    Hello, I've herd a lot of useful references to this site so I thought I would join. I'm seeking some initial advise. I'm afraid I may hurt myself attempting certain "systems" without guidance, or worse not be able to handle the effects. I'm not to proud to say I have no idea what I'm doing, but I do have a clear idea of what I need to do. Any advise for the young? -Ande
