Hello, has anyone heard about the Zeal chakra? It's also called the alta major. I believe it's an important chakra. I've been doing some bodywork lately; and couldn't help but wonder why it kept tightening up: around the Zeal chakra. Whenever I tried to relax, I couldn't. No matter how much I tried my back neck kept activating, now; I'm not saying it's that tight. But still tight enough that I would notice. Like to the degree of a small mosquito bite. https://images.app.goo.gl/eEpUuW5NBgd9M1ef8 I've come across this picture that I thought was interesting, because it showed a relationship between the back of neck muscles and the eyes, and on looking at this photo I realized, that I always moved my eyes upwards and that would tighten those muscles up. And if I relaxed my eyes, then it wouldn't feel as tight. What do you think about this? It's almost as if the eyes acted as a lever for a trap door that exists at the base of the skull. Thus my interest in the alta major. What do you think of this?

Hello everyone. Hope everyone's day has been good. I've come across something that I think some of you might find interesting; and I'm sure. Many of you have experienced it: There's an energy shift, happening. Here, on this planet. It seems almost everywhere I look or see there's someone giving a mention to it. Just now I saw several posts about it. And in particular this one. Struck my eye. What do you make of it? I'll put it down below: Just highlight it in bold so you can see. What's mine. And what's what the other person, said. There you go. "Amidst the plethora of fear-based media filling up our news feeds here is your friendly reminder on how to transcend the game of mania and reclaim your sovereignty as human beings. The game is this: Get humans into heightened negative states of emotional being and frequency so they remain under the veil of control. The game requires all parties to play. There are those injecting the stories into the masses via mass media, and those choosing to believe it and entering into the emotional drama. Humans MUST give consent for the game to be played. This has happened covertly over thousands of years and a lot of grey area has been toed around this. The short version is that we have given implicit consent for this to occur. Reminder: Humans are conscious creators of this reality. This reality is created first and foremost through the energetic state of being. The only thing anyone can ever have full reign over is our own internal state of being. This is what collectively creates the world we choose to live in. Planet earth is largely a manifestation of all of our emanations of frequency combined together to create a shared reality and experience within the third dimension. Beyond the physical 3D reality we operate in frequency. The planet is currently undergoing a massive transition in frequency to 5D unity consciousness. The solstice marked a massive upheaval and release of lower energies with multiple grids and portals coming into full activation. The planet is FULLY ready for immediate and instantaneous ascension. The Avalon grids are in full activation The original Flower of Life grid is in full activation The ascension tower of Kamura is in full activation The grid lines between all major sacred sites are in full activation The major star gates are all open Higher dimensional star family are FULLY ready to receive us Gaia is already steadily holding a 5D vibrational and has been for a while. We’re all good to go All that’s left now is for the collective consciousness of humans to shift their perception out of the illusion and into the vision of New Earth that grows stronger and stronger every day. While the planet and grids are ready to go the only thing we need to do now is be EXTREMELY vigilant in our own energetic state of being. The question to ask ourselves is where are we buying into the fear and emotional drama? The truth is we were sovereign all along. The illusion was any belief or story that said otherwise. We have allowed ourselves to play that game for long enough. It’s game over now. This next phase of ascension really is as simple as breathing and allowing ourselves to gently drop through the 4D zero point and into a 5D ascension. The amount of time lag and the extent of chaos we experience in the transition is largely influenced by how well we as a collective embrace this new reality. We are not powerless! We can drastically change the course of this transition overnight if we collectively choose. Those who want to control are trying to ignite a spiritual war that enters through the 4D astral onto this planet. But war requires multiple parties to play. If WE make a collective agreement to stand in our inner peace there can’t be a war. So then it is simple. Master your vibrational state, stand in your internal peace and sovereignty, and the game is done. 5D earth is well and truly already in existence. I’ve been seeing and feeling it in the ether for a while now. It doesn’t even need creating anymore. It just needs anchoring. We’re nearly there." Now. This is one of many. Of similar experiences that have come flooding in my timeline. People who don't know each other. But saying the exact same thing, when it comes to this next phase of humanity and I'm thinking of words, illusion, coming out a lot. That we're shifting in an other vibrational plane. Also a lot. Even in this forum; I see people are talking about it. So I guess I'd like to here from you. Do you sense, this vibrational shift that we're experiencing, or so many have experienced are experiencing? What are your thoughts on that?

