  1. There is Jesus and there is the knockoff Jesus made in China. The latter lives in a world of human beings to whom he ministers.

I live in a world where there is only me, and I am ministering to myself. What about you?

There is no body to be left behind either now or ever.

If the body is real to you, then you are trapped in and can never leave it. To believe that you can is madness.

If the body is not real to you, then there is no reason to leave it.

Where did you read all this? The truth about life is not something read from a book or revealed to you by another. Hmmm...did I read this somewhere?

Yes, oh great Sree the God. Quite the world you live in it seems.

If the body is not real, than surely I can kill thee without any pain nor shame...

I was merely hinting at personal experiences as well other experiences that I have read about concerning others and there experiences. If the body does not exist, neither does this realm or earth, it must all be a figment of one's imagination. Therefore you no longer exist. Are you seeking answers from within because you don't trust others or are you TRULY wanting to know the truth for yourself... If the second choice is the case, feel free to ignore me on this forums as you are rather argumentative and conversing with me will only keep you from truly realizing the truth within your self.

    Good day. ^_^

  2. IMO, any path is certainly valid... whether it is ultimately of the symbolism and devotion in the end, is part of the path. If it is, then the path is confirmed. When does one get such confirmation?

If it is not... then one is back at reflecting on what one just went through and pursue for what reason... and to recollect just exactly what they are going after or seeking.

I usually get confirmation from other people and beings in the dream state, but it doesn't mean I always agree with said path or what I am aiming for.

There is no path, but the path itself. There is no confirmation, besides the one you realize for yourself and are willing to acknowledge.

  3. Swapping entities stories??? :) All I can say is that merits play a huge role in what spirits are attracting to you. If your awakening is induced by the artificial, questionable means, you will attract harmful spirits. If your awakening (kundalini energy rising) is the result of merits, self analysis of the 5 skandhas, you will attract benevolent spirits. Even if you do encounter harmful spirits, you can literally deal with them in the dreams. For examples, couple of times, I dream of my boss and his boss represented as vampires with slimy faces, and red eyes. Several times, I dream of fighting and dealing with zombies. Zombies, in this case, are the symbol of the masses, the un-enlightened beings who would just go through the cycle of birth, death, and rebirth aimlessly. On both of these cases, I dealt with them at ease. With the benevolent spirits, I felt I am related to them, almost like they are my grandparents. Couple of them have been with me for over 15 years. I have been dreaming of them on and off for the past 15 years. :) A lot of times, they don't say much, maybe 1 or 2 sentences. Mostly, I would just interact with them and doing things.

Yea, once you awaken and become more aware of your subconscious mind dreams tend to get very interesting. I stopped masturbating a bout year ago, funny story, and actually had a dream of a demon who was trying to tell me to start masturbating again through my old philosophy teacher and then I saw it's face with red eyes and a grin like the joker... Strangest dream ever. lolz. Energy vampires.

  4. I see it as symbolism so my mind can comprehend the process of devotion. I learn and understand things, including the Dao, by doing. Unfortunately, meditation and gi gong, etc. aren't things I enjoy. Therefore, they don't clear my mind. I'm hoping that my altar will help me considerably. I hope this makes sense.

    Interesting synchronicity today.

His disciples asked him and said unto him: Wilt thou that we fast? And how shall we pray? Shall we give alms? And what rules shall we observe in eating? Jesus said: Do not lie; and that which you hate, do not do. For all things are revealed before heaven. For there is nothing hidden which shall not be made manifest, and there is nothing covered which shall remain uncovered.

    Elucidation:

By fasting, praying and giving alms, no man has ever become more human. These things belong to a life in society. By fasting, you do not do yourself justice. You only pray to a god if you do not realize that you are god yourself. You can only give alms if you posses property, and property is theft from community. http://www.gospelofthomas.org/ "The GOSPEL of THOMAS Elucidation of the secret words The TAO TE CHING of LAO TZU"

  5. To each their own I always say.

Indeed. I guess I should extrapolate on the point i was trying to make. It is not the altar or customs that make one spiritual. It is the Spirit that made the altar or customs. Just how Catholics, Orthodox Christians, Voodoo's, and dare I even say Satanist who have their own altars...

