  1. I was having a conversation with someone last nite about the great teaching that is in all the different taoist alchemic arts. In taoist neigong there is a reason why that alchemy and internal training is structured the way it is outside the obvious. There is something that only practitioners of that art get and there is a reason for this. Most times the art is structured after a force in nature and its expression and there is a specfic affect and spiritual ability that has on humans. The ancient taoist and buddhist found a way to cultivate that force inside the human body and to be the human representative of that force in nature. Understand the great lesson in your alchemy.
