Yeah, there's no hard feelings from me, for sure and I appreciate what you had to say. I guess what I should take from it is that 1. What I value isn't necessarily the same as what others will value (I wish someone - anyone - would put up 2 hours worth of seminar material and talk about how to transcend the state of being human, in a way that is holistic, deals with a bigger picture view of things, etc. and not include a sales pitch to "find out the rest that you can't do this without". . . ) 2. I shouldn't assume that people would want to contribute to something simply because it's something that I want to contribute to. Since you were kind enough to watch part of it, and seem like a civil guy - I would like to talk about 3 other things that I either thought about when reading your posts, or which I thought might be inferred, or which are simply on my mind right now. First, there's a reason I stuck to just illustrative slides, rather than doing live video or talking about this or that technique. It's the same reason (or one of the reasons) why I decided to stop working on Wudangquan.com for now. That is, that I'm not interested in running "The Jonathan Show". I would rather that nobody at all knows who I am, and that I can live my life quietly and in an upright way, in peace. I don't want to make martial arts videos because I don't want to have sausage necked tough guys on the internet challenging me to fights, and I hope to avoid doing the same about Taoism or cultivation because I recognize that I am a student, and while I think I could teach just about anything at least efficiently - I'm not qualified to tell people what to do with matters of spiritual profundity or those with permanent consequences. Second, on the issue of money . . . I want to be totally frank and direct and hope it won't be misunderstood. The $30 I pay for the hosting (which is necessary for alot of multimedia transfers) each month represents between 20-40 meals for me. I'm currently completely out of money because I was cheated in a business deal here, but this is not anyone elses problem but mine. I felt like I put alot of time into making the video, and that if 100 people watched it, and 5% of them donated $5 to help with the site, that would be . . . You know - $25. Less than one months expense. But I don't mind paying for it myself. I like doing the work, and would probably do it even without a place to put it on the internet, so it's no problem for me. I also thought that some kind of investiture would contribute to people wanting to contribute in other ways, as well which is my main objective. There is one thing I want to be very, very clear about though. I felt (and you may not have intended to say) in your original post that there was at least the implication that I was running an attempt at profiteering. I've tried to examine myself very closely on this matter. Of course I could use and would like more money. However, to the extent that I can understand my own motivations, I really don't think this is the case. Again, allow me to be frank. This demograph is like a marketers wet dream. People are willing to spend double digits on PDF's. Bruce Frantzis (Who I respect and only use as an example) sells cd's of HIM singing Taoist songs for like $60 or $80 a pop, and evidently people buy it. All of the commercial Wushuguans here around Wudangshan (the teachers of which I also completely respect) charge people between $500-$1,000 a month to train and people are happy to pay it. Wang Liping (again, who I don't know but respect by virtue of his reputation) charges $5,000 for western students to come to a single seminar, not including their flight costs, lodging and food, etc. This site runs advertisements (and I think he should charge people to post them in the forums, as well). And I think it's fine for all of them to do that. They have organizations and other responsibilities to deal with, and I understand that and think it's no problem. But the point is - If I wanted to exploit this community I could do it. A few spooky videos, my way or the highway, enough traffic and knowing my conversion metrics and it would be like shooting fish in a barrel . . but that's not my intention. Finally . . . If I've lead you or other people to believe that I don't respect or find value in other systems - that's my mistake for not being clear enough. I have the upmost respect for all traditional Pai's of Taoism, as well as many unorthodox or new practices which are upright. I have the upmost respect for the Buddha Dharma although I am not a student and am not so learned in it. I have the upmost respect for the majority of practices that would fall under the banner of Hinduism. Same with Tibetan Buddhism, Bon, etc. Comtemplative Christianity, and many of the Monastic, hermetic, and other traditions of Christianity? You bet. . . . I suppose the place where I have made an error is in not being clear enough that there are one or two systems or practices which I feel a strong amount of reservation towards. It could be that I'm one of Li Jiongs 3rd rate individuals, and that my enlightenment quality is so low that I can't see the value in what they're doing. Who knows. I also have probably made a mistake by not prefacing things with caveats like "I believe" or "It's my opinion" or "As I understand" enough. In casual conversation I assume that people understand that those are implied, but it's my fault for not saying them, and maybe making someone think that I am saying that my understanding is the ONLY correct understanding. That's never what I mean. Anyway -- this is a long one, and I tend to write long posts. To be clear: 1. I don't want anyones money for moneys sake and would much rather people write indepth material, record audio, their own video, etc. and share it with the world if they feel so inclined and I will happily pay the cost of keeping it archiived and available. 2. My video is boring. Sorry. 3. I respect all upright paths, practices and systems. I have publically questioned what one or two are leading people towards, and how they interface with the public. In general, my feelings about that are the same now as before. To wrap this longwinded thing up - I would be MORE than happy to put up material outside of the bounds of QuanZhen/Zhengyi on the site. I have openly and publically said that I would like audio and video material from everyone from Max Christensen, to Li Jiong, to other individuals understandings of existing material, etc. What I want is for people to be able to access as much information as possible to make the most informed decisions possible about what seem to be very important issues. Take Care, Jonathan