Now if one is willing to get into a discussion concerning the relevance of how altars are symbolic and can be anchors for and in one's subconscious mind, this I am willing to invest time in. Reason being, I remember going out of body once and found myself some where near the Vatican and went underground to this basement that had a cross of some kind with a bunch of jewelery. No idea what that dream was about or why I was there. The only thing that came to mind was this item held a energetic relevance some how. lolz. Sort of like Zelda.

  6. Altars are f*cking pointless, in my opinion. Sure they can allow one to tune back into a certain state of mind or synergy, so to speak. But they mean nothing and they only idolize the BS that one can concoct in their brain. You, yes you, are the God numb nuts, the rest is futile. What you do with your time and your day is simply that... Reading spiritual philosophy and thinking about this stuff can be fun, but without a sense of self, said person truly being God, you won't realize anything that will move your mind or enlighten your self. You will constantly end up at odds with yourself.

If you want an atlar, a temple, etc, look in the mirror. No one can have, change, or desecrate that altar. It is simply yours to do what you may with it.

The Three Pure Ones... The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit. Hahaha. Look at that parallel. :P

    Have a good day. ^_^

  7. I do care about death very much but not just to conquer or defeat it for myself but to do it for mankind. I am quite at peace with the prospect of not being to able to defeat it for myself personally and ready to meet death like every dumbshit. But I want to devote every minute at my disposal in this life to deal with this sadistic (to quote Shanlung) fate of man and hope that I can blaze the way for others to eventually find the Tao of dying.

If death has no meaning, it won't drive Daoists to seek immortality and longetivity; and healthcare would only amount to dealing with bruised knees and pesky rashes. Fear of death is not only a Daoist problem on account of the belief that tongues will get pulled out by demons in Daoist Hell. Western atheists have no such superstition and are still afraid to die.

So you think your Jesus..... Me too buddy. Me too.

    ^_^ ^_^ ^_^ ^_^

For the last time, if you want to die... LEAVE YOUR BODY and see what you are left with and make sure you learn how to ground yourself before you do. Your intellectualizing something that only experience can answer and give insight. I don't keep referring to this because I am trying to convince of my perspective while you sit here and try to formulate a whole new doctrine of thinking called the Tao of Dying. It is quite simple and it is BEYOND the mind.... Good luck 'genius'.

Also there are Buddhist who practice the art of dying as well without leaving the body. I have never looked into this nor do I care. But as far as I am concerned, I am dying every single moment of my waking life as my body generates new cells and the old one's die off etc. The only thing that stays the same is my state of consciousness, this is what seems to go beyond the grave and has allowed many to come back and share what they experienced in the 'after-life' which truly means nothing, because said person never truly died, they changed state and experienced something beyond the mind. Beyond this space and time. Thank you for wasting my time.

  8. Anger is a gift, if said anger is just. The surge in energy and force can be useful in that moment. If one is constantly having rage fits, one has merely found a method to get whatever it is that they want. It is easy for a fool to be violent.

Rage to me is a double edge sword. You can burn a lot of energy and not fix a problem or convince any one of anything. Still stuck in the same place, depleted, and possibly embarrassed.

What i have found about myself is, i tend to have anger spurts when i am around individuals who lack interest in the intellect or knowing one's self, so to speak. I hate calling people stupid, as it automatically makes me seem superior. but some people are and i honestly dont know what to say to some folks. Why i get angry, i dont have the slightest clue. So i practice silence instead.

  9.

As a form of astral projection; yes? it's like immortality in the sense that the current self at the time of death will not dissolve into the greater form of conciousness lying beneath the world.

    Or something.

Hrmmm. I am assuming more so as a full OBE. Where one physically leaves the body. What is strange about this state is that it is truly freeing and many abilities open up it seems. One can easily manifest their fears as well in this state, as well as their dreams/heaven.

You also better be good at grounding if you do this before death, getting back into the body can be frightening if you dont know what your doing.

  10.

I had a better idea after spending time with the dying in nursing homes to get the feel of death. I went to spend time with the living in death row of prisons and witnessed executions by lethal injection (US) and by hanging (Singapore).

Do you think I have learned enough to begin work on the Tao of dying?

