the lucid dream is the thinker is not you, as when in lucid dream then i do what the thinker is wishing. It is like mirror to waking realm. Lucid dreams i am talking about 30 seconds max in length So i basically come aware moments before i enter the female. and sometimes i just get to know new feeling. Also some lucid dream is just to show new quality of it. I have tried to hold on to lucid dream, that it will be longer, so i saw dream fade and fade, and i finally see it fades into the forehead in front of me little bit above eyes.

I think maybe if the lucid dream is the 4 jhana realms with form? sry desire realm maybe, because jhana realm is free from sexuality. idk, just guessing
-
maybe you are right. so in order to tell the magnitude of the xp related to three variants, mundane desire realm, lucid dream world, and bodyless dreamless state. i need share what i can do with my mind.

Yes, your description of feeling vibrations in a specific spot is very natural. Over time and with greater clarity, those vibrations will be felt all over the body with increasing smoothness. Having someone who is of the oposite sex and sexual is also very natural and common. As I mentioned earlier, with a lucid dream you are touching on your subconscious, so issues, desires and fears naturally arise in such situations.

sexual centers. following your urges is wrong, you won't get into special lucid dream what is sexual based, you get there a being. Then at waking life you are able to go through these centers without gross or mundane connector, or lucid dream connector.
-
if you are attached to sexuality you will have dreams, as they are needed to get you attached and you can go on with next thing. But i am not that far, but i know some more things about heart center, and the light in eyes, lucid dream attractions will not be needed, if you can do the hearth eye connection by yourself. But that's not yet validated. Ogasm basically is a lighting storm a big bang to clear the delusion in a lucid dream, in waking state the channel is mirrored and you do it differently. There is lots of fire and pain involved when you go through these points in waking life. Lucid dream is some sort of graduation from mundane fking. i mean the having no dreams is i don't know about it yet.

ok, First time i had lucid dream i activated the hands. There are electrical vibrations over the body. 2-3 seconds. then it is over. After the dream over i knew the sensation now. That sensation feeling is a channel. Then i start searching it in waking state, so i complete the whole circle of different points, then comes the point where the body is awake but the mind dozes of to sleep and comes online, that is where i pass the dream without dreaming. There also come where i go to that dreamless space, i even hear the click and also there i saw a white dot and i come out of that state. next circles are same points but more detailed as eventually there are distinctively three bigger stages, and start come more fluid. So i don't practice lucid dram separately. Also the first circle took long time, the three stage distinction made obvious couple years took it. But the progression is linear as not falling back. Lucid dreams will come sexual sometimes, there is a female, who i get attached to and complete the thing. So next time next thing etc, slow progression.

Ok, a lucid dream is your conscious mind touching on your subconscious aspects of mind. The energy that you subconsciously feel is sort of translated into a visual experience in your mind. The energy itself can be from your local body and nervous system, or at higher levels of consciousness it can be from perceptions/sources beyond the local body-mind. Just depends on the relative mental clarity of the person. A very advanced person will have little to no dreams at all, as the energy just flows through clearly and is not "translated" as such.
-
yes we can talk about lucid dream, but the mechanics how it is related to body and the visual center etc. Not about the scenarios.
-
you ofcourse. If you have lucid dream, why are you so passive agressive, your presence is asking for some kick ass.
-
guys have you seen lucid dream? what is nervous system connection. after that there is some other questions. But you rebuked superiority and attacking, so i have my doubts of having lessen the naivety here what reeks over the borders.

astral travel Has anyone here switched bodies with someone?
Taomeow replied to Drifting_Through_Infinity's topic in The Rabbit Hole
This is a continuation of the universal shamanic tradition. There were several ways to become a shaman, but all of them were decided upon in the spirit realm -- ancestral spirits chose the human body to initiate, and the initiated shaman kept in touch with them to find out who, and how, to initiate next. Typically it was the student, the apprentice, or else a blood relative, who in some cases didn't even get the training in the material world but had the "receptive vehicle" of a body due to being related to the shaman. In such cases, the shaman, usually on deathbed, transferred his or her entire spirit and all the knowledge to the new shaman. The lay tribesmen were well aware of this method of transmission, so the new shaman wasn't even treated as new -- it was the same shaman, the same spirit, and many tribes believed throughout their existence that they always had one and the same shaman from the beginning of time, who just went through merging with different bodies as generations passed by. One such situation is described in a book titled "Entering the Circle," by a Soviet-era Siberian psychiatrist (now living in the US) who was faced with this weird case in her practice. A young man came to see her seeking professional help, he thought he was rapidly losing his mind, and it was somehow connected to his uncle, a shaman who kept his shamanic side secret until it was time for him to die. He visited his nephew in a dream and told him that it's his destiny to be the new shaman. The young man was freaking out, terrified and confused and depressed, up until the moment of the actual transfer (that took place the moment his uncle died), whereupon he acquired a completely new and totally confident demeanor, dismissed the psychiatrist on the spot telling her that her services were no longer needed, and proceeded to fulfill his destiny (and, eventually, hers too...) -

astral travel Has anyone here switched bodies with someone?