Oh goody good! can you tell the master to give him a slap for me. Eating when hungry, sleeping when tried, without a single thing on your mind, neither delusion or enlightenment has a place to hide. Smashing up heaven and earth even beyond the particle physics of the known universe leaving no dust behind to get fixed in the eye. Even the above quote of previous times is just all airy fairy dream talk, a big shiny hook.

Xuanji Cultivation System is for the first-rate indivaduals who has open mind and wide heart, the third-rate indivaduals are not welcome definetely even if they would like to pay. I never stated the payment can be refunded, that is just in order to prevent the unready ones sneak into us. Unfortunately, this kind of thing still happened. I commiserate rookie very muh, but I will not break my rule to refund the money to him, otherwise, more third-rate indivaduals will have unrealistic dream of fluke. In internal cultivation, there is no fluke, any tricks are useless.

Brother Lin, Tao Bless you man! That's all I need to say. Oh, yeah. I need to add this as well... You are right on every level and one who attains need not to talk. Teaching no talking. Cultivation is within not without. It is for ourselves to cultivate our Tao or Buddhahood. We need not to play a game with charlatans. We don't need to give up our own power to someone or something that does not share the same air and nature we breathe. Thanks for your comments on Li Jiong. This person will never wake up from his dream. Wudangspirit One must master him/herself first in order to master others. then once he/she master's themselve they will give up the need to master others. That takes loving and forgiving yourself first. Heal yourself first Li Jiong and Tao Bless you.

It may be that life is like a dream. In a dream, you feel as if you are freely reacting to the given circumstances. Of course, your reactions and circumstances are actually both generated by your own mind (just different parts of it).

"In my dream, in my last morning-dream, I stood to-day on a promontory-- beyond the world; I held a pair of scales, and WEIGHED the world. Alas, that the rosy dawn came too early to me: she glowed me awake, the jealous one! Jealous is she always of the glows of my morning-dream. Measurable by him who hath time, weighable by a good weigher, attainable by strong pinions, divinable by divine nut-crackers: thus did my dream find the world:-- My dream, a bold sailor, half-ship, half-hurricane, silent as the butterfly, impatient as the falcon: how had it the patience and leisure to-day for world-weighing! Did my wisdom perhaps speak secretly to it, my laughing, wide-awake day- wisdom, which mocketh at all "infinite worlds"? For it saith: "Where force is, there becometh NUMBER the master: it hath more force." How confidently did my dream contemplate this finite world, not new- fangledly, not old-fangledly, not timidly, not entreatingly:-- --As if a big round apple presented itself to my hand, a ripe golden apple, with a coolly-soft, velvety skin:--thus did the world present itself unto me:-- --As if a tree nodded unto me, a broad-branched, strong-willed tree, curved as a recline and a foot-stool for weary travellers: thus did the world stand on my promontory:-- --As if delicate hands carried a casket towards me--a casket open for the delectation of modest adoring eyes: thus did the world present itself before me to-day:-- --Not riddle enough to scare human love from it, not solution enough to put to sleep human wisdom:--a humanly good thing was the world to me to-day, of which such bad things are said! How I thank my morning-dream that I thus at to-day's dawn, weighed the world! As a humanly good thing did it come unto me, this dream and heart- comforter!" "He who is not a bird should not build his nest over abysses." Both quotes are from Thus Spake Zarathustra by Friedrich Nietzsche