No. Because you still care about it as if you could conquer or defeat it. Have an OBE then lets talk about 'death'. It is truly in your mind. Death doesnt mean anything, it has no meaning. It is the individual that gives it meaning. Afraid of the unknown. Have you ever seen ghost or demons, do you think they know death?

  11. Hrmmm. What is worse, the nukes themselves or the geniuses and intelligences and ego that created them?

One can be brilliant, but have there heart in a dreadful place. There is no place to hide, every advancement is a double edge sword for those with conviction and heavy hearts.

  12. Many religious traditions that embrace mysticism have this concept.

The idea is that direct experience of the divine is superior to knowledge and wisdom about the divine. The sage isn't a smart or learned man, but one who has directly experienced the divine and understands it.

    What he ^^^ said.

  13.

One who has excess of physical energy, not sexual energy, will not be tired after sex. It is because only part of the physical body energy was used for sex. A healthy body will have enough energy to rejuvenate the body, immediately, by replenishing the energy that was consumed during sex.

What he said... Just don't abuse it. People who are chronic masturbators develop a dependency to constantly release serotonin in the brain.

I have been trying to reach 100 days or retention to see if I can without nocturnal emissions and I have been noticing that my body feels physiologically stronger as well as tenser. Looking to rejuvenate a bit. Last year was rough.

  14. I am glad that you feel entertained. May the spirit of Chuang Tzu be with us.

The only time I rode in a Rolls Royce was in Hong Kong. It was my ride from the airport to the Peninsular Hotel. I have not seen the inside of a Gulfstream. The Citation is pretty popular with the Chinese and I flew in it a couple of times out of Singapore to Shanghai to attend Chinese New Year at the invitation of someone I met. He was trying to impress me, no doubt, and I was very impressed indeed. He was only 35, and his grandmother was very happy with the Three Pure Ones judging from the way she showed the grand Taoist home altar to me. It seems like brash young multi-millionaires are sprouting like mushrooms in China while the west is buried in debt.

Taoism and commercialism are compardres in China. Only the perverted form of Taoism in the west has a conflict with money.

Interesting analysis. That is because China is doing some thing different. They are not invading other countries, but rather going to other countries and helping them build their infrastructure in exchange for resources, unlike the US. Also China has a lot of room for growth in my opinion, so yes there will be millionaires in the coming years there. But Chinese students are still coming to Amurrrica to go to school strangely enough.

It is when the 'growth' train stops in China... Like it has here in America, that is when the guns come out and the gluttons begin to see who they can take advantage of to keep their inherit 'posterity'.

  15. Hrmmm. Do you know where this is stemming from? More importantly is your anger JUST. What I mean by that is, were you traumatized to a certain extent that something is still living on within you? This is usually how other dysfunctional people INFECT other people to get what they want. I have experienced it myself, it is a common trait amongst individuals who are weak and conniving or who also traumatized themselves or have been highly betrayed some how.

If one is good at projecting energy or reading other people, you could possibly help them, if not, don't waste your time. Send whatever it is back to this person slowly, so they themselves can learn to help themselves and hopefully one day become enlightened to their very own thoughts that are creating darkness for THEM and OTHERS.

If you keep holding it in, it is only going to drive you even more mad. It has nothing to do with your energy type or who you are. I had fire energy even when I was a happy go lucky teen. I was in great shape and worked out every day. It was not until I became entangled in the issues of others did my energy become a problem around others. Many people develop vampiric agendas and traits. Some do it unknowingly, but are usually able to bounce back into equilibrium with the help of some one rather quickly, which is what healers usually do. Then there are those who knowingly leach off of others and do not care about anothers well being at all. These people are beyond scarred and traumatized, they are in a hell that is all their own and do not care. They feel as if life itself has betrayed them and their whole goal is to make every one else miserable all well seeming nice and innocent. They become so entrapped in such a complex it becomes normal for them to perceive life in such a manor. For these kind of people, you kick their ass some how and discipline them before they hurt others with their negligence, but you also better be ready to help this person if they decide to open up about their problems as well.