It's Six Yogas of Naropa. I first read this as a teenager in Garma C. C. Chang's translation, there are more modern translations available. This is largely a work on dream yoga, but has some consideration of consciousness transference when one is dying and using it to reanimate a corpse. in terms of Daoist technique's Professor Jerry Alan Johnson's books on Daoist magic have some interesting information. This is an interesting sounding project, but it is definitely advanced work, but the training that would have to be done would be worthwhile in itself. ZYD -
It is interesting that this topic would be brought up today. Lately I have been practicing a pretty heavy thing of Zazen both in movement and formal sitting by inspiration of places like Antaiji and Gyobutsuji Zen Monastery. I have found my mind coming around to Anatta (non-self, not self) and Śūnyatā (Emptiness). It usually starts with some observations and or logic in my mind around Anatta and then sometimes will drop into a deeper arena of thought and slight experience around Emptiness. Last night while I was sleeping I was very aware and present within a certain point in my dreaming. Then the dream landscape became a formal setting of "Roshis" with me there. There was one head teacher and I looked over at her. As I did this I knew something was happening and a Koan came out of me "What is past the Dharma?" and then within me in the dream was this intense experience were I could have "let go" in a near absolute sense. This triggered a massive thing of fear and the idea of complete death came upon me. At this point I turned away from it and nothing happened and I awoke. I have had some experiences in meditation and in sleep like this before and I have had some varying experiences with it that I can go into if anyone is interested. What I am saying I guess is that sleep and dreams are an excellent arena in which to practice in. If able and when the moments arise.

I thought it worth sharing that the workshop Liminal Luke was referring to is here: http://www.glidewing.com/twr/dreamyoga_home.html Unlike the Facebook Live teachings, this workshop has a fee as it is hosted by Glidewing, an independent entity. It's a great workshop. I've spent 2 weeks in retreat with him on these practices, done the workshop, and read the book. I can confidently say that the workshop has everything you need to establish a solid dream practice. Jox, I think Silent Thunder is referring to this book: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/199519.The_Tibetan_Yogas_Of_Dream_And_Sleep Great resource for dream and sleep yoga with the emphasis on dream yoga. The supporting practices discussed for dream yoga are also used for the sleep practice. If anyone is working with these practices and has questions, I can help with the basics.

there in the limelight the universal dream for those who wish to seem

i have wanted lucid dream before, i wished lucid dream, got lucid dream..even then i saw that i don't have the same thing. And i noticed i am too aware for any kind of practice. Specially if you dissolve your delusional mind what finds meanings to things, like if i drink coffee i erase the delusion of that i drink it; its how i get from heart to head. if you are into dream yoga; it is a delusion of yours. So work it off. Get to head and see yourself how "doing something is a going round and round". If you try practice something from head region without delusion, you won't success in anything, you won't get into lucid dreams or out of the body or any other things. So here we reach to the point there is substance needed what isn't delusion.

lucid dream is for something. It is not the being awake in a dream, it is a quality what shines and make the dream like a lucid dream, but it is at that moment when the dream ends and start dissolve rapidly. There are different things or points into what the dream dissolves. Could say there are different types of lucid dreams and eventually there isn't any of them because they dissolve. Lucid dream doesn't have inherent nature or exist somewhere. I don't practice for lucid drams, i follow path where lucid dream is one step. While the first thing i experienced was also the last one, there comes different "lucid dreams".

I'm sorry you feel that way, I hope things get better for you. Yes, dream yoga is a slow practice. It takes months and years to see results. You say that it sounds like you need to get up and walk to practice... don't you sleep? Everyone sleeps every night (nearly), why not make that a path of transformation? The practices are actually quite simple and require little work but a lot of patience and commitment. I'm not trying to sell you on it... we each have to do what we have a connection to. You clearly do not feel a connection to dream practices. That's fine.
-
im sorry, i think its because we are all doomed. The practice is too slow in my eyes there is nothing to do. A dream yoga(or insert here any other), to me sounds like i need to step up and walk to practice, that is subpath or side road. If you would quit a job and see what will happen, that i call Great path, because you quit a job before you are kicked out for real.

It's my view that chatting online, particularly when that discussion tends to be critical of others, is far more unhealthy than traditional dream and sleep yoga practices. Dream and sleep practices help us to liberate karmic traces and samsaric patterns. Criticizing others' practices online tends to accumulate karmic traces and reinforces samsaric patterns. At the end of the day, it's your choice. The practices have been very beneficial to me. I'm curious, if you've never studied the practices or worked with a teacher what do you base your criticism on?

and for the record, when you have lucid dream your life goes down. You will be sent to the cavity or hole what is black that means you going to the hell, its under the earth. And worst you will start serve sensual beings and promote sensuality.

Its the sound of sterness. As this sound of the rectum and initiate bowel movements. When that voice succeed then death comes. He will abandon the system. You look it probably down because its you read it and see it outside and doesn't have to deal with it. When it is inside of you, it feels different than it sounds. You need it inside you when you suffer from constipation. Also you will deal with that feeling of horror, fear, and inevitability if you want to break past elbow. -------- lucid dream is a negative. It is for to get access to body, that you would feel the negative in you. --- you won't wake up in a dream unless you have reached to hands in waking state reality.

lucid dream happen when there is connection required to the light through eyes(that light is the (source of incoming information and access to body). Once it done lucid dream doesn't happen anymore this time, till you circle to there again. So to have regular lucid dreams, then the state is substate or sub branch to the main circle(but if you know he main circle i doubt you bother try to have substates). I don't have a teacher, but still can tell these things. How do i know these things? and why i bother to put emphasis to this. There is one more thing, you will go through a dream state without having to reborn in body, means your mind will sink and move and then come back.
