I bought this recently and listened to it on my morning commute in the last two weeks. I found Daniele's viewpoint very interesting. I fully agree with much of what he says in the book and think his criticisms of practices like jing retention are on point. I found his comparison to Heraclitus to be very interesting and am now researching more about the Greek philosopher. While most of the material was not new to me I think it's a great overview of some of the basic Daoist concepts. I've definitely spent more money for less valuable or insightful books on Daoism.