Now, in my opinion, whatever it is that is bothering you, express it in a healthy manor. If some one else did this to you, talk about it with that person and make it very well known that you want to kick their ass for making you so irritate. If this is your own indignation, you surely need a creative outlet that is going to help build self-esteem and self-worth. Don't bother with living a virtuess life until you have a sense of dignity and self-esteem, trust me, I have tried. The people who pissed you off in the first place are not going to care for virtue at all. They are the one's with the problem.

To me your 'issue' seems more emotional than it is energetic. Your going to have to work with the heart 'chakra' or whatever the new agers are calling it these days to find some kind of bliss and joy. If your surrounded by miserable people, you probably won't be able to do this mind you. If some one has a heart issue around you, that WILL take precedence over your cultivation until they are healed or dead. For some reason the heart works that way which is why I prefer the mind. :P

  16. Had another random OBE last night. I remember hearing music by Eminem the rapper apparently and being able to predict what the lyrics he would sing next.. I was floating above my body in this state and I seemed to have full telepathic abilities as well as clairaudience of some kind. I remember feeling free and then had heard a relative say "hey what are you doing" and I flipped and went back into my body and woke up...

How do people become detached from their bodies? I went to sleep last night not wanting to do this at all. It would have been fun to levitate and fly around though. Does any one else experience this phenomenon?

  17. What is the official terminology for the spiritual eye in Taoist literature?

Where can I read more on the Taoist interpretation of this vision?

    attachicon.gifdownload.png

My interpretation of the spiritual eye, which may be wrong or superficial.

"The Trinity is reflected as spiritual-physical feature in the physical self, since it is seen as the spiritual eye, a tri-colored pattern of a golden circle surrounding a field of deep blue with a five-pointed star in its center. This is a reflection of the life-energy that enters the medulla oblongata, the negative pole of ego-consciousness, and is seen in the positive pole located between the eyebrows.

The golden circle is the higher astral sphere of consciousness, the blue field inside the circle is the sphere of Christ-consciousness and the white center star is the highest sphere of God-consciousness.

When this spiritual eye is beheld imperfectly, it is seen as a dim violet light with a faint surrounding circle and center dot."

Exactly how I see it. So what does that mean? Imperfectly? What did I miss?

    This is good info, thanks.

When I first saw the violet .. I told my then teacher, a taoist shaman, and I said I'd seen it and "I dont know what it is." I ended, lamely.

    "I do." he said.

    "what is it?" I pursued.

    "Not telling." he said.

    I evidently looked dismayed.

~"Next time, climb into it." he said.

Thats all the teaching I got on this from outside myself.

Have you got any more info, SecretGrotto?

So I see violet all the time when I am meditating or even when I sleep and the it is interesting to say the least. The energy it self seems to collapse into itself, sort of like a black hole, but it is continuous waves of violet in my minds eye...

I wish your teacher would had said more than climb into to it. ^_^ How? Why? What does it mean?

  18.

The organ associated with Heart Consciousness is the endocrine gland known as the thymus. As mentioned, when the Greeks discussed Higher Mind, they pointed to the chest, and called it thymos.

Homer said, "Thymos is in our chests." The other mind, the sciential mind, the accumulating intellect, was known as psyche.

From the sapiential mind arises gnowledge, whereas through the sciential gray goo, one synthesizes knowledge. To Gnow Thyself, Gnothi Seauton, one can only proceed through the thymos. An enlivened thymus or heart chakra is one of three thresholds to the conscious realization of the fulcrum upon which duality effects its motion. The danjun, thymus, and pineal or intellectual center are the three fulcrum balancing points. An enlivened thymos is a vibrant greenish turquoise. When the light of the violet crown chakra descends and the red root rises, meeting at the interlacing point of a vibrant greenish turqoise heart, and spun together, the three colors make white light. Violet, green, and red light spun together make white.

In the sun and Krst philosophies of Egypt, the heart-thymos was revered, whereas the brain-psyche was considered worthless. In the mummification process, the heart was preserved, but the cerebral gray matter was sucked out and discarded. Like Tantra, Buddhism, and the Maya, the Egyptians seem to have been aware that the head was the vessel for the lowest consciousness, but through the heart came the highest consciousness. As mentioned in the previous post, today’s object-ive science considers such ideas nonsense.

