    Hello, I am a newer student of taoism but have been on the embodied path for six years. I am amazed at the potential our body's have to self-regulate and awaken. I am a passionate biohacker committed to living a lifestyle that promotes neurogenesis. I teach people how to hack into their fascial matrix to awaken fluid flow. I'm excited to recently been connected to the book "Craniosacral Chi Kung" as the practices within are very similar to my methodology for emotional and physical regulation.
