you are ego or why you even exist, but I am still grateful for your 'existence'. Maybe that is all that matters?

  17. hmmmmmmmm

as you guys probably know, i am a hindu

in hinduism there is overwhelming influence of Deities than in any other religion

my question is how much role does a Deity play in gaining enlightenment ?

personally i think Deities can help you but it is false that only a deity can make you enlightened

for example my father's guru is a devotee of lord Shiva

He says only Lord Shiva can grant you enlightenment

if you dont worship him, you cant get enlightenment

Even other gods have to come to Lord Shiva to achieve enlightenment

    i dont understand it

i mean how realizing your true nature is related to worshiping lord Shiva

he gives great emphasis on bhakti

but personally i think Bhakti is a dangerous practice for a true spiritual practitioner because it says that God is somewhere else and you have to worship him

but the truth is exactly opposite , God is everywhere , actually you are the God

i believe that Deities exist and they can help you and even make the road to liberation easy but Tao is the supreme

Shiva is not Tao, he is a God emerged from Tao just like we emerged

    Go for the Tao Directly

It is called loyalty and it deals with conflicts of interest, you will find it in every system or religion concerning the God's.

"Do not worship any other god, for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God." Exodus 34:13

Strange verse, but it deals with the Israelite's and how they were worshiping false idols rather than the true and living God, themselves and the Higher Beings who created them, it seems.

Also, if you are ever initiated into a religion, group, or coven perhaps. You will deal with this same issue as well, due to influence, conflicts of interest, and sources of energy. It is just the way things have been down for the last couple thousands of years. But I have seen all different types of spiritual things in the astral. Catholics, Mormons, Christians, Wiccans, Satanist, Buddhist, who all had abilities and seemed 'enlightened'.

  18.

Thought chi would save his ass.

Yea that is unfortunate. What you saw initially were students who were apart of that Master's system. An example would be a catholic walking into a Islamic temple for example, the catholic has yet to integrate the influence and energy at the Islamic temple compared to going to a Catholic Cathedral. If one was sensitive enough to feel chi it would sort of feel like a electromagnetic pulse or sphere. The lower self cannot feel this directly. MMA fighers focus all their energy on their yang aspects and their minds/energy is dark, rigid, and dense most of the time.

  19. Since you're young then NOW is the time!! It is a zillion times easier for you to build up chi energy than someone older.

So you can do the work now with much less effort than someone older.

As the chi builds up from standing active exercise then you can switch more to MCO.

I would definitely do MCO now also if you can - just do more standing active exercise.

So maybe do 1/2 hr of MCO or an hour.

Like do two sets of two hour meditation. That's how I started out.

So if you don't like meditation - then do 1 1/2 hr of standing active and then 1/2 hr of MCO.

So again test by making the "chi ball" doing breathing of the universe exercise.

As your electromagnetic energy builds up then work on getting into full lotus.

20 minutes of full lotus MCO equals four hours of any other type of "meditation."

That's what qigong master chunyi Lin said and he did the Shaolin horse stance with thighs flat and arms outstretched - no moving - for 2 hrs nonstop every day for three months -- and that's how his third eye was fully opened.

So then time is not the SAME - you have precognitive visions and you can also travel into the past to change other people's past energy!!

So you experience time differently -- you ask about time - I'm just saying - that time is not what we think it is. haha.

    I'm going to meditate now.

Yea. That would be fun to learn, time travel. The left side of my hip has been twitching out all day today.

  20. YOu only want an erection when you're not thinking about sex -- and so otherwise you need the left side vagus nerve to then bring the energy down to your heart and this only happens by mind emptiness - that's how the chi energy is created by purifying the energy.

So the goal is not to get an erection. The goal is mind emptiness as the source of reality.

It's a paradox -- the more you go into the Emptiness then the more powers you have.

So if you want powers then you have to go into the Emptiness.

First you need sublimation up to your brain via the cerebrospinal fluid. I rely on full lotus to do that.

Can you sit in full lotus yet? Then your energy channels are not open enough yet.

So more mind emptiness -- more meditation - active exercises, etc. until enough chi builds up to make your body more limber.

The secret is the small of the back needs to open up - that's what full lotus does.

That's how to sublimate your energy - you need to open up the small of the back - the lower back point.

Hahaha. That is weird. Sometimes I feel energy GO UP to my heart. Hrmmm. I practice the deer all the time. It's fun. I honestly only have orgasmic sensations when I feel my energy has circulated enough around my aura. Some times I get orgasms from taking the sacrament at church. That is fun as well.