Has anyone tried the Mind Light Nei Gung System by Gary Clyman?
Yasel4life replied to Yasel4life's topic in General Discussion
Firstand foremost, thanks for your reply! Basically I want a system that gives me the ability to slow down aging and stay strong physically, the ability to use energy to heal and defend myself like DJ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ml0j2ZkQ7WQ, and lastly will take me to enlightenment (whatever that is). That's my dream and what I call a Complete System! -
Differentiating Yin and Yang in your body
voidisyinyang replied to baloneyx's topic in General Discussion
Well last night I had this amazing hour long O at a D session through a wall. I had already been in full-lotus for an hour and then took another hour to convert all the female jing I took in to make sure it didn't turn back into generative fluid during sleep (and instead turn it into chi before sleep). So I go to sleep around 2 a.m. with the Pygmy trance music still going at low volume. I wake up to this amazing flying dream but in fact it was a sled dog dream with my ex-girlfriend who had her birthday yesterday. The friend I talked to yesterday subconsciously reminded me of her. Anyway we were flying with the sled dogs as we had done in Alaska almost 20 years ago but the speed of when we hit the trail was in time with the fast pulsations of the Pymgy 8 per second rhythm. My brain was entrained with the trance music -- even in sleep! So I went back into full-lotus as the jing was still strong and the kidney channels peak around that time in the morning -- I had to convert that throbbing back into chi again. haha. -
Well, it's not for me to say whether it was a transmission, you're a better judge of it. As a general rule though, shifts of consciousness happen WAY more often than transmissions. OK, let me give you one example of what would qualify as a transmission. A Song dynasty emperor, Qinzong, was very young when he inherited the throne, very ignorant, and controlled by his corrupt ministers. Using the opportunity, a competing tribe of Jin declared war in 1125 and started gobbling up larger and larger parts of his kingdom. Eventually the Jin entered the capital, Yenjing (known today as Beijing) and captured the royal family. The young prince Zhao Gou managed to escape. All alone and lost in a dark forest, however, he started losing heart and thinking of surrender and death as a welcome finale. He came to the conclusion that his father and grandfather failed as kings, and that it must be for the better if he dies and puts an end to the dynasty. With this decision, he came upon an abandoned temple hidden in the forest, walked in and, tired as he was, almost immediately fell asleep by the altar. Suddenly, in his sleep, he heard a voice that said, "Get up! The Jin will be here soon." The prince saw a man of striking appearance standing before him. The stranger drew the characters of "Song" and "obstacle" above him and said, "Many obstacles lie ahead. Are you willing to overcome them and revive the kingdom of your ancestors? Or are you going to abandon your own fate, your family and your people to the Jin conquerors?" The prince replied, "If I am given a chance to escape, I will overcome the obstacles, revive my kingdom and bring peace to my people." The man said, "You will find food and wine on the altar. Outside, you will find a horse." At this point Zhao Gou woke up, smelling freshly cooked food and sweet wine. He got up and ate in a hurry. Then in the moonlight he saw his dream visitor standing by a fresco of a white horse painted on one of the temple's walls. Zhao Gou recognized him. It was Cai Fu, the judge of the living and the dead. He bowed and promised that if he lives to become emperor, he would build temples dedicated to Judge Cai Fu throughout the land and uphold justice the way he did. When he looked up, he saw that both Cai Fu and the fresco of the horse had disappeared. He heard neighing outside though and saw a white horse tethered to a tree. He mounted it and rode away, barely escaping a Jin patrol. The rest is history -- the Song dynasty ruled for another 150 years till they were conquered by the Mongols -- and the above is an example of a "transmission."

