Greetings Dao Bums! I have been working on esoteric Buddhism primarily the past few years. That said, I keep up with my Daoist gong fu training. Nelson Ma is offering a Northern Praying Mantis Luohan Gong as a foundation. It is a direct neigong for releasing the spine and unifying the body. Nelson has much to offer and is filming the main 66 form of the style - currently the first quarter is available for purchase. My own training is peripherally related to this art and I've started on the Luohan Gong myself. So far the material is very clearly demonstrated and you can test the body method for the stretch locations as he teaches. I hope to see you guys in the discussion board of the training site. https://liuhebafa.thinkific.com/collections

Hi! I'm following various DVD and Online courses by more than 10 year. I found that some courses are very interesting and useful. Yes, I know that it can't replace the personal teaching, but surely is very useful as an supplement. I found that the courses by Adam Mizner, Liang De Hua and Alex Dong are very good. Also very good courses (DVDs) are from Stuart Alve Olson, Waysun Liao, Gary Clyman, Bruce Kumar Frantzis and Richard Clear. I learned a lot from them. What are your experiences? Do you found any other intresting Tai Chi Online (or DVD) courses? Thanks for any feedback.

For anyone who was wondering neigongforum.com was down for two days due to a way over-complicated hosting transfer. It took two days of hard work but it should be running correctly now like before. If you run into any errors be sure to let me know.

I mean its common sense everyone has a degree. With many sites like: https://www.coursera.org/ and https://www.edx.org - it is going to absolutely be "worthless." Experience will rain again, as well as connections and personality. I guess this is good and bad? Higher Learning needs a shake-up? Care to agree to disagree? http://www.nytimes.com/2013/02/20/business/college-degree-required-by-increasing-number-of-companies.html?_r=1&;