This morning I awoke and caught a glimpse of the Matrix, that absolute net of diabolical intent which adheres to, through, and around all of us. It quickly vanished from vision when I saw it, HAHA! It was hexagonal and green, glowing, all pervading... I saw in that flash that we don't need to get around it at all...WE NEED TO USE IT! The grid interfaces through the 4th dimensional heart space, the closest higher dimension above the 3rd dimensional world that we interface directly with through our physical bodies. So, it is programmed and is maintained, updated, recharged, balanced by reptoids, dracos, dark magicians and many other hierarchy of dark beings all with the vested interest of keeping humanity in sleep. Said entities "influence us" via this hexagonal labyrinth. You can feel it when they "send in a "reminder" of what is "wrong" in your life, especially to get you to "blame someone else" for it - thus thwarting your opportunity in each moment to "take responsibility" and ascend into the very first spiritual law. You can feel it when they get you to "do something fun" or something you "need to do" - as long as it stops you embodying a high frequency energy state. Sometime you can feel it when they use the grid to stage an "all out psychic attack" - often when you sleep or when you are doing something unrelated to spiritual or energy work. You can notice them when they "press negative thoughts and feelings into your heart", guiding you to release your will and light to the matrix, to them. You can feel it when they guide you to "argue, defy or fight with your partner, within you relationships with self, spouse, money, sex, power" - asking you to take up the negative spiral through the Matrix. When you do notice these things trying to influence you - offer no resistance, only love. Expand your divine light from your heart and core to surround your entire body. Ask the divine to contain the entities tweaking your connection to the matrix, surrounding them in orbs of divine light. Squeeze them to release your energy, and see it pool in a lower vibrational state right in front of you. Blast that pool of your reclaimed energy, blast it with blasts of unconditional love from your heart, blast it, ascending its frequency and then draw it back into your being to reintegrate seamlessly, increasing your personal power. Then surrender your personal will to the divine will. At that point they will try to make you feel bad about yourself in any way they can. LAUGH and tell them they have no permission to steal your energy or humanities energy. Ask that they be taken to the halls of justice and see a divine power take them away offering a return to light or incarceration. Expand your core light to connect with the Earth Core.and Connect with the Galactic Core, reinstating your intent to serve the light as a conduit to ascend the frequency of the Matrix. The Matrix is yours now, work on increasing it frequency... If the energy of the anit-christ is to do the opposite of what the Christ would do, then flip that, and do what the Christ would do. Nothin gto do with Jesus Christ. The Christ Light is the primordial second Dimension which sprung forth from the Primordial First Dimensional Void. It is infitine expanding light. Heal any subconscious negativity within you which is what was being used to key into you via the Matrix Grid - become the scientist that leaves no stone unturned in his/her quest to purify your inner hologram. Remember your dreams and intend to be safe in your Divine Inner Light while you sleep, and upon awakening - claim back to your being any limiting beliefs or darkness thrust upon you through the 4th dimensional astral Matrix Grid. The Matrix is yours, the darkness coming to you through it is yours too, it keys into your inner shadow side, a valuable hint and reminder to take responsibility, heal, and return to Oneness with Tao. Know at all times AND SAY TO YOURSELF "I AM THE POWER". The more they send you, the more you reclaim, the more you become Tao. It is your power they seek, claim it now the time has come. The Matrix CodesPublishedJanuary 10, 2009by Khris Krepcik There has been a lot of interesting discussion over the past ten years between quantum physicists, philosophers, free thinkers, new age buffs and even just normal guys talking over coffee on what has become known as ‘The Matrix’—a hidden system of programming and control that dominates the world we live in. ‘The Matrix’ was coined after Larry and Andy Wachowski’s 1999 film of the same name. Not wanting to rehash the whole thing here, let me at least mention that I find the film to be the perfect analogy of our world in relation to other dimensions. It’s based in a future reality where humans live under a system of programming and control, while being used as an energy source for sentient machines. The Wachowski Brother’s did their homework, as the movie is full of hidden esoteric messages and symbology that they expanded into a complete epic trilogy. Moving beyond the film, one doesn’t have to look too hard to see that the world we live in is much the same—full of endless systems of programming and control. Legal systems, government, military objectives, corporate structure, school systems, religion, endless bureaucracy, social groups, this policy and that regulation, on and on. We live in a left-brain dominated society that worships automated structure, routine and simulation. Nevermind the constant bombardment of advertising, news and endless forms of media that you can never seem to escape. The Matrix becomes obvious in the outer world around us. What we discovered that is not so obvious, is that the Matrix also exists on an energy level as a complex holographic program of light and information. In the aluna spirit world, the Matrix can be seen quite clearly as a vast hexagonal grid. There is an endless amount of information running through it—codes upon codes of energy. The grid is designed to keep you from entering the celestial dimensions to gain any real information for yourself, as it is an energy field that feeds off of the etheric energy of humans. It doesn’t want you to escape. To journey into the spirit worlds and attain any real information, a person must move past this Hexagonal Matrix. At first, it seems like a virtually impossible task, as the hexagons are blocked with fast moving lines of energy. The grid spreads out in all directions, and there are no defined ends to it, up, down or either side. It is the membrane of a sphere. The Sphere of Control to be specific. To get past it, you have to find a hole in the grid, and then have the courage to move through it. When I first went through, the hole I found appeared in the bottom left, very much the way I’ve drawn it for you in the diagram above. To really get a grip on how to move past the grid, one has to develop an understanding of the Matrix Codes—what they are and what they do. For all practical purposes, a code is any combination or sequence of things that has meaning, usually a secret or hidden meaning. Beyond that, one must understand that the Matrix Codes not only have meaning, they have an intent. A purpose. Usually one that is dark. They are stimuli designed to stimulate specific behaviors, reactions and outcomes—calculated ones.