The teacher consciously and energetically opening the student up, but not with what Westerners (as well as Western-minded Asians) understand as "qi" (I think I will act on everyone's nerves if I reiterate once again that "qi" of my understanding is not "energy" but I have to, lest we use the same word but mean totally different phenomena) -- not with a "bolt of energy" but with a "bolt of meaning," "bolt of transformation," "bolt of truth," "bolt of new vision," "onslaught of different-level information" and so on -- yes, THAT is also qi, but it is not the "energy qi" of Western theories, it is the "medium and message of meaningful change" of traditional taoist understanding. Different traditions do it differently. Some will transmit with things like ayahuaska (in taoism, the true purpose of the ingestion of the immortality pill is exactly the same), others will send you on a vision quest to a sacred "transmitting" spot, some will give you an object of power (a talisman) that will act as a "transmitter." Many will transmit in dreams (taoism is prominently prone to this mode of transmission though it is not the only one it uses -- but there's hundreds of classical stories where the teacher-student transmission takes place via the teacher showing up in the student's dream, or else the teacher taking a student because the student happened to show up in the teacher's dream). Some will use the method that is probably the one most often thought of as "the" transmission -- a kind of "charged" touch from the teacher, either physical or "energetic." This is legit, but it's only one way, out of many, and the same student might get a "portion" of the transmission this way and then other portions via other methods. Whole transmissions -- of the teacher's entire spirit, entire being -- are also part of many traditions, these typically only happen when the teacher dies and has selected his or her direct successor. This is a classic shamanic tramsmission, where the shaman is not thought of as an individual at all but rather as a force that comes to manifest via a succession of bodies, all of these bodies are different people living in different times but they are all essentially one and the same shaman, because what's transmitted is not the personality an individual had but the force, power, art, craft, connection, conduit it was quite aside from the individual personality and physical being. That's what I meant. Taoism is transmitted via pretty much "any and all" of these methods and more, but whatever uses none of them isn't taoism, is just a scholarly hobby... Oh, I didn't really study it in any depth, just read a few books. But if you want to study it seriously, seek out a kabbalistically trained rabbi, a few of them might have weekend or evening schools for beginners or can point you in the direction of one.

Kunlun has definitely helped me with social anxiety. The energy allows you to open to love. It allows you to connect with people in a meaningful way. For the most part i rarely experience social anxiety anymore. When it does arise it is not entertained for very long. I have also noticed that the energy has allowed me to see myself more clearly. As this happens you will be able to become aware of the aspects of yourself you have repressed. this allows the fears to dissolve. Also try reading some of wayne dyers work Your erroneous zones covers most common types of repression from a psychological standpoint Real magic is the beginning of dyers spiritual works and covers how to create meaningful change in your life. Your sacred self is a book about connecting with your spirit and dissolving fear Manifest your destiny is a book about changing the environment with the spirit. It contains Joppa instruction (mantra meditation) I really like this practice. magical The power of intent is a book about connecting to your scource and co creating your life. Sadly this is as far as i have gotten in this series I use the joppa meditation. Things tend to happen fast with this. I had to stop for a while in order to overcome some fears that cropped up when using this. It starts to feel as if you are living inside of your own dream after a while. It takes some getting used to.

Thanks for your input. I felt like it was a positive dream. Right now, I do 5 elements Quigong to warmup. Then sit in front of a heater in the Burmese position while listening to a Dane Spotts meditation cd. If I listen to it laying down, I fall asleep everytime. I just focus on breathing. I am trying to quiet my mind as I have way to much inner dialog. My job is boring so I tried to keep myself busy with inner dialog and letting my mind wander but I am realizing it isn't good.

at the end of the day an "Ability" occurs if the Creator wills it and grants the "Shakti" for things to happen. Also certain things are not for show. They serve a higher purpose (Healing, mass change, transmutation etc). It may be common that when you are with a generous teacher your life changes, it is as if you are living a seperate reality or dream where all things are possible. This is the Creator working through your "guru" to show you the potential of the creator itself with in and with out you. I have seen enough to not doubt and I have seen enough to know we are capable of the miraculous if our hearts are in the right place. Also keep in mind as the Native Americans say " you see what you really want to see"... If you want to see things not work they wont. If you want to see things work and be miraculous they become that. Peace & God Bless & eat your Nutella on toast and not in your shorts! Santiago Dobles