Many today BELIEVE they are in touch with their heart, when in truth, their faith-based indoctrinations are veils which obscure the heart. The truth is, that book religions are an underlying cause of the atrophy of the thymus gland, and the atrophy of the thymus gland removes our ability to have an harmoneous physiology where cancer cannot take hold. Cancer is about "individuality." An individual, rogue cell that does not want to be in harmony with the whole.

Egyptians, I have been told, would gaze at sunsets and sunrises, which would help maintain the life-force frequency of the thymos, and other organs. Light, which enters through the eyes to the pineal body, appears to continue its travel down along the endocrine pathways. In today’s chic sunglass culture, however, the tendency is to stay out of the sun, thus restricting the nourishment of life force into our physical, emotional and subtler levels. The subsequent diminishing vigor of the thymus (the physical aspect of the thymos) seems to arise from a subconscious death wish. If the thymus is the holy grail of immunology, then why is our society not equally as active in its health and invigoration as were our pre-Christian ancestors?

How did the Egyptians know that gazing at the sunrise or sunset helped vitalize and revitalize the thymus? While observing sunsets or sunrises upon a low horizon, especially when the sun is still effulgent and sharply defined, that is, not so diffused and red, a green ray can be seen. This green ray is visible during the seconds of setting and rising, as the skyline aligns with the sun. The green ray is not an atmospheric dispersion or afterimage, but a green ray of light, although atmospheric conditions often make it look like a patch of green light. While I lived near the Arctic Circle, where the sun appears to slide along and under the horizon, the green ray can be seen for up to a few minutes at a time. I once heard in a Tuatha De Danaan tale, a tale from the so-called fifth inhabitants of ancient Ireland, that whoever sees the green ray will know the way home at death.

I feel that any study about the Thymus Gland is one of the greatest things one can do for themselves. Today's Object-ive Science discounts the thymus gland as worthless. To them, the thymus is merely a gland that atrophies by the time puberty and sciential intellect has developed, thus has no function in contemporary adult life.

Referances of Greek times has shown that their dissecting of adult cadavors found that the thymus was often larger the heart organ.

He Shou Wu has been found to enhance fundamental immunological functions in mammals. It increases the weight of the thymus gland in mice, delays the gland’s atrophy process, and rejuvenates the thymus.

Through shamatha the thymus can also be strengthened and its rejuvenating nectar released. The thymus is a double-lobed, butterfly-shaped endocrine gland that overlaps the upper portion of the heart. In ancient Greece, before Christianity, the thymus was reported to have been larger than the heart. In today's cerebral-centric cultures, the thymus atrophies (around puberty) to the size of a quarter, or less.

No wonder Heart-Mind is so elusive,...if the vibrational field around the thymos is unable to flutter. Anyway,...He Shou Wu has worked for me. In the second month of use (1500mg twice a day), I began to feel rushes of oxytocin-like hormones from my chest several times per day. I attribute that to the rejuvenation,...but have not yet convinced my Endocrinologist to order a test.

The activity of thymus thumping or perpetuating a relaxed, expansive, yin-energy sternum, unfolds an increased mindfulness that allows all activities, computer surfing, hiking and life to be more fully enjoyed.

"Thymos, which is untranslatable into modern terms but denoted life force, soul, and feeling or sensibility. As Onians points out, thymos originally referred to the breath. It was the stuff of consciousness, the spirit, the breath-soul, upon which depended a man's energy and courage. Even the earliest origins of the word implied rising into flames, as a cloud, spirit, which relate it to the concept of soul and Life Energy." (Diamond, M.D., page 29)

Modern science and philosophy has devalued the thymos to better fit their belief structures. However, as previously mentioned,....to understand the pyramids, we must see them as those who built and used them saw,...through Heart Consciousness.

Same with Tao,...it cannot be understood through cerebral intellect.

Lao Tzu said, "Recognize that eveything you see and think is a falsehood, an illusion, a veil over the truth."

    VMarco

Thanks for sharing this. When I close my eyes I tend to see violet. What are some meditations to activate the thymus? I rarely care for matters of the heart as I am more cerebral and usually tend to be in my head all day to be honest.

What do you know about Zionism, mind you, besides being something 'bad' and 'evil'? Have you read the book of Abraham? Pearl of Great Price?