OK let's expand on this. Take what's written below and add/edit as appropriate. A collective effort is going to be required if this is going to work for the collective good. Code of Conduct: ~ Wisdom is first to be recognized as a determining factor. ~ If someone starts saying they are, and we are Buddhas already, I will take out my sword and chop their heads, all of them, off! In today's world, that is a red light screaming "I am deluded, help!" ... (well at least we have found a job for Lin ) ~ We ourselves maintain as high as possible, levels of conduct, cultivated virtue and attainment of good merits. ~ To maintain clarity of mind and protection from demonic behavior, delusion...that all states are only stepping stones to attain higher levels of concentration which in turn assist one in ending their deluded thinking and eventually attain realization of their Original Nature. Because, truthfully, gaining states leaves potential confusion to manifest..seeking for the states, maintaining in the states, and thus getting stuck there. Convention Concept: ~ 3 days wouldn't be enough at all. I'm thinking an all out explanation of one's methods, which explain details on why they believe it is a good method. After wards, lectures on the methods in a class setting for those who resonate with those teachings. Then a gathering again of the teachers to discuss how to maintain their teachings, in written record, without change. Gathering of those students who attended selected lectures, discussing the states they attained, and have the teachers of those methods explain the ins and outs of those states. ~ It will bring in no profits (agreed but it will require funds, I am ready to help in this regard), and if it did, those profits should only be towards developing further such a place of cultivation and all its expenses...even if it means housing the teachers, and stewards of a place of that magnitude, and their families...haha a place of argriculture to eat wholesome foods and steards of the land to grow the food, cook it... ~ Everyone has a part to play in the upkeep. (Absolutely) ~ This was my dream, in part, of a cultivation school. In such, Jing Xin Yuan would house the Buddhas Teachings...but not closed to anyone else. I alsways had a dream of a cultivation school, where traditions were housed on the same grounds, with their respective places, or temples, and then a meeting ground for those elders to gather discuss the future care-taking of this world and work together in their traditions to empower wisdom, patience, compassion..which results in overall peace and enlightenment. (It would seem the Universal Consciousness is revealling its hand here because I have dreamt this so vividly I have stood in awe in the court yard of such a complex and gazed upon each temple and watched the students going about their day)

This is a good start...a drawing board so to say. Foundation is the most important in such a project. We are gathering people of cultivation. This not only opens the doors to an unusual happening, but opens the doors to demons of all shapes and sizes as well. They will come in as big egos, sharp tongues, cultivated sarcasm and even hold some valuable wisdom which in their hands is twisted to get people hooked. We will need eyes to recognize them, ears to hear for their deviant teachings, and the patience to observe it all, compassion to not get angry and wisdom to once recognized sweep the dust and take out the trash. I am one for strict guidelines in this matter, and during our times I feel it is ever more needed. Conduct is first and foremost when addressing people, welcoming others and showing respect for those who are cultivators regardless of their "level" of cultivation. Of course, wisdom is first to be recognized as a determining factor. But, we have to lay down , first, by what manner one can recognize the wisdom of true teachings... If someone starts saying they are, and we are Buddhas already, I will take out my sword and chop their heads, all of them, off! In today's world, that is a red light screaming "I am deluded, help!" It will take a long time to lay the groundwork, sift through standards and regulations for conduct, or it will just turn out like the modern day martial arts tournaments, and online forums ...bitch fest central with a touch, a big touch, of ego. As people who will be working on such a project, it is at the utmost imperitive that we ourselves maintain as high as possible, levels of conduct, cultivated virtue and attainment of good merits. Without them, we will not have the ability to maintain and host such a meeting... 3 days wouldn't be enough at all. All must agree on one thing thoguh, to maintain clarity of mind and protection from demonic behavior, delusion...that all states are only stepping stones to attain higher levels of concentration which in turn assist one in ending their deluded thinking and eventually attain realization of their Original Nature. Because, truthfully, gaining states leaves potential confusion to manifest..seeking for the states, maintaining in the states, and thus getting stuck there. It is such a thin line we will walk in putting together this kind of thing. I pray to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to guide us in making proper and wise decisions, and bring in their light along this path to further guide us to be protected by Dharma Protectors Unnumbered. This task is not easy to say and not easy to do in our time. It will bring in no profits, and if it did, those profits should only be towards developing further such a place of cultivation and all its expenses...even if it means housing the teachers, and stewards of a place of that magnitude, and their families...haha a place of agriculture to eat wholesome foods and steards of the land to grow the food, cook it... Everyone has a part to play in the upkeep. This was my dream, in part, of a cultivation school. So much to work on..little steps to take. Oh, and let's not call it Gathering of the Immortals...it screams brainwashed commercialism, especially in our already "New Agey" mentality...it just reeks of buy me, sell me all over it..lol Yeah, I'm crazy.. But it does sound kewl(cool) though, has a big ring to it, but I'm sure something a bit more..subtle Peace, Lin

Welcome ! About the dream you had, could it be a reflection of your subconsious on a spirtual or physical cleansing proces wich started in your body due to picking up a meditation practice ? Yust an obvious guess as i dont know alot about the meaning of dreams hehe. Regards

Hello all, I am new here and have just started meditation. Yesterday, I had a vivid dream where I went to the toilet to urinate and as I was standing I began to pee dark thick blood. Anyone else had this one? This was a first for me. ps. I am a man.

Absolutely right. I think this 'dream' is a very nice one but one that can hardly materialize. I don't know much, if anything, about other traditions but in Daoism - in history as today in China - when two great masters from different lines meet they both humble each other and immediately the one *more developed* (for lack of a better term) is recognized by the other who becomes "the student". This is expressed in the Daodejing as the river always flowing toward the sea. Also just think about the encounter between Confucius and Laozi. When two students from different lines meet they mostly argue about who's school is better I think this depends on the fact that Daoism is very much a "personal" endevour, a solitary and personal path. The pratictioner is very much concerned in walking up his path of development and sees 'external' knowledge as a disturbance - very much like a student of medicine would not want to loose time talking scholastic/learning issues with a student of engineering. Historically speaking, in Daoism, the relationship is always very much a student/teacher and not a peer-peer one***. Cross pollination is fundamental to growth and this is very common in Daoism of course but that is done again by student/teacher relationship. A student of a certain line, going up his path, often seek assistance, guidance and new material from teachers of other lines - but always as a solitary and personal endevour. Maybe this is something 'western Daoism' can do better than Chinese Daoism ? YM *** peer-peer relationship is common with Shamanism in China

Good attitude! I've long held such a dream. Great schools like this have existed before but to my knowledge, never have many traditions gathered under one roof. Imagine, the opportunity for masters to study each other's systems, discuss methods, and collaborate. I know many masters have the ability to simply watch a practice and immediately understand its purpose. Put these men and women together to study how their methods are alike and differ and I imagine you could develop a very refined system of cultivation. You bring up a very good point that many different methods exist because many different minds exist. Certainly there is no one way best for everyone. This is where you could also introduce the traditional medical and psychological systems to help guide who should be practicing which methods when. Different bodies and minds have different needs, these differences too could be investigated and cataloged. I know Ayurvedic and TCM are both used to diagnose constitutional conditions and temporary disease patterns. Using these diagnostic techniques cultivation could be further tailored to suit each individual. Use western material diagnostics to study the course of cultivation and within a generation we could have the start of a new tradition of human spiritual technology. When would you like to start?

Long Distance KUNDALINI KAP Training through Skype
Satyalok replied to Vajrasattva's topic in General Discussion
I knew her as just Susan. (I looked it up, her last name IS Carlson) She was on several kundalini forums. She liked to do online chats with ppl and blast them with shakti. She also coordinated dream/astral journeys. I remember her affiliation with Glen Morris, but I didn't know anything about him. Satyalok -
I've been a long time viewer, but haven't posted yet. I've meditated off and on for a number of years, but have mostly learned from books, audio/video tapes and self-exploration. I've had interesting experiences along the way including lucid dreaming, synchronistic events, dream guidance, some experience with altered states and a brief glimpse of "emptiness" which I experienced as the absence of internal dialogue and found frightening the time that it occurred. So that I balance out both the light and the dark - I've also pushed too hard, depleting myself energetically and had a number of experiences which were quite frightening at the time. I recently began the KAP 1 course which has already paid dividends. I'll post about this on the main forum. Anyhow, looking forward to meeting everyone and being a more frequent contributor. Also, have been involved in martial arts for a number of years now and continue to be very intersted in the link between meditation and movement arts.

You're living in a dream world, Neo.

Laziness is a symptom of boredom Without a full life everything we do is work Get up go out hug a tree, talk to a bird, smell a flower, wrestle your dog, walk with your sweetheart holding hands down a forest pathway. Go to a job you enjoy. Or just run away from it all, sometimes we wake up and find we have choosen to have so many responsibilities we feel trapped, and yet we created the entire scenario that we are living out. If you are american the fantasy of the american dream, will give you more responsibilities then normally 10 people could deal with and be happy. May be sometimes it is time for a reevaluation of what we think we truly want as a responsibility we are capable of handling without it infringing on our own peace of mind. Sometimes we get so busy fixing people, places and things outside of ourself,we have no time to fix ourselves.

Just slow drip of time Goes on and on and on and on, Man. What's this sleep system? (am interested Stig? Have you seen good results with it with FMS folks? ...don't tend to go past the dream state? Forget what it's called! ...no real deep sleep, not often. am interested! Thanks!)
